[Resolved] Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd — Amount got debited from my account | |
Hi I made an online order through firstcry website on 25.03.2020. The amount 4534.29 rupees got debited from my account and after sometime I received an email from firstcry website that my order got canceled. I contacted the customer support regarding this issue after 48 hours (as this is the waiting time to get a refund) and they stated that the "the above amount is not received by Firstcry" and asked me to contact the respected bank. When I checked the transaction details, the payee was "ePAY/To:IBIBO WEB PVT LTD/[protected]/". I request you to look into the details and provide me with a refund. Was this information helpful? | |
