I opened 3-in-1 trading account with ICICI Direct few months back. My savings & demat account were in joint names as allowed by ICICI. My trading account was in single name since ICICI does not offer joint trading accounts. Once the accounts were set up, I tried to invest in mutual funds which was my primary motive for opening this account. To my surprise, ICICI site did not allow me to buy MF since my trading account was in single name and savings account in joint names. I was shocked - first they make me open account in this manner and then they dont let me buy MF. For past few months, I have talked to their sales team & relationship managers who are of no help. I have written to their customer email ID, the escalation contact as well as COO email - no body seems to care since I have not received even a single reply to numerous mails that I have sent. I am now in the process of closing all these accounts.

    I was issued with policy no. 11974528. On receipt i found the policy having some other person's photo. I returned the same o Mr Nilendra mob no. [protected] abot 6 months back. The same has not been returned to me as yet. I asked so many persons about it but no one is helping me.
    On anothe accasion, i was asked by Mr Anand Kashyap mob no. [protected], that on depositing advance premium, i will get 20% extra bonus. I gave him two cheques of Rs 20000. To my surprise i get two new policies. These two policies have since been returned in the freelook period. I am awaiting the refund. Can any senior person in ICICI LOOK INTO THIS.

    icici life stage pension — not able to register online

    i am not able to register online as error is coming that ur e-mail id not matching. my policy no. is 08643578. I have given a requisation regarding change of address and updation of e-mail id and telephone no. still im not able to register as same error message is displaying. being a reputed and international company such a small problem of mine is pending from along period is untolerable. pls look after the matter or i will be forced to discontinue my policy.
    How do i log in although i was told by customer service that my id is registered.

      Hi Forum,

      I am working in Infosys Technologies Ltd, Pune. I am writing this letter to inform you the misuse of my ATM card. On 27th july,2010 at 12:30 pm I had withdrawn an amount of Rs 500 from the ATM centre in Rajiv Gandhi Infoech Park, Phase -2, Village Mann,Pune-411057 at sdb -1 building. After withdrawal of the amount I collected the receipt and I forgot to collect my ATM card. At around 5:04 pm I had blocked the card. At 4:59 pm some one had misused the card by swiping the card for an amount Rs 6633 at Edison Enterprises.
      Now I have few questions to ask:
      Question 1: I explained the same scenario to the officials of the nearest branch. So I came to discover that there isn't a camera in the ATM centre in the above mentioned address. According to the RBI guidelines there should be a camera at the ATM centre. Dont you think the person who visited the bank after me could have been trace with the cctv camera. So where does the security of the bank lies.
      Question 2: Now the vendor has to check the signature while issuing the receipt to buyer with the signature present behind the card. Since unlike other debit cards ICICI debit cards dont ask for the security pin which I feel is not more secured as compared to those. If not secured it is right of the vendor to check the signature and then only issue the receipt. If check by the vendor would have done my money would have been saved. I want a reply from the bank officials who is going to pay for my money.

      My card was stolen by some one and was misused by some one for 26000 across various merchant locations.

      After a lot of trip to the police station i managed to get an FIR copy which i submitted to ICICI bank.

      They are prompt to reply and started the investigation immediately. Their person ce and met me in office and asked me to fill the dispute form and collected all the duplicate copies footages whatever i had from the merchants.

      Today i got my refund(within a month). And am very happy for the same

        I AM NOT RECEIVING THE STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT FOR THE LAST ONE YEAR APPROXIMATE AND THE FACT WAS BROUGHT INTO THE NOTICE OF BANK NO OF TIMES.

        SIR I AM FED UP WITH THE SERVICES BEING PROVIDED BY THE BANK. EARLIER ALSO I HAD REQUESTED THE BANK TO SETTLE THE DUES IF ANY, AGAINST ME AND CANCELL MY CREDIT CARD.

          Dear Sir,
          Credit card number [protected] N.R.Rajagopal
          I have not received the credit card statement for the month of July. So I contacted the customer service on phone number (Chennai[protected] on 23rd July and I was iformed that the same is under despatch.
          As I have not received till 29th evening, I contacted once again the customer care number on 29th at 18.00 hrs and I was told that the same has been delivered on 19th and the security ( Mr Edwin) collected the letter. On checking with the security, catagorically denied having received the letter. Kindly send by post the cosignment note from the courier service and Mr edwin is ready to check for his signature. According to edwin, he avoids collecting letters from the courier and sign for the same. He directs he courier servie t deliver the letters to the appropriate flat.
          So to verify as to whether the security at my aprtment complex has forgotten the receipt of the letter or your courier has wrongly delivered the letter, the consignment note is the only evidence. Kindly arrange to post the copy of the C/N.

                Complaint against ICICI BANK which is also listed on your site. without information this bank have debited on QAB Charges,apr-jun10+Serv Tax77 DR INR 827.00.

