Ibibo Group / Goibibo — unable to cancel ticket/ unable to contact customer service

I needed to cancel by flight ticker due to corona issue, hence i tried to cancel through gobibo website which did not allow me. Later i called customer service department where the call did not get connect even after waiting for 45 min. I tried connecting 5-6 times, anyhow once it got connected and after giving all flight details to customer service representative, i was assured that my flight wil be canceled and will get the refund. However, when i checked my ticket status and email, there was no action taken. I have now tried calling customer care again for atleast 5-6 times, but call is getting disconnected after every 30-45 min of waiting. I am not sure why there is so poor service and cheating with customer's promises. Very disappointing.
