Today I discussed in RBI for fraud on PL he give suggestion to complaint to RBI Chairman that on what basis ICICI Bank give the PL at so higher rate of interest and why did not provide sectioned latter to customer.

I m sorry to pay on 20% and I m ready to pay on legal rate of interest so pls give me any proof on which basis you had sectioned loan on 20%. and I m already write that i had sign on documents on blank and I want to know that who is sectioned rate of interest (your bank or you agent)

I discussed with Customer Care at [protected] (172) so many times with Ms Veena Mam reg rate of interest but no any solution from them. they asked me that you will have to deposit all EMI at 20% no possibility of any changes. and collection deptt pres to me to deposit EMI at 20% rate of interest with bounce Charge and interest. I m sorry to pay any EMI and late fees until it is not clear at 13% rate of interest this is very fraud did with me by bank without any information reg rate of interest and not provide any documents to till now reg rate of interest. fraud thinks has kept confidential by bank did not disclose to till now without my need and not provide any documents reg PL and also rate of interest why ??? and what is your system after loan section to providing the documents I want to know.

So you r requested pls take serious and forward this mail to concern deptt to Chandigarh in PL deptt. and get it cleared. if there is no any changes clearly write that you will have to deposit all EMI at 20% rate of interest can't change in interest.

So that both person (I and Shailendra shrivastva) will claim in Consumer court for Clearance for fraud (420) done by bank's agent Mr. Sandeep. he was employ of Bank in 2008.

I want to Know your system of PL and which documents provide to customer at time of Loan sectioned I was unknown at that time. but You had to provide the following documents before and after loan sectioned
1) Loan sectioned latter with term and conditions after loan section after then you had to transfer amount in account after sign of customer. This is rule of other banks. If your Agent had put the rate of interest 10% then bank had sectioned the loan to me? And why did not send any documents to till now from bank and also massage of EMI we have received before two days of detection date in which not mention any term and condition of rate of interest. Why did not disclose any thing of 20% rate of interest.

And why did not provide the following
1) Complaint Registration No.
2) Track of Processing Fess of 2008 on PL

3) Track Record of rate of interest of 2008 on PL
4) Any other person who has take PL in 2008 with rate of interest and also with Company status
5) Documents sending proof of my PL which you have send on my address after 2-3 days of PL sectioned date as you have committed or your process of PL documents will send after 2-3 days of sectioned date of PL if not why did not send to till now until before my requirement or before my visit at your branch why---???????


So you are requested pls forward this mail to concern department if you are not solved it.
At the time of Loan taking and filling documents I with two friends of Panacea biotec out of which one Person Mr. shailendra Shrivasta take loan with me on same situation and same conditions so both persons send mail to customer care and call again to again in customer care but to till now no any action has taken from your side.
On the basis of Panacea Biotec other banks were agree given to me PL at abt 14% but on the basis of 13% I taken from your bank. If 20% rate of interest was disclosed from your agent or from your documents, I was not bounded with you to take PL at 20% and Why take ?????? this is totally fraud.
So you are requested pls take serious and get it cleared at your end otherwise both person will go in consumer court and also with other friend who was present with me at that time and without clearance I m sorry to pay at 20% rate of interest I m agree for clearance at 13% rate of interest.
Pls revert ASAP if you can clear this issue at your end if not pls revert and also provide the Complaint Registration No. of mail which I have sending continue from 04.08.11. and also my friend Mr. shailendra Shrivastva.

Loan Amount ----->191,608.00
Loan Equated Monthly Installment ( E.M.I ) amount-----> 7121.00
For 36 Months
As per your mail statement (we also state that ICICI Bank never asks the customer to sign blank documents/agreements.) is this statement is only for customer not for your agent ? and where reflect your document and I was unknown from Loan's documents but your Agent Mr. sandeep was aware do not sign on blank documents but why put sign of me on blank documents this is 420 thinks and why did not ask with me that don't sign on blank documents. I & my Friend put sign on Blank documents on believe of Mr. Sandeep.

I want to Know your system of PL and which documents provide to customer at time of Loan sectioned I was unknown at that time. but You had to provide the following documents before and after loan sectioned
1) Loan sectioned latter with term and conditions after loan section after then you had to transfer amount in account after sign of customer. This is rule of other banks. If your Agent had put the rate of interest 10% then bank had sectioned the loan to me? And why did not send any documents to till now from bank and also massage of EMI we have received before two days of detection date in which not mention any term and condition of rate of interest. Why did not disclose any thing of 20% rate of interest.

