UNFREEZE MY ACCOUNT

Applied (Application No:[protected] for a Home Loan at Jadavpur Branch(0864), ICICI Bank, Kolkata on 2nd week of Mar-11(Sales Executive: Mr Somnath Chaudhury, BM: Mr Sandip)
Given all required document by 3rd week of Mar-11 as & when required by Sales Executive/Bank Personnel
Bank again asked for 4 certified copies of deed registered in 1990
ICICI authority ensured me that "produce 2 out of 4 and Loan amount will be disbursed"
I invested from my own pocket(Rs. 3000/-) & collected & submitted 3
After 2 & 1/2 month ICICI authority said me that Loan will not be disbursed.
I asked several times that, if it's not possible to disbursed, pl close the issue & give the official letter for the same.

But Nobody entertained.

Most interesting thing is that, During initiation of Loan, everybody(Sales executive, Branch DM, BM) showed interest & talked but now everybody says that they are not the concern person to close the issue.

FYI: I got the loan from another private Bank with the same Doc, but ICICI harassed me a lot for 3 months which results a big zero.

It cost:Rs. 6500/-
Rs. 3500/- as processing Fee
Rs. 3000/- for certified copy of Deeds of 1990(Deed of 21 Yrs Back)
I need my money (Which I spent as asked by ICICI Bank official) back along with interest ASAP.

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    Myself and my wife is getting calls from credit card recovery department of ICICI bank for one of my old friend having dues on the credit card. The maximum I can do was to give my friend's number and I have already provided that.

    I'm getting call from the number +[protected] and the person has named herself as 'Keerti' from Mumbai. I have explained several times to her that I'm not in connection with my old friend and I have provided her his number too.

    She also threatening me saying she will call to my office and tell everyone that I haven't paid the dues. I'm suffering for someone else's fault, without any reason. So, I kindly request you to take action against this unwanted call.

      I Mrs. Rashmi was working as CPA for PE Loans in Bangalore from 1st June 2004 & I have resigned with effect from 11-Dec-2007. I was with I-Solutions. I need to get the PF money. But I did tried to contact I-Solutions for the same but I didn’t get any information about it. I have sent many mails and still waiting for the reply from them. But now I came to know that I-Solutions has closed and there is no contact details in order to get my PF amount back. Please help me in this in order to get my PF amount.

            Dear Sir,

            I the undersigned with EMP ID 110162 resigned from services of ICICI Bank on August 3, 2010. I served 10 years of services with the Bank. I got transfered my PF from ICICI Bank to current employer Bombay Stock Exchange on October 19, 2010. ICICI Bank transferred the accumulated PF balance as on August 3, 2010 with 8.5% interest. I asking the Bank to pay me the differential interest rate of 1% as rate of interest was declared 9.5% for 2010-11 and my settlement was done duirng this year. The Bank is interpreting EPFO circular all RPFO of March 17, 2011 in its own way and has concluded the the Bank is not liable to pay interest of 9.5% on cases settled in 2010-11 before March 17, 2011.

            This unprofessional approach and anti employee attitude in not giving the benefit of 1% more interest is not acceptable. I have already written and made several calls to Mr. Dilipkumar Pal heading Salary and Finance section of ICICI Bank, but the Bank thinks they are street smart and can do away with paying at 9.5% by intepreting in its way.

            Please take up this matter urgently and direct ICICI Bank to pay me differential 1% interest on my PF amount.

            Hi,

            In ICICI Bank, the interest of the employees is always considered sacrosanct and never compromised. The Provident Fund trust (PF trust) of the Bank is distinct from the Bank and is managed as per the provisions of the trust deed and the rules made thereunder.
            The PF trust of the Bank critically examined the applicability of rate of interest payable in respect of transfer of balance lying to the credit of a member from its existing account to the provident fund account of a new employer. The trust has been legally advised that in respect of transfer of existing accumulations of a member from the Bank's PF trust to PF trust of the new employer, the rate of interest applicable would be the rate of interest prevailing on the date of transfer. In the instant case, the rate of interest prevailing on the date of transfer was 8.5% and the complainant's account was credited accordingly. The details were shared with the complainant over the phone.

