I Ajay ridla ICICI Credit Card Holder Settled the Card paiments by giving amount of Rs 24000/ Thousant.to one of ICICI Represenative his contect # is [protected] and i recieved the paiment raceipts also but i did not received the full and final settlement letter. your bank employees are still askig me to settel above mentioned amount witch i have alredy paid Your represteativ asked me to sellle the amount with in Three Month and i cleared the amount during this period. He gave me the settlement latter only for two months and he said that after whole clearance he will give covered the two months settlement latter in to three monts letter I am following with him but he is not responging and daily i am receivuing a call from bank side. so pls provide me the settlement letter.     Hello,

    I have been using ICICI Bank Credit Card since last 8 years. This is the 1st time I have faced a problem from ICICI Bank Credit Card department and the issue remains unresolved.

    I the month of Feb 2009 I have to visit out of station on a Business Tour for 23 days and I had missed by payment due date for which I had called the ICICI Bank Credit Card Customer Care deptt and expailed them my situation. They confirmed me that the interest and late payment charges shall be credit once they are levied and I just need to call back in March 2009 and get it credit.

    I did as I was told and called up the customer care in March 2009 for reversal of charges. They confirmed about the reversal. I paid the amount deducting the interest, late fees and its taxes. When I received the new statement in April 2009 the charges were still showing and also new interest charges along with taxes.

    I called up the customer care deptt again and after some discussion they said they will work it out. I again made all the payments to the ICICI Bank Credit Card for my usage of the current month.

    Still the problem remained unresolved and the same issue continued in May and June statement. I gave them call every month but the problem remained unresolved. The amount of charges as interest and late fees had been piled upto Rs. 2,318.40 in 4 months. After lots of discussions I received reversal only to confirm for the month of June 2009 i.e. Rs. 491.17 (1 month). I was fed up with the follow-up and hence I switched my useage to another Credit Card after making all my purchase payments.

    Currently, in the July 2010 statement the balance has piled upto Rs. 6,400 odd and ICICI Credit Card representative is giving me 8 to 10 calls daily for settlement and harressing me to settle for Rs. 4,000/-.

    Please help me sort out the issue.

    ICICI Bank Credit Card — interest charges levied by icici bank

    Respected Mam
    I am holding icici credit card for last 2 years. Last year due to
    icici bank my cheque got bounced Due to that I faced lot of problems
    but after regular follow-ups my charges got reversed. First I was
    told to make first payment of 10000 rs which I made. After that
    regularly interest was charged on my card as I was making partial
    payment on my card I regularly followed up Kanpur office and customer
    care center that please give me some relief regarding my interest
    charges but there was no response from their side they always said
    that it’s under bank policy that not to reverse the charges. I have
    sent mail to all grievance departments but no action was taken I have
    pasted all the conversation. Till date I have been charged around
    8000rs as interest charges. Mam in December again due to bank mistake
    my card was misused on irtc site due to which I have to face lot
    problem I have to close down my card also. They reversed my charges
    but they forgot to reverse service charges which after regular
    follow-ups got reversed. Sir I just want some relief in my interest
    charges as its very difficult for me without any job to pay 8000rs as
    interest charges.
    MAM I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT WHEN A CUSTOMER MAKES A MISTAKE BANK
    CHARGES INTEREST OR LATE PAYMENT (FINANCIAL BURDEN ON CUSTOMER) ON
    HIM/HER. BUT WHEN BANK MAKES A MISTAKE NO PENALTY (FINANCIAL BURDEN)
    IS CHARGED THEY SIMPLY PASS THROUGH BY REVERSING THE MISTAKE or
    CHARGES. AT LAST IT’S CUSTOMERS WHO HAS TO SUFFER IS THIS A VALID
    JUSTIFICATION. Mam I want an easy solution regarding this problem.