And why did not provide the following
1) Complaint Registration No.
2) Track of Processing Fess of 2008 on PL

3) Track Record of rate of interest of 2008 on PL
4) Any other person who has take PL in 2008 with rate of interest and also with Company status
5) Documents sending proof of my PL which you have send on my address after 2-3 days of PL sectioned date as you have committed or your process of PL documents will send after 2-3 days of sectioned date of PL if not why did not send to till now until before my requirement or before my visit at your branch why---???????


So you are requested pls forward this mail to concern department if you are not solved it.
At the time of Loan taking and filling documents I with two friends of Panacea biotec out of which one Person Mr. shailendra Shrivasta take loan with me on same situation and same conditions so both persons send mail to customer care and call again to again in customer care but to till now no any action has taken from your side.
On the basis of Panacea Biotec other banks were agree given to me PL at abt 14% but on the basis of 13% I taken from your bank. If 20% rate of interest was disclosed from your agent or from your documents, I was not bounded with you to take PL at 20% and Why take ?????? this is totally fraud.
So you are requested pls take serious and get it cleared at your end otherwise both person will go in consumer court and also with other friend who was present with me at that time and without clearance I m sorry to pay at 20% rate of interest I m agree for clearance at 13% rate of interest.
Pls revert ASAP if you can clear this issue at your end if not pls revert and also provide the Complaint Registration No. of mail which I have sending continue from 04.08.11. and also my friend Mr. shailendra Shrivastva.

As per your mail statement (we also state that ICICI Bank never asks the customer to sign blank documents/agreements.) is this statement is only for customer not for your agent ? and where reflect your document and I was unknown from Loan's documents but your Agent Mr. sandeep was aware do not sign on blank documents but why put sign of me on blank documents this is 420 thinks and why did not ask with me that don't sign on blank documents. I & my Friend put sign on Blank documents on believe of Mr. Sandeep.

I want to Know your system of PL and which documents provide to customer at time of Loan sectioned I was unknown at that time. but You had to provide the following documents before and after loan sectioned
1) Loan sectioned latter with term and conditions after loan section after then you had to transfer amount in account after sign of customer. This is rule of other banks. If your Agent had put the rate of interest 10% then bank had sectioned the loan to me? And why did not send any documents to till now from bank and also massage of EMI we have received before two days of detection date in which not mention any term and condition of rate of interest. Why did not disclose any thing of 20% rate of interest.

And why did not provide the following
1) Complaint Registration No.
2) Track of Processing Fess of 2008 on PL

3) Track Record of rate of interest of 2008 on PL
4) Any other person who has take PL in 2008 with rate of interest and also with Company status
5) Documents sending proof of my PL which you have send on my address after 2-3 days of PL sectioned date as you have committed or your process of PL documents will send after 2-3 days of sectioned date of PL if not why did not send to till now until before my requirement or before my visit at your branch why---???????

At the time of Loan taking and filling documents I with two friends of Panacea biotec out of which one Person Mr. shailendra Shrivasta take loan with me on same situation and same conditions so both persons send mail to customer care and call again to again in customer care but to till now no any action has taken from your side.
On the basis of Panacea Biotec other banks were agree given to me PL at abt 14% but on the basis of 13% I taken from your bank. If 20% rate of interest was disclosed from your agent or from your documents, I was not bounded with you to take PL at 20% and Why take ?????? this is totally fraud.
So you are requested pls take serious and get it cleared at your end otherwise both person will go in consumer court and also with other friend who was present with me at that time and without clearance I m sorry to pay at 20% rate of interest I m agree for clearance at 13% rate of interest.

Sir I m waiting for ur reply pls solve this issue the loan had been taken in 2008 at that time there was a economic problem and rate of interest of other banks was at abt 14% and your agent given loan at 13% on the basis of Panacea biotec ltd and found in record 20% and taken all EMI at 20% and not disclose rate of interest 20% and fill these documents after my sign this agreement copy had kept blank for bank sectioned rate of interest but put 20% that is very higher and to till now no any documents provide me.

So I went to his office for NOC latter with remaining pay on dated 22.10.11 but not show and not provide after than I send this mail to Customer care he told me that don't deposit money without NOC latter or in written so pls suggest what should be do further.

