Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund request for flight that was postponed

This is with regards to my Booking ID GOFLINTAKFEA2337986,

The flight booked for my nephew from Chennai to Detroit was cancelled / delayed. I tried multiple times to cancel and submit a reclaim request, but I am unable to do so in your online portal. It kept for a boarding pass, which was in possession at that point of time.

Nor was I able to cancel the flight through your customer care (the IVR is going into an indefinite loop when trying the options provided for selecting the booking).

The customer support extended by goibibo is atrocious and displays a stark deficiency of service.

I sent an email to [protected]@goibibo.com, and how.[protected]@goibibo.com on 19-Apr-2026 @ 2:52 AM IST. I sent 2 more mails (21-Apr @ 16:08 PM IST & on 24-Apr @ 10:17 AM IST).

Hope some response is received from your end at the earliest.