    ICICI Credit Card — levy late fees

    Dear SHEETAL,
    SOMEHOW i have a knack of getting you to help me solve my credit card problems with your bank yet again an outstanding payment of 512/rs and sure withold a slapped late fee penalty of 400/rs. IS there any reason for this I do not think your company has any value for customers like me whose track record is worth seeing all payments are always on time.       I had a personal loan approx 100000 from ICICI Bank, as amount i got 98000, then EMI started and i was paying, after paying for approx 2 years, i decided to pay in all at once as i was earning good salary, so i called ICICI bank's some branch or customer support which i am not sure now. and they sent me executive to collect the remaining amount , i paid them all the remaining amount he asked and he given me receipt, it was some may to july 2008 period not sure of it now, after three year i am getting call saying that i have still my balance of 50000+ as outstanding, it shocked me, i told them whole incident how i paid, I am confused what should i do now.

In your letter dated Sept.21, 2010, you have mentioned that redemption amount will be sent by D.D. I have sent a request to 3i infotech limited. Tower#5. 3rd floor international infotech park, vasi railway station complex vashi. navi mumbai 400703, to send Rs.15890 by Demand Draft to my office address. Till date amount has not been received.

          I am a ICICI Bank customer and I operated ICICI Bank ATM on 10th August 2010 for Rs. 20,000.00 situated in our office. The machine wrongly dispensed Rs. 19,100.00.
          I found that one note of Rs. 100 was inserted in between Rs. 1000 notes. Hence instead of 19 notes of 1000 Rs, I received 18 notes and instead of 10 notes of 100 Rs, I received 11 notes. In effect, I was 900 Rs short.
          I immediately logged the call with their customer service, RBI Ombudsman and ICICI Bank official by email.

          On 14th August, I received an email from their official stating that Rs. 900 difference is credited to my account and I was asked to verify whether true, which I confirmed immediately. This mail did not cite any reasons whatsoever and neither tendered any apology.

          My grievance is :

          This email did not contain any explanations or reasons whatsoever for this serious mistake. In fact, the more I think, the more I am convinced now that this is deliberate fraud from the people who load the cash in the ATM. Your bank should be frank enough to acknowledge else you will loose customer trust which is paramount in Banking industry.

          Henceforth, how am I to trust the ICICI bank whether my banking with them is going to be safe and without any concerns? What steps they have taken to ensure that such serious thing does not repeat with me or with any customer in general.
          This was not an isolated case and on that day, my colleague also faced the similar issue. Both o[censored]s got the credit of 900 Rs on 14th August but without any explanations / reasons.

          Finally, you are requested to let me know the exact reason/s reg. above and also the steps taken to ensure that such thing will not happen in future.

            Lost my Original Home Documents

            I took a home loan of Rs. 7.34 lakhs from ICICI Bank in June 2004. My account number was LBDEL[protected]. I paid whole loan amount in May 2009. In July 2009, I requested the bank to return my original property documents, but when I visited the branch to collect the papers, they have only photocopies of documents.

            Since then I have visited the branch many times, complained on their website and written many mails, but have not...

            I have a A/c in ICICI Bank Ujjain A/C NO[protected]. On dated 06.07.2010 I have received a call from ICICI Bank regarding transfer of Rs. 80000 When i replied to them i have not done any transfer of money then she replied Rs 80000 is transferred from my a/c.i immediately contact with ICICI branch then he replied that Rs. 80000 is trasferred to the A/c of Mr. Mohd. Tanveer a/c No[protected] ICICI Bank branch Merrut and same amount is withdrawl immediately by the account holder. The adress of a/c holder is 117, Gali no 4 tarapuri Near RAB Inter College Merrut Date of Birth 03.06.1986 Pan No. AHAPT3622Q.Mobile No[protected] .

            afterthat when i ask to ICICI bank to get my money back they replied bank registered my complaint under SR no.[protected],[protected] and replied to before 11th of august 2010 meanwhile you registered a complaint with Police .I also have registered FIR with police on dated 16.07.2010.

            In meanwhile duration when i tried to contact with Bank and their RCU team they replied that matter is under investigation and account holder is not traceable. When i talked with customer care executive regarding delay receiving of SMS (After 50 hours) he replied that SMS is generated after 2 hours of transaction and delivery delay may be due to telecom services.