      I would like to bring into your kind notice that how I have been harassed by ICICI banks Collection agency named “ Profin” and how they are playing with the system to complete their Targets,

      I have got thousand of calls from Profin for the collection purpose, they have used profane language over the phone, they came at my home while I was out, and threatened my wife, Person who came at my house was named Deepak with phone number - [protected],

      They called several time on my phone and threatened me, after that I have filed the FIR in Rohini, Sector -7 Police station against ICICI collect agents,

      It crossed the limit when they called 100 times on my Office reception desk,
      when call get transferred to me and I asked them not to call on my Office desk rather call my mobile then the person named Shantanu Mukherjee said that he needs the money before 4 PM Today, I explained him the situation that I do not have the Money in my pocket and I will go to the branch after office to discuss about it, then he threatened that they will continue calling me on office number and spoil my Image and take my Job which they nearly succeeded, after that I called the Banker, who takes care of Profin, when I ask him to intervene he said that this is the Normal procedure and disconnected the phone.

      Then after these people kept on calling my Office number, they spoke to the Administration Manager of my company and used abusive language against me and were advising my Managers to terminate me from the Job,

      Which shows the unethical behaviors of ICICI collection agency, as per my observation these people can not call us on work place if we do not wish so, moreover they should not call the work place for more then 1 or 2 times in a day if they do not have the Customer’s number,

      It has also been observed when I went to the bank on 01/10/2011 and shown them the Settlement letter which I received from the ICICI Collection agency Profin was found Fake, which was confirmed by Rajesh ( Customer Care Exect.) 2nd floor, Sector – 8 Branch, they called the Banker – Nikhil Suneja and shown him the letter, moreover the phone number appeared on the file was not mine, As per Rajesh, “ It is a possibility that they have done the verification on that phone number”

      Please find below the Phone numbers for the agents who work for profin who was Rude, unprofessional, abusive, threatening, unethical,

        04/09/2011 74678721248068382552020 AWARI TECHNOLOGIES PVT LT 1,275.00 this transaction was almost going to be over but just before I could get the confirmation of successful transaction the link got disconnected.In the mean while I got the SMS on my mobile no.[protected] that the amount of Rs.1275.00 has been debited then immediately I rang-up the AWARI TECHNOLOGIES PVT LT which confirmed that the amount has not been credited in their a/c so either ICICI Bank (CREDIT CARD) has to refund me the amount or ICICI BANK (CREDIT CARD) has to get me the confirmation from the Party that the amount has been Credited in their account, so that I can get the item I had Ordered.

          ICICI Limited Money Multiplier Bond - 082000-MMB ( Two Nos.) , certificate No. 2678, was purchased on 7 December 2000 in the name of Surbhi Sarang ( who wa then Minor) by Gurmit Bhalla ( her grandmother). Gurmit Bhalla was the guardian.
          The maturitry cheque No. 001629, dated 4 July 2011 on ICICI Bank was received in the name of Surbhi Sarang. Surbhi did not have a Bank account then. The Banak ( Standard Chartered Bank, B-68, Greayer Kailash-I, New Delhi-110048) refused to credit the amount in Gurmit Bhalla's account. Consequently, the cheque remained un-collected.

          Surbhi has now opened Banak Account. Savings B ank Acct no : [protected], in Union Bank of India, Rolta Technology Park, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400093, IFSC : UBIN0554227.

            In 2006, I took a TWO WHEELER LOAN for the EMI amount of 1250/PM. I paid the entire amount but in CIBIL it is showing some CIBIL issue is there.

            Due to the reason, when I paid the EMI through CHEQUE, the ICICI BANK had told like the CHEQUE been bounced. But actually it was not. I did the entire clarification with the ICICI bank by showing my PASSBOOK data to them. Then they agreed to that. Even they gave a proof in the form of letter stating that "WE GOT THE EMI AMOUNT TO US FROM ACCOUNT.TODAY ONWORDS YOU WON'T GET ANY LETTER LIKE THIS." My entire EMI due is over by 2008. . Even I got NOC from ICICI bank and also I sold that TWO WHEELER.


