My concern is regarding the pending single name passport passenger name issue, which has been under follow-up since 26 March.
This is not a major name correction request, but only a basic name formatting / swapping issue required in case of a single name passport, which needed proper handling and coordination
I would also like to mention that during a call on 27 March with Mr. Himanshu Shrivastav(Supervisor), I was informed that I would receive an update / mail by 28 March afternoon regarding the name correction charges, if any, as levied by the airline.
However, despite waiting and continuously following up since 4 days the matter still remains unresolved, which is causing concern as my travel date is approaching. My only request is that this issue now be properly checked, coordinated, and resolved on priority. I am travelling on 2 April with my family, so I request your kind support in ensuring this is resolved at the earliest to avoid any issue during travel.
