Ibibo Group / Goibibo — request for refund morning star travels booking via goibibo

Hi Team,

My name is Saiprasad P. I booked a Morning Star Travels bus ticket through the Goibibo app for travel from Kodad to Hyderabad at 1:50 AM.

Unfortunately, I faced the following issues:

I received incorrect driver contact details (details shared were for a bus traveling from Hyderabad to Kodad).

Despite waiting at the designated boarding point, the driver did not stop to pick me up and drove past without halting.

I reached out to Goibibo Customer Support but did not receive proper assistance in resolving the issue.

Due to these circumstances, I was unable to board the bus and complete my journey. I kindly request a full refund (644/-) for this booking at the earliest.
