[Resolved]  Ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. — Amount deducted from the account and did not get the money back

Hello,
My name is Mehul Rathore.
I was paying fee for cousin sister to Medicap's International School on 12th Feb 2021 through net banking from the union bank of India . but the transaction has failed and amount deducted from the account Rs - 14, 400. as i raised the complaint and was waiting for the amount to be back in my account but did not get the money. as I was being late to
pay to the fee so again I made transection on 23 Feb 2021. again transection has failed and amount deducted from the account. Rs - 14, 400. from the last two month I did not receive the money. I have made the complaint in bank also. so kindly look into this matter.