            Currently am facing a problem while I tried to get a Personal Loan in HDFC, they are stating that in my name one CIBIL is still showing like "175 DAYS LATE PAYMENT ". So they denied to provide the Personal Loan for me. And they told me to clear the CIBIL. But as ICICI Gave the letter stating that it won't become a CIBIL issue in my name.

            Please clear that issue. For your reference you can use my CUST ID:18451253 as well as CIBIL NO:[protected]

            Please do the favour as soon as possible by clearing that WRONG CIBIL REPORT which is refleting in my name.

              As on date, I do not have any dues against me from ICICI Bank. Three times I visited ICICI branch of Green Park New Delhi and also requested with call centre number of times to kindly issue me NOC. But ICICI bank never care for me and did not listen my request and staff show a very casual and rude behavior which caused me discomfort and mental agony.

                  Respected Sir,
                  this is shambhu sharan singh my credit card No.[protected], I had requested to ICICI Bank for settlement of my credit card in the month of September and received a call from Hyderabad office to know the reason of settlement of payment by a female staff. I urged her that due to some unavoidable financial problem I am not able to pay more than Rs.16120.00 as a settlement amount but she requested me to pay Rs.3100/- more to keep continue and healthy relation with the bank but in two installment and I agreed for the same. She said you have to pay Rs.16120/- by 13th September and rest Rs.3100/- by the same date in next month i.e. October 13th. to pay my first installment to ICICI bank my wife put her gold chain with a Goldsmith and borrow 12000/- cash and Rs.4120/- from my own pocket total Rs.16120/- and deposited in my bank account, time being bank sent me a letter on 7th September 2011, in that letter the installment date was for first installment date 13/09/2011 and for 2nd installment date 15/09/2011, immediately I called the advocate of the bank to clear the matter he said me that that date was printed on letter by mistake but you don't worry, but I had already given cheque of Rs.16120/- to the bank and that was cleared on 13/09/2011 before all the conversation with the advocate and bank staff. now the bank personal and advocate of the bank is forcefully insisting me to pay rest amount of Rs.3100/- within two days or all the settlement will be null and void. I repeatedly urged and requested about my problem to the bank and advocate on telephone but in vein and they are threatening me again and again. I also requested them that please no problem If there is some printing mistake with my letter but please give me time up to 1st October so that I can pay my dues of Rs.3100/- on my salary but that people are forcefully insisting me to pay by today only.
                  Sir, I shall be grateful if you could kindly see into the matter and asked the bank and advocate (Cell No.[protected]) not to threat and harass me or kindly take the action against them. If immediate action is not being taken soon I have to make commit suicide because I can't dare all these harassment.

                        I am not convinced with the Charges levied by ICICI Bank, since from the past 3 months i have been trying to clear my outstanding amount by paying huge amount like INR 18000 etc... Inspite of this the Amount shown in the statement after some charges is still not reduced

                        Last time the Outstanding due was 12000 + , i never made any transaction on my card, by this time when i see mail , the amount is INR 13997.07 , Not sure what the extra charges is all about, and also they have not sent me the statement this time even after multiple calls and reminders

                        Plz check and help me out in this to clear this issue

                          I have given all my documents to open an ICICI Direct 3 in 1 a/c on 29th August 2011, after doing regular follow ups my a/c was opened in 23 days.

                          Even after account was opened there was relationship manager who helped me out in understanding how does ICICI Direct works for trading and how does the a/c gets activated.

                          On 24th September 2011 after repetitive phone calls by me, finally my a/c was activated and when I was trying to do trading the error message was "You Have not submitted Pan card copy", whereas I submitted it at the time I gave all documents and also I verified it when an executive cme for KYC.

                          After 25 days of submitting all documents I am still not able to do online trading.

                          I will never refer ICICI Direct to anyone

                                  i have got a savings acct. with chandigarh branch, but for the past 2 1/2 yrs living in london, got this account opened specifically so that i could be able to do online banking but i can't access my account, i don't even know the balance.its so frustrating.my userID is disabled when i sent the e-mail to get it activated, i was suggested to contact 24 hr customer care, when i try chandigarh customer care no.automated instructions leads to nowhere.it proves to be a wastage of international calling card.

