I am writing to bring to your attention an unresolved issue regarding my flight booking with Goibibo.

Booking ID: 76167767
Flight Details: SpiceJet, SG1081, 14/09/2025
Cancellation Date: 15/09/2025
Payment Method: Credit Card
PNR No: E7G2HL/SG

I canceled the ticket on 14/09/2025, and as per your policy, the refund should have been processed within the stipulated time. However, I have not received the refund yet.
Please look into this matter urgently and confirm the status of my refund. If the refund has already been initiated, kindly share the transaction details.
If I do not receive a resolution within 7 days, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to the National Consumer Helpline and other relevant authorities.
