ICICI Bank — Amazon pay credit card document verification issue

I've applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card and successfully completed video KYC last month. Then uploaded my income proofs as in my case it is payslip, 3 months bank statement and ITR Acknowledgement since I'm salaried employee. I did it immediately after VKYC verification and from then onwards it just says my application was on hold and re-upload the income documents and I did it not twice or thrice but around 5 times and I've even contacted the customer support via e-mail/phone. Still issue is not solved, they also don't know the issue with the documents which i have uploaded.