            Now I have received a mail from customer care and as per him they are still unable to solve the problem and need more time.

            I have not disclosed my userid and password to anybody.

            Please suggest what to do to get my money back.

            To transfer fund from one account to other there are four lever verification in ICICI Bank, first thing u need to add payee and uniqe registation number will be send only ur Register mobile number second thing U need to use ur Login password transation pwd and card grid value, , ,
            so it vry secure process in ICICI Bank...

            Futher process Bank investigation team ll work on tht and u ll get result very soon
            i also have seen the same scenario where some body hacked my account and transferred 1, 00, 000 immeditely i contact with ICICI Officials and they have given my service request, still the matter is under investigation.

              I've taken personal loan for 1,00,000rs. I've paid 9 monthly installments, but unable to proceed further due to financial problem. Though I'm salaried, I've financial responsibilities. The bank has my contact number in their records but in spite of that they're calling around my relatives and friends asking for money. . I've sent an email to customer service asking for settlement.                 My name is Sujan Kumar Das. I took Home Loan from ICICI Home Finance against balance transfer, amounting to Rs. 1,68,000.00. from HDFC. My LOAN ACCOUNT NO. LBCAL- [protected]. Recovery of the said loan has been completed in the month of August, 2010.i.e. EMI for the month of August, 2010 has already been recovered on[protected] from my bank, SBI, Purba Putiary Branch, Kolkata - 700093 under A/C.                   I had to pay Credit card payment of 15,449 for month of July. However , While paying , somehow I was under the impression that I had to pay 15,300 and made that payment 10 days before due date. However when I received the next Month CC statement , it said intrest of late payment as INR 890 .
                  On enquiring , I found that that done calculated intrest on 15,449 and that is riduculous ! for payment of 149 remaining I had to pay payment of 890.
                  Customer Service tried to explain me that it is mentioned in terms & Conditions. I mean I have been a customer of ICICI since 2002 and since then I never defaulted on payment and all payment on time. And this ICICI Bank is Loot Bazaar .

                    Hi,

                    We want to bring this to your notice that we have disputed few charges for which ICICI had charged my credit card. Its such a shame that a bank of their repute has gone to such level. I had called them in the month of April blocked my card and disputed my charges. I informed that as per my calculation your bank has charged me extra 2000 kindly look into it and revert accordingly. Phone Banker informed me, I am putting forward your request and our concern team would get back to you. One month I waited no call. I called back to enquire about the status, they said they would take 90+ working days to revert.
                    After a month later, I start getting calls on my phone from their collections team and people are so rowdy and dont have manners to talk. They are asking me to settle the bills. I informed them that clarify with your bank first I have disputed the charges. These collection team are also calling on my sister's number and asking her to settle the payment. Inspite, of repeteadly telling them that we have dispute the charges and your bank is suppose to revert to us on this, these guys still end up calling us rather then confirming with the bank.
                    Bank sends me a letter that I need to make the immediate payments. When I called bank they are saying, the IRCTCS settlement is in Bank's favor. Funny thing is, when I was asking them the details they said you are not able to verify your security details, just cuz I was not able to tell them how I did my last payment. To verify that I am the person who owns the call, they wanted me to give the mailing address of my office for which I worked 8 years back. After too much of argument, they said, we tried calling you but you were not reachable. We wanted to inform that the charges are towards bank's favor. Isnt is strange? Their collection team is calling us since last 2 months and the bank guys are not able to call me and bank itself informed me they would take 90 days to revert in April.
                    When we called them again today to give us the transactions ID of canceled reservations for which they are charging our card, they said they can’t provide me with because they have forwarded my re-dispute again. Don't I have the right to know the transactions ID. It’s my credit card and you are charging for undue payments and now you are denying me the right to know the details of my own cards? In the end, phone banker Mr Anjan (phone banker) didn't provided me with any information for which I have all the right and I needed this information to cross verify the details with my IRCTC resevrations and send it to bank, because the details which I got from IRCTC shows that the reservations were made of certain amount and doesn not add up to what bank is showing in my credit card statement.
                    I have used their cards since last 8 years. I have made all the payments on time. If I had to do something of this level, I had all the choices of doing it for transactions which were high in amount.
                    It’s a shame that the bank of this repute is behaving so unprofessional with their own loyal customers.
                    Kindly look into this. In case any document is required, we would be more then glad to provide it.