                                  This is swapnil, i had ICICI Lombard critical care policy. they will take installments by charging on ICICI credit card. I canceled that policy 2 months back. Representative said i have to pay 2000 as cancellation fee it was OK for me. I got the SMS and mail of cancellation of policy. Though credit card department charging installments. i tried to cancel my ICICI credit card also credit card department said "policy is not canceled and they don't have any relation with ICICI Lombard department they cant do anything about this and they are asking me to pay 11000 rs. for settlement of the credit card" . I want to get rid of the ICICI credit card and ICICI Lombard policy.
                                  Please help me out
                                  I have an ICICI Bank Credit Card for last 6yrs, they offered me a personal loan with the amount equalling to my credit limit over the phone in the FY2008. I cleared my loan amount in FY2008, now I have two complaint regarding the working of ICICI Bank -they did not issue me the "NO DUE CERTIFICATE" and moreover they spoiled my credit rating by misrepresentig the data with CIBIL for the loan which was paid in full in 2008.

                                  When raised a question - the bank says that they issue NOC only on customer request. and on spoiling my credit score due to non-updation of the data, they are accepting there mistake but not saying why they delayed in updating the record with CIBIL.

                                  I need a compensation from the Bank as they would have not corrected the information if I would have not got my credit report from CIBIL and the emotional trauma I have gone through.

                                    My name is Lalit Kumar and I was using an ICICI Credit Card # [protected] which is about 5-6 years old and due to some problems with the bank I had stopped paying the credit card dues.

                                    Now few days ago some ICICI recovery agent named Nandan & Sanjay Singh has started calling at my mobile no. from no.s'[protected]/10/11/13 stating that they would like to do a full and final settlement on my card and if I am ready to pay the settlement amount, all my dues would be clear and I would receive an NOC from ICICI on my credit card and my name would be removed from the default list in CIBIL as well.

                                    I agreed to pay the settlement amount but kind of terms and conditions they put, was not affordable by me. However due to some emergency I was unable to furnish that settlement that month. Even then I tried hard to sort out the things, but then these guy used abusive language and started threatening me that he has my home and office address and he is going to come and beat me and my family up to ensure that I pay the amount or he will create a nuisance in my office and ensure I get kicked
                                    out of my office.

                                    The very same day they had called my office and started threatening that if, I didn't pay the amount they will keep calling me everyday to get the money out. He is even using the same language with the receptionist and my office staff.

                                    I already have asked him to call on my personal no., however he is adamant to talk on my official no. & at my home, my parents are more than 70 years old, they requested not to use this kind of language and clear that he (me) is not at home so please call at his mobile but they used to call and harass them.

                                    Now he has been calling everyday and threatening me of dire consequences, if I didn’t make the payment on Maximum by 22nd of September.

                                    I am not sure what do to at this stage as I fear the way Nandan & Sanjay Singh has been calling and threatening me to call at my office, he will either cause harm to my family or my job.

                                    These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behavior and language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code.

                                    I would request you to kindly advice if I should file an FIR against ICICI bank and Mr. Nandan & Mr. Sanjay Singh. I am not sure at this point how to get rid of these men's who has been harassing me and has been threatening of calling the senior level people in my company which could easily cost me my job.

                                    I would also like to know how I can settle my dues and obtain the NOC from ICICI bank to get my name removed from CIBIL.

                                      This is to informa you that I am a credit card holer of ICICI bank,bearing the number [protected].The due amount was 39,903 as per their record.Where as my due as per purchase was 15,600.No body had contacted me for this collection and I hace also not paid the same .But suddenly I twas found that they have liened my account[protected],which is a slary account with them opend on 19.5.2011.They have shown me the -10k.While I contacted them they told me that nothing can be done.Since I had issued some cheques I deposited the amount for which baklance 10k also been liened.Whwn I spoke to them and asked to settle the account this people are not even interestd to talk to me.I have borrowed money from out sider on interest because Bank has deducted money without any information.And above all this account has been opened by our company authorization as salary account.While I contacted no body responded to me or guded properly.Now i have been mentally harrased .I also told them to settle this account immediately but nobody responded.I was informed that this was as per RBI guidelines.Which was not communicated to us earlier also.
                                      Please look into this on priority.

                                        I hold an account in ICICI Bank Greater Kailash-2 ,New Delhi branch .I checked my balance in another bank`s ATM on 17/09/11 08:49 a.m. and a sum of Rs 9.50 was deducted from my account as Balance inquiry fee .This sum is wrongly deducted from my account and I request to kindly see to the complaint and get the sum refunded in my account as early as possible.