                I have my salary account no.[protected] with ICICI bank, With out any intimation bank wala deducted the QAB charges. please take the necessary steps to revert back the amount else planned to close this account. Kindly do the needful ASAP

                i opened 3 in 1 icici a/c and my saving a/c shoul be zero balance in 3 in 1 a/c burt they are saying u opened freedem normal saving...
                and my QAB has been charged frm last two Quarters...
                The same happened to me, and although after complaining to the customer care I got the amount back in my account just today; still they insist that my account has been changed to normal savings n that i maintain minimum balance now.

                I will be closing my account in some time; would ask u to register a complaint with the customer care get your money back and do the same
                I was just checking my ICICI Bank's account today and I was shocked when I found that 843 Rs debited from account as QAB charges without any information and even my account always has appropriate balance in it. I tried to connect with bank's customer service, but there was no response. I just want my money back.

                i have suddenly found rs.827 deducted from my icici savings account. i dont really know how this can occur. i was shocked when i looked at my mini statement. this is very atrocious. Icici will loose all its customers very soon if it goes on like this. Kindly take a step against this.

                Common guys ICICI ppl are frod. dont get panic. u must know that the u can always complain Banking Ombudsman setup by RBI. In case u don't know what is Banking Ombudsman, its a RBI body (headed by highly qualified private ppl) which deals with customer complaints against the banks. I've very very good experience with Banking Ombudsman. They really work. I got my 4 complaints solved 100% against different banks. U just need to put the complain in written (by email or on paper)

                i encountered the same problem thru my sister, her account too show -827 courtesy this QABChgs, jan-mar09+ST77. dont know wat is this all bout as she is in US right now. they should atleast let the customer know when they r ripping him/her, at the very least.

                I had the same problem and I had sent a mail to the Nodal Officer of ICICI Bank enquiring about the charges being deducted under QAB. They have responded by sending a letter and have also credited the QAB charges that they had deducted from my account for this year.

                I have now sent a mail asking about the RBI guidelines on QAB.

                ICICI — QAB CHARGES

                This is Dipu Kumar Baruah from Guwahati. I have an account with ICICI bank. Suddenly today I learnt from my Summary of accounts staement that Rs.827 has been dedcuted as QAB charge, without my prior knowledge. This goes againstthe ethics of any banking organisation. It was their prime duty to inform me for deducting my hard earned money.It seems that the bank has made the rules for their own convinience for sucking money from their valued customers.
                this is totally fraud company. they are here only to cheat poor indians.

                I am a customer of ICICI from 2004. I found Rs.827/- deducted from my account as QAB charges. But I used to maintain Rs.5000/- as minimum balance till now. As I know minimum quarterly balance for those accounts opened before year 2007 is Rs.5, 000/- and rest of the new accounts are to maintain the minimum quarterly balance is Rs.10, 000/-. So, I could not understand why it was deducted from my account.
                I am an account holder of ICICI from 2004. I found Rs.827/- deducted from my account as QAB charges without any prior notice regarding in-sufficient balance or limitation of minimum balance. But I used to maintain Rs.5000/- as minimum balance till now. As I know minimum quarterly balance for those accounts opened before year 2007 is Rs.5, 000/- and rest of the new accounts are to maintain the minimum quarterly balance is Rs.10, 000/-. I have seen above instructions at some ICICI branches. So, I could not understand why it was deducted from my account.

                ICICI Bank has charged me QABChgs, Jan-Mar10+ST77 Rs. 827.00. Even though i have account opened by my company(salaried account).They can not charge QAB on salaried account. Please raise a complaint againt them

Recently I found the bank charging Rs827 each for both the quarters as the QAB charges which I strongly oppose.                 I have my salary account no.[protected] with ICICI bank, FORT as I am working with Cox and Kings India Ltd. Now my salary is not getting credited as I am working on Free Lince basis but my transections with bank are very normal. Then I received letter on June,15,2010 from bank to mainten minimum balance of Rs.10,000/- I deposited Rs.10,000/- on June, 22, 2010.

                I am surprised how could they debit without information to customer.
                Can you please rectify this case and able to inform how can I get this MONEY BACK.

                  I have made a funds transfer to my mothers' account from ICICI bank (mine) to HDFC bank (my mothers). But the funds were credited and reversed back on the grounds of account holders name mismatch. Corresponding reversal charges & service tax & education cess etc. etc. charges were made towards HDFC bank. Consequently minimum balance in HDFC has becomes down and the timely payment could not be paid. My child school fees to be paid from my mothers account cheque, got failed.

                  To the same account earlier transactions since 2 years were successful. ICICI bank issued the NEFT request in AUTO to another persons account number and amount credited in my mothers account both account number and names were mismatched, for which ICICI Bank didn't took any responsibility to provide proper services to their customers, they are escaping by saying it is reserve bank's responsibility. Failing to provide the proper service as well as imposing a huge penalties (the service provided by them is not showing any responsibility equivalent to their penalties).

                  It is absolutely the failure of ICICI bank to get the proper communication from either Reserve Bank of India or HDFC bank. They were simply pulling the matter since 3 months. Still I didnot get proper reply from them. Now I am in air, whether to transfer my money to my mothers' account or it will go to somebody else's account. In that case these guys lifts their hands and simply escaping on the grounds of Reserve Bank of India's name.

