[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — amazon refund not received

I have an amazon refund processed on 4th april due to the cancellation of product because of covid19. I still haven't received the refund. The payment was made using amazon icici bank credit card.

I have tried contacting the customer care, but none of those channels are working and from what i seen in consumercomplaints and other forums is that this is a wide spread issue.

The statement has already come for me to pay the amount

Please look into the matter asap