                      Sir I have never heard of this portal/company INDIAIDEAS.COM.
                      This company is transacted Rs2094/- from my credit card the latest being 5th Feb 2009.

                      After being alerted by SMS from ICICI bank I cd know this.

                      Can anyone please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal?

                      I self Anil Kumar my credit card No. [protected], I had received my credit card statement no dt 21/10/2008 than i saw a wrong transaction threw my credit card, as soon i have contact to customer care on [protected] and registered the complaint against Wrong transaction for Rs. 2500/- to Vodafone Essar Mobile on dt. 21/10/2008, and complaint no.R83480250 and he advised me fax a letter on Telifax no [protected] next day have sent a Fax that Telifax no. but he does not response to me than i sent a fax again but he does not response, than i contact to the customer care than he provide me a other Telifax no[protected], than i fax a letter on that no. on dt 05/01/2009 than after call back to me and he said told me that he received the letter .But ICICI Bank's executive call me, to deposit the dispute amount on till date ... kindly take necessary action to help me .

                      i myself is a victim of icici bank 's wrong billing and levying interest and service tax charges on non -existing dues. i wrote more than8/10 letters and email starting from december, 2008, every time new cusomer care officer/ executive replies to my protests. it is funny they have agreed to wrongly charging late payment interest and in subsequant month gave credit for the same but in next statement late payment interest and service charges are levied. i wrote to their customer care officer last letter on 29/05/2009 but failed to receive any reply. icici bank keep on charging late payment interest and sevice tax in all subsequant statements and sum of Rs.200/- is inflated to Rs.800/- plus. As per notification issued by R B I dt.november 21, 2005 on 'Credit Card Business' by banks it is manadatory on card issuing banks to clarify reason for wrong charges if details are asked by the customer but icici bank choose to remain silent on the matter, i do not kmow whom should i approach? 25/07/2009

                        This is serious issue by the bank staff making the wrong statement while transferring the credit amount to my client bank account.
                        On date 10.08.2010 i deposited a cheque from my account which has to be deposited on the same date to my client account. I got the receipt that the bank staff deposited the amount of 5000/- INR on the same day. But the issue is the bank staff make a wrong entry with my Actual name, Instead of Amit Kamlakar Shende they entered Amit Kamlkara Gupta, with no transaction detail on my client account, as when i depositing the amount by cheque, my name account number is clearly mention on the cheque leaflet. Also when submitting the cheque i fill-up the deposition slip with correct entries. I argue with my client that i deposited and showing the payment slip of deposition, my client not agree with me and says that no payment has been done on that name. I report to bank staff, the bank staff said that the amount is deposited and it had reflecting to client account. When My client shows his account statement, I found that the mistake was done by bank. And they are not accepting their ignorance. I have the proof of payment detail of deposition slip with my client account statement image. As i hope this complaint will executed and the bank should get fine or punishment for their Negligence.
                        Along with this complaint i Attach the image from my client where the wrong entries had shown the bank Negligence work.
                        I request you that Please claim the bank for their negligence and should give a satisfactory answer with guilty later.

                          It was ridiculous for an manager (Jonathan) of ICICI Bank to ask me to leave the bank in the middle of a discussion. He was not open to listen to us either. We were pissed off when they treated a customer like this and not ready to explain about ECS process. It was too bad. If such Jonathan's exist, ICICI will loose all its valuable customers & will be bankrupt soon.

On 7th August’2010’ from my account Rs 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) is transferred to another account through internet, Account detail has been identified by one of the employee at ICICI Bank, Sector-18, NOIDA Branch as:

                            Name: Mr. Abhimanue Gopal Singh.