                  When we charge a huge amounts of fees to our customers, we have to provide atpar service to the customers. Let me see who will attend this problem.

                      Above mentioned loan (ac. no. lpdel[protected]) does not belong to me.

                          On Saturday (24/7/2010) 1.30pm I got a SMS from your bank that “I have successfully created a new 3D secure pin“. I immediately contacted the bank and was waiting to speak to your customer care executive. I received another SMS telling a transaction of Rs. 8862.00 has done through my credit card by purchasing ticket by using site cleartrip.com.
                          I immediately and blocked my card. The first day your customer care person Mr. Ashutosh & Mr. Sanjay told me that this is a case of payment dispute and after 24hrs I can make a complaint of the same.

                          After 24 hrs, yesterday I phone the bank again to make the complaint. Your customer care person Ms. Susan denied all the promises Mr. Ashutosh & Mr. Sanjay made .She told I can not go for any dispute complaint. Till this time I haven’t used the 3d pin and I was not well aware about this facility.

                          I have already lodged a police complaint & informed site cleartrip.com about the same.

                          As I have not done this transaction, what shout i do now
                          Kindly suggest.

                            This is a complaint against ICICI Bank Branch (NRE Service) Sector 18th , Noida. I have visited the branch on May 31st 2010. Requested the branch to provide me with an ECS transfer Mandate in favour of IDBI Home Loan Branch Lajpat Nagar.

                            The ECS was issued and latter submitted to IDBI Home loan Branch. Now we have been informed by IDBI that ICICI has refused to make the payment I have attached all the correspondence along with scaned copy of ICICI Mandate Form.

                            Please kindly help me to resolve the problem.

                                Respected Sir / Madam,

                                This complaint is regarding to money loss of amount of Rs. 400/- due to fault in Axis Bank ATM located in Kurla (East) Nehru Nagar.
                                I have transacted through ICICI debit card from the AXIS ATM located at Nehru Nagar (Kurla – East), wherein I have received only Rs. 600 in INR serious of 100 rupees note on the withdrawal request of 1000/-. Four hundred rupees were less in the transaction and after checking the balance it was showing of 1000 rupees withdrawal. There was no security guard at the AXIS BANK ATM premises. There were several other people who have experienced the inconvenience of ATM immediately and same issue was been taking place.

                                I myself and few more people went to Police station of nearby area and the officer & constables has visited the premises to verify on the said matter and they verified on our complaint.

                                Enclosing the application and the copy of complaint launched at Police station.

                                Further on 28th June, I officially informed to ICICI principal branch located at Powai on the above said matter and they gave me the SR[protected] and assured me that the request will be processed in 12 working days from request date.

                                Last week when I have called up at ICICI principal bank to ask about the status of my request, Mr. Tarun (tel no. –[protected] has informed that the AXIS BANK is confirming about the dispatch of 1000 rupees in the transaction, which has not happened and about the fault in ATM was verified and approved by the Inspector of Nehru nagar police station. The same is attached with the stamp of the police station.

                                Request you to coordinate with the ICICI Powai bank and confirm them that only Rs. 600 was received and rest 400 rupees need to refund or credit to my account on priority.

                                  I (M.SATHISH CHANDRA BHANU MURTHY) having ICICI bank account since 6 years My A/C No is[protected]. Last May month I started to use my internet banking facility whichever ICICI bank is providing to all customers. This internet banking also using for checking my account balance and statement purpose only.

                                  But suddenly on the date of 9th June 2010, I got one mail as [protected]@icicibank.com subject as Alert Service Upgrade to my mail account. In this mail they given like “you can now enjoy flexibility and more secured services click below to visit your account page” so, Just I used the link and given my details like user ID and Password through that link. After one day exactly from 10th June 2010 onwards the hacker used my account and paid VODA phone Bills continues till 12th June 2010 amount nearly 12000/- I lost through these transactions. I got this fraud on 12th June 2010 immediately I contracted Nearest ICICI Bank and given my complaint to Customer Care same time they taken my complaint and given complaint no as SR[protected]. At the same time they told please register FIR in the nearest police station by using this complaint no so please accept this complaint and take necessary action to recover my amount from ICICI Bank. With this letter attaching mail print copy (which I got mail from the hacker).

                                  Iam going to lodge complain againest ur bank services due to 12000/- froudly debited from my internet banking user id and password. so please trace out all trasactions and recovery my amount. At the time of froud my 12000 amount was paid to different vouda phone bills paid. so please trace out those mobile no's which are paid from my account on those dates(9th 10th 11th and 12th of june 2010). If you are fail to give me justice are no credit that 12000 amount i will lodge complaint againest your bank. please give reply in return signal.

                                      Hi, My current ICICI home loan ROI is 13.25 % which is too high than other players in the industry. After approaching they advised to visit any nearest branch in Pune to submit the difference money (0.5% of the current O/S amount).

                                      But concerned person denied to accept the cheque 0.5% of o/s amount saying that you have to visit main branch because this scheme last date was 30/06/2010.

                                      This is really embarrasing me as there is no instruction or mail from ICICI customer Service????

                                      I need help to convert my present ROI ????
