Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Upi payment deducted, flight booking failed,still didn't get refund

I tried booking flight from BOM to CCU for 15th Nov'25 - Gobibo asked for Rs 5991 which i paid via UPI. UPI ref[protected]. The amount got debited successfully but goibibo app shown error for flight booking. I tried reaching their customer care number[protected] but its useless for such topics.

Need the money back from Goibibo
