[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — udf refund

Hi team,

My name is nikhil agrawal. I booked 2 flight tickets using goibibo on july 01, 2017 for travelling to delhi to mumbai and mumbai and delhi. The travel date from delhi to mumbai was july 29, 2017 by spicejet airlines and mumbai to delhi was august 05, 2017 by vistara airlines.

Few days later there was change in rules and i got to know that there will be a refund on udf.

I contacted goibibo and requested them for processing the refund on udf for my ticket bookings. They informed me that refund will be done soon. They also informed me that for ticket in spicejet airlines the refund amount is inr 576 and in vistara airlines the refund amount is inr 477.

After numerous follow ups with goibibo i received a refund of inr 477 in the month end of september however i am still following up with them for the refund of inr 576. Everytime i contact goibibo, they are giving me a new timeline and a new excuse for the cause of the delay.

Even today also they have said 5 more days for the refund to be processed. I request you to kindly help me in getting the refund as early as possible for the amount of inr 576.

Many many thanks to Consumer complaint team and Goibibo for resolving my concern. It would have been happier if Goibibo could have done it on time and without the help of a 3rd party getting involved. It strictly proves you cannot be generous for too long.