              I was working with ICICI bank with employee number 141291 and I am yet to get my PF settlement. I received a set of forms from their PF trust asking me to send the filled up forms but I haven't got a response from them even after submitting as they directed. I tried reaching out to them through emails and phone but no response whatsoever absolutely. Employees of that bank always had problem with their work culture but even after quitting the bank we face problems.

                  We, Moksh Lifestyles Pvt Ltd., having corporate account with ICICI Bank (MIDC ANDHERI BRANCH) for last 2 years has opened the account with Monthly Cash Receipt limit at NON base Branch of 20 lacs by maintaining AMB of 1 lac.
                  Account was opened on 09th June 2009 and its operation till date. In January 2011 we received the letter from ICICI stating that you have been migrated to GOLD account where you need to maintain AMB of 1 lac and monthly cash receipt limit at NON base Branch is just 7.5 Lacs. and since my receipts are more than 7.5 lacs every month they are charging me heavily. I have been continuously contacting their Call Center and even had been to the Branch which is far away from my Place. I was given assurance that we will get some solution but till date since January 2011 there is no response from ICICI Bank.
                  They are just deducting charges for every day transaction after the limit of 7.5 lacs is crossed. Charges are so heavy that it comes to[protected] per month.
                  Any bank can never migrate any of their clients without prior intimation and without knowing what is required.
                  Non of the executives who had come to open the account are still working with ICICI Bank also we have schedule of charges which was given to us while opening the account.
                  We want the solution from ICICI Bank and all the charges reversed within next 15 days failing which we will take action in Consumer Court against the Bank.

                    I booked DD online from my ICICI account , Service Request No. SR[protected] dt. 20/06/2011 for 15K. The amount got deducted immediately & I got confirmation SMS that your service request is succesful & you will get DD in 4 working days by SIgma Courier, whoes AWB No. 629273. But after even 10 days I have not received the same. When I contacted Sigma courire they told that they have discontinued the service contract with ICICI & all the couriers have been send back to ICICI.
                    I conteacted ICICI through email, but no reply , even though they claim to get back in 48 hours.

                      I Manjusha Madame,Architect working with CRN architecs group ,had applied for home loan.My salary is 45000/- per month & My file was rejected just because I work for a proprietor firm which was established in 1945 & has projects worldwide with 600 employees.
                      ICICI policy is not to give home loan to the proprietor employees.But my question is should this information not be with the ICICI executive.He was unaware of the ICICI policy.Hopeless employee!!!!!!!! If they have such policy then their executives must be aware of it.He wasted my 10 days for this.MY builder is waiting for the disbusrement & now I'm unable to pay.
                      Hopeless bank,Fraud bank, employess,no mannaers to talk.

                      I am a home loan customer of ICICI. Loan started in jan 2007 at 9.75% for 20 years. Within 2 months it reached 11.75% for 25 years

                      In oct 2007 new customers were provided loan at 11% but existing customers like me didnt get this benefit. I asked ICICI that why is it so they simply said they are offering best rates. All other banks have reduced rates other than ICICI. I complained the same to banking ombudsman. Than i recieved letter from ICICI they siad if i pay 1.75% of outstanding principal they shall make rate 11%. I went to bank and shouted. They offered me 10.5% by paying 0.5% of principal which i accepted. This means bank can actually provide benefit to existing customers but they dont want to. I would request everyone who is suffering in same way shall go to bank and fight for their rights

                      They say that everything is as per agreement but they can actually provide benefit which they dont do, this is unfair practice

                        i had booked one railway ticket from irctc.co.in and the payment was done by icici net banking. however after transaction was completed the transaction was reffered to irctc which showed session expired because of icici slow servers. the resultant loss is 1296 INR...

