Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund Status Reminder | |||
Reminder 1: Complaint is regarding the non refund of cancelled train. Train tickets are booked through goibibo of train NDLS MAS SPL - 02434 Nagpur-Chennai with its PNR No - [protected] on 29/01/2021. This train is already cancelled by indian railway before its date of journey and got the msg from IRCTC to collect the refund from where it was booked. When called to check the refund status from IRCTC confirmed that it already transfer to the travel partner Goibibo. Thought Goibibo received the refund from IRCTC its their duty to transfer to their client without any formalaties but this is not happens and still iam waiting for my refund. This is already reminder for you and request to refund immediatley. Iam been touch with the goibibio from last 5 years and very upset with the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
