[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of money for tickets cancelled | |
Sub: complaint regarding non refund of flight ticket Ref: flight booking PNR QC43YG Sir, I have booked flight vide referred above but cancelled by calling spice jet. After cancellation, spice jet informed me that refund amount will be credited into my account after 72 hours by Goibibio. But amount not refunded yet. Ever since I have been contactiong Goibibio and spice jet. Recently I made a complaint against spice jet. Hence, you are requested to kindly get in touch with the concerned travel agency for refund as per their terms of contract. Should you require further assistance/clarification please do not hesitate to contact us.
