[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount not credited to Beneficiary's bank account

On Monday[protected], I transferred the amount of 20, 000 to my beneficiary and I got the following messege: " Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs. 20, 000 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 17-May-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank " The amount debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account till date or not received any update. May 21, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The customer care team replied me with the complete details of the transaction that took place, and the amount has beed credited. I transferred 10 rs to my beneficiary's sbi bank account..it get credited into her account successfully..then i transferred 990 rs but it didn't get credit into her account.& i received text message...

Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 990.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 02-Jul-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank.

Neither it refunded back to me nor it get credited into my beneficiary's account..kindly help me as soon as possible.

Also i have another problem with icici application..that why does it charge some extra amount on some transactions. I almost charged 20 rs for my 4 transactions. What is this matter please look after this too..
