[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount not credited to Beneficiary's bank account | |
On Monday[protected], I transferred the amount of 20, 000 to my beneficiary and I got the following messege: " Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs. 20, 000 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 17-May-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank " The amount debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account till date or not received any update. Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 990.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 02-Jul-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank.
Neither it refunded back to me nor it get credited into my beneficiary's account..kindly help me as soon as possible.
Also i have another problem with icici application..that why does it charge some extra amount on some transactions. I almost charged 20 rs for my 4 transactions. What is this matter please look after this too..
