I am writing to follow up on a refund related to a flight booking that I canceled on 13th May, which was originally booked on 5th May. Due to the ongoing war situation, I was uncertain about proceeding with my journey and decided it was best to cancel the trip.
Following the cancellation, I received an email notification from the Goibibo team stating that the refund had been initiated to my GoCash account. However, despite checking regularly, no amount has been credited to my Goibibo account to date.
I have tried contacting your customer care number several times, but was unable to get through the IVR system. I also sent 4–5 follow-up emails to [protected]@go-mmt.com, as listed on your website, but have not received any response.
Additionally, I contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed that the refund was initiated to the agent (Goibibo) on 16th May.
It is extremely frustrating and disappointing that a reputed company like Goibibo is not responding to customer queries or resolving refund issues in a timely manner.
I request you to kindly process the refund at the earliest or contact me directly at +91 [protected] for any clarification.

I am really fed up with continuous follow up with bank and before that Goibibo.
My issue is not yet resolved. If Goibibo initiated the refund then please share a proof of receipt so I can check with my bank.
