Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of my Ticket | |
I have booked my ticket with my family where they were also in the same flight with PNR NBL2GA and F8U7UW . Due to cancellation of the flight by GoAir we called to customer care of GoAir for refund and they process our refund for both the PNR on 21st March 2020 only. For your reference find attached link for call recorded with GoAir customer care for refund on 21st-March 2020. They have clearly mentioned that they have the only option to give us a refund which will be processed in 7 working days. but till today (more than three months) i have not received any refund. Goibibo holding my money for no reason as I am not willing to travel anymore due to Covid-19. Goibibo process only one PNR NBL2GA for refund and they refuse to do refund for second PNR F8U7UW. Why ? They can't hold my money like this. Even since 4 months I am trying to get the refund but no response for refund. I want my money as they have hold my money without any reason since 4 months.
