Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund for flight not given

Ibibo claims they Refunded me R6311 on 13 November for a Flight Ranch-Pune Indigo I cancelled.
I have checked all my accounts (have 9 and 5 credit cards). I sought to whom they Refunded and last 4 Digits of that ac no.
They SIMPLY REFUSE. 4 complaints logged in and each reply is go check yourself.
They said chk UPI limked ac in icici or any. I have only two UPI linked. I sent them bk stmts of NOV month which has NO Refunds.
It may have bounced back as per me.
Next I will need start ESCALATING to MoF or Social media. Saw this so dropping cpmplaint here first
Pl Chk trheir UNUSUAL practise - NOT to tell Customer where Refunded on 13 Nov?

Rs 6311 Refund is OVERDUE. Why is Ibibo NOT sharing WHICH bank sent to ?