                        Sir, I am totally disappointed to deal with Icici bank. Bank is basically working on on its mood. Their is no proper system of working. Bank deducts money from demat account holders as and when it wish. On 27/06/2011, there were some Rs 262/- balance in limit. On 28/06/11, Rs.146.11 deducted without any notice. earlier to that number of amounts have been deducted like that without any notice. I am not getting statement also. That is why, I have left my interest to trade in such hopless Icici bank. This bank befooling and looting account holders by deducting illegal amount.
                        I have also discontinue my accounts no.[protected] and[protected] with Icici bank due to illegal amount deductions by bank. Thanks

                        Sir,I do not appriciate the working of ICICI BANK. It is wonderful, the poor account holders are enjoying the TAMASHA of icici bank as bank reverses the amount on the complaint of account holder which deducted illegally.After 3-4 days the bank again deducted some part amount from the accounts no.[protected] and[protected] which are in the hit list, the same are suffering. Now it is difficult to understand the system of bank. I wil request icici bank to refund our amount and maintain good relation. Further, I will like to say that lay out designing of the icici bank is better than other banks.This should be maintained and ignore hidden charges. THANKS.

                        Sir, ICICI bank is looting account holders. Unfortunatly, I am continuing one of my account due to some shares lying therein. Today I opened my account and found nil balance.I do not understand, how it happened.While icici bank has given me a letter through e-mail that demat a/c holder can maintain zero balance.But Icici bank failed to keep its words. I was having four accounts of my family, out of these three had been discontinued due to hopless service of bank.

                          THREATS BY RECOVERY AGENCY of icici bank Personal Loan

                          DEAR SIR
                          i wuold like to bring to the notice of RBI and others concerned that despite the guidelines issued by RBI, one of the RECOVERY AGENCIES OF ICICI BANK PERSONAL LOAN ,are still using threatening and illegal means of recovering the payments of credit cards.One man from GROUP RECOVERY MANAGEMENT--THEIR auth. agents for recovery have been regularly visiting my house and using all kinds of abusive, filthy and threatening langauage for recovering the outstanding dues against my PERSONAL LOAN

                          I have been in a financial mess for the last about one year, due to which my track of regular payment was spoiled.I, without fail .ysed to make payments with all the interest and every other charges.The bank earned a lot during the time I was earning well, but now I m not in a position to make any payments.

                          I requested the recovery agent that it would take me a few months to settle their account but they are not listening and are continuously threatening me with dire consequences.I told them to follow the things legally but they are not listening.They are saying they wuold get my account settled at a very lesser sum if i pay them seperately, apart from paying to the bank.

                          I request the concerned authorities to stop this way of collection or would be forced to drag the agency to consumer court and also take them to court for criminal charges for using illegal and threatening ways .

                            i used an icici credit cards past four yesars card worth rs 25000. after that i made payment regularly due to my mother sickness i didin"t made the payment properly , after tat i convert my creditcard in to an Emi card after that i made it properly by the time my mother is hospitalised in that time icicibank leaned my account without any notification on the first week of april. after that i contact the customer care and i asked the explanation they told to meet the madurai collection department after that i met madurai manager he asked medical history of my mother and he forwarded to head office and the headoffice accept for settlement and he informed me that head office approved for settlement of principle amount only they cancelled the interest and i also agreed for pay the principle amount but the bank people they didn"t inform me the debit the amount fully how much they leaned after that i asked the bank people regarding thios they wont answer properly now three months finished still i wont get back my mony which they debit excessly without my knowledge.please help me to get the amount back i will produce the details for your refference

                              I Rajendra kaul opened my daughters saving account in November2010 ( A/C No.[protected] to help my daughter to get money timely since she was studying in Jodhpur. Her saving account was blocked on 28 Feb 2011 since she got 18 years without any prior intimation effecting my daughters day to day transctions and i count not send her monthly requirements so we were forced to open another saving account for my daughter in another bank to meet her requirements at Jodhpur where she is doing Mtech.We went to ICICI mansarovar branch office where we came to know that the account has changed from minor to major and needs ten thousand security amount to get the same account in operation once again. we requested the officials to close the account since we can not afford to keep, ten thousand as security amount. we had been advised to submit an application which we did for closing the account and assureed that the amount lying in the account no.[protected] will be paid to you through bank draft. After a gap of four months we have not received our money and during these four months we had been to branch office of mansarovar frequently and bank officials are assuring us that the amount will be returned back very soon.
                              Now we request your good self how to get the account closed at this ICICI branch so that we receive our money back.

                                Unfair recovery practice ruined my peace of mind and life.