                            Same day (Dt: 07/08/2010) I have log the complaint at ICICI Bank as well as lodge FIR at Police station Secto-20, NOIDA (U.P.).
                            My ICICI complaint service request No is SR[protected].
                            ICICI Customer care has blocked my account for any transaction after my complain
                            Till now I’m waiting for my money and no body at branch want to listen about my case and no one is ready to guide me to take next step to get my money back.

                            Kindly help me to find out the culprit & get back my money soon ASAP.

                            Dear Deepak,
                            Only God can help you now. ICICI boast of their service but when such things happen they wash off there hands by trying to conveniently transfer the blame upon somebody else. They charge their coustmers in the slightest pretext and on several unheard of heads and contribute heavily to there bottomline. They should in turn come out in this case, lead from the front and compensate the customer, once it is clear that the customer is not at fault. Thereby they can increase their credibility and business. By this they will have a sense of responsibility to improve their system.They will not loose anything since they will surely be covered by insurance.

                            Be patient and put a case in consumer court, so that whenever you are compensated you will get the interest also.

                                This is regarding Icici Bank Credit card no.XXXX1000 as shown in my CIBIL credit report that there are 14380/Rs Overdue in this card, but I do not have this card.

                                I discuss the matter with Mr. Mamuduri Ganesh on 29.07.10 date on customer care phone helpline at 3:10 PM & he told me that Icici bank have not issued any card of this no. & its not possible to show this credit card no. in CIBIL report. He told me that I will generate your cibil report & sort out the matter in 5 days. He gave me req. no.[protected].

                                I again call the customer care helpline on 04.08.10 date at 3:50pm (Ref. No. SR[protected] & discuss the matter with Miss Lalita. She told me that Mr Mamuduri Ganesh have not uploaded your report & I am sending the reminder to Mr. Ganesh to upload your report. Please call after 3 days.

                                I again call the customer care helpline on 06.08.10 date at 3:15pm (Ref. No. SR[protected] & discuss the matter with Mr. Vikas. He told me that Mr Mamuduri Ganesh have not uploaded your report till date & I am sending the reminder to Mr. Ganesh to upload your report. Please call after 3 days.

                                I again call the customer care helpline on 09.08.10 date at 2:30pm (Ref. No. SR[protected] & discuss the matter with Mr. Hero mawani. He told me that Mr Mamuduri Ganesh have not requested for your report, please give me your Pan No. so that I can request for your cibil report. I was totally shocked to hear this because it was totally different what Mr. Vikas & Miss lalita told that Mr. Ganesh have not uploaded your request.
                                I am confussed now that Mr. Vikas & Miss Lalita were telling a lie or Mr. Hero mawani is telling a lie.

                                  My NOC certificate form ICICI has been desp on 30th of July 2010 vide Way bill No. AWB [protected] but till 9th of Aug.2010 it has not been delivered , trying to contact the cusomer care number but it seems to be so busy that all the 24 hrs only one message is repeating that " Customer Executive is busy " , Some local courier also take effort to call the Cusomer on his Mob no. to confirm his address before marking the document as un-delivered, but in u r online tracking system doument shows undelivered and reason mentioned that Pin Code is not been mentioned , I dont understand that without Pin Code number on the documnet why did ur representative pick the doument from Consingnor...

                                  Is it the way to Courier service operate , how could ICICI bank depend upon u.................?

                                    closing of current account
                                    I have a Current Account with ICICI Bank Manjalpur, Vadodara Brach, few days the account went irregular reslting into charges of approx 2,200/- I approached to bank and asked to close the account where by they asked me to pay the debts / charges and run transatactions in the account.

                                    They also advised that once the charges are paid they they will reverse those charges very next month. I have paid the charges but till date those charges are not yet reversed and the account is incurring huge new charges. I approached the Bank and asked to close the accout for which they are not listing and aking for more payment to close the account. The account has remained unused and incurring heavy charges without any fault on my side. Pls guide me what should I do now and how should I avoide such un-necessary charges
