I had booked a return journey with indigo from bangalore to lucknow, and both the flights got cancelled, indigo has refunded the complete amount and shared the below reference numbers for the credit. [protected] rs 2927 on 28th april [protected] rs 457 29th april [protected] rs 2500 29th april The goibibo team has only refunded rs 2762/- i. E. Actually one way fare, i have been waiting for the amount remaining but i am not able reach out to anyone from goibibo as the chatbot is quite inefficient, please help me and get my refund asap of the remaining amount.
