Package: 4, 20, 000/- p.a

For freshers the first Six month would be probationary period and during this period you would be getting Take home of 32, 000/- Per month.

Once you complete your probationary period you will move to the salary as given above.

For experienced the package discussion will be held in the final face to face discussion.

Note:

You will be a direct employee of IBM, under the payroll of IBM, Not through any Third party, even though the drive was initiated by National career fairs/Ministry of Labour & Employment /Govt of India, there will be no bonds.

You are paying this refundable service charge to the DIRECTOR/ National Career Fair/ Organizing Committee of this single Window recruitment drive. To ensure that you turn out on the schedule of your Final drive & and see your accepting the offer if selected.

Note:

Do not ask questions like, IBM doesn’t ask for Money or fees, We have clearly given that the payment you are making to the organizing Committee & not for IBM,

The amount will be refunded once the final round of Interview over either you are selected or rejected.

UPCOMING SCHEDULE:

23rd October :Technical Interview will be over Skype. If shortlisted 24th October Final HR Interview over Skype

Because of this current situation the final Interview may also be conducted over Skype, the selected candidates will be provided with Letter of Intent to Hire and Need to wait. Joining will be in the last week of October

For rejected candidates, the refund will be approved and the Organizing Committee will be releasing your refund.
