Recently, I have changed my bank details for KYC approval on EPFO Portal (UAN No.[protected], but it is still showing Verification under process.

I am unable to do the PF transaction unless it's completed. Please take action and help me to complete the verification.

    Address: Lattakoojan tea estate, Golaghat, Assam

    On June 22nd & 24th Rs. 3431 & Rs. 501 got deducted citing the reason CashTxnChgs-branch. There has been no intimation about the deduction and for what reason i am still unaware of it.

    Kindly look in the matter at the earliest.

      Address: ICICI BANK NILAMBUR, malappuram dist.

      My account[protected] has been deducted with Rs.283.20/- (cashtxn chgs-branch may22), on 22/06/22. As there is no reason for deducting such huge charges, and no notification was send to the account holder, the bank is liable for a refund of the same, with explanation to why such actions were taken, as soon as possible.

        I have booked hotel using Goibibo portal but planed has changed then I had to cancel my booking.And I cancelled it in cancellation period.Goibibo is showing it has procymy refund but it not reflecting in my ICICI account and payment has made using UPI

            After Leaving ICICI Bank, I Am Not Currently Employed Anywhere.

            I Want To Withdraw My PF Balance Of Rs. 15340 But EPFO Site Is Showing That ICICI Bank Is Exempt From PF.

            Moreover I Want To Deactivate My UAN Number And Have New UAN In Case Of New Employment

              Hello sir/mam
              I applied for ICICI Bank credit card but
              This is ridiculous if you are asking for 3 moths salary slips for ICICI Bank credit card this should be noted in which act they are asking for salary slips and take a strong action against ICICI Bank policy this all happens on there agent call after uploading documents adhar pan etc.
              Even though any other bank doesn't ask for salary slips

              Kindly look into matter seriously

                From 7 June 2022 icici Bank deducted my Rs. 1, 579 money using the name of ECS without informing me and I am not accepted any deduct charges request from bank.                   We are an existing customer of your esteemed ICICI bank at the Gohana branch. Our present loan account is[protected]. We have been associated with the bank for a long time and we have made all installments on time and will also do so in the future.
                  Now, the issue is regarding the previous loan account[protected] which belonged to our father, and our father expired from hazardous disease cancer during the lockdown period. Even in the lockdown, we paid installments timely. After lockdown, we visited the branch to transfer the loan account to all dependents. Initially, the bank manager asked to return the loan amount with interest and penalty. He assured us that the penalty amount would be refunded to us. We paid the total amount with the penalty to the bank. After that, we received a loan again. When we didn't receive that amount for a long period, we met with the bank manager, he told us that your penalty amount has been approved by the bank but due to a closed loan account I unable to pay this amount to you.
                  We request you to kindly solve my problem. It will be a great mercy.

                    I am ICICI account holder, June'22 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-May22+GST" charges without my knowledge.

                    22 Jun'22 - Rs 472

                    I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer and debited the money. I am really worried about this deduction.

                    I want you to refund the amount, without customer knowledge debiting the money is showing the cheap behavior. You are charging SMS alert, but not receiving messages for this kind of scam. If you don't resolve this. I will go to your higher authority people and escalate about it.

                      Hi team,

                      I have not opted any policy from ICICI Bank but 1899 got deducted from my account on 20/6/2022. PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal policy. This is not at all correct with out the knowledge of the customer you people are deducting money under the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal policy .I have not opted any policy please send my money back.

                        Recently I have opened an saving account in ICICI Bank. They took 10000 as deposit. After few days, on 23-jun-2022 they took 588.82 Rs as Picture Drcard joinfee+Gst . Even I didn't get any sms regarding the deduction . Surprisingly even the Agent who helped me to get onboarded didn't mentioned anything about the same .

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          This is with reference to my application for changing a dormant account to active status. I've submitted the required form along with documents on Friday 17th June at Mandsaur(MP) branch [Pin Code: 458001]. When I asked for an acknowledgement receipt or any service reference number, I was told that bank don't provide any acknowledgement for the same. Even after 6 days of submitting the application it has not yet been processed.

                          On today visit, i was told that due to unavailability of employee it has not been processed yet

                          Also for 1 of my other active accounts, when I asked to downgrade my account from privilege to normal account, I was told that it will happen through Customer Service Helpline and not by the branch.

                                I have purchase iphone 13 on march 9th 2022 from imagine store Mysore using ICICI debit card.. the offer said that I would receive the cashback to my account within 3 months it’s been close to 120 days not n not received a single penny.

                                  I really regret, frustrate for having an account in icici. My account got freezed last month without any prior notice, sms, or mail. And I have visited to the bank 4 times since last month(literally a month) and the issue is still not resolved.
                                  Every time I go they take the proofs from me saying it will be resolved in 2-3 days and it's been 1 month it's happening.

                                  I just don't want to continue anymore with this bank.
                                  Please return my money or resolve the issue immediately.

                                  I rate 0/5 for ICICI bank services towards customers.

                                    Money is deducted from my account with just 3-5 days . More amount is deducted before, i printed a mini statement where I got to know this.The account is under my mother's name. I didn't receive any notification about it nor any sms after deducting. It's not a small amount that I can ignore . This is totally fraud event . My account was stuck on 0 balance. I was not know that these charges a deducting and leaving my account on 0 balance . I want all the deducted money back in my account. Or else I can take a legal action against this as I didn't receive any notification before and after deduction.

                                        Stating that my account was debited by Rs 40000, from my account. This transaction was made on 3/06/2022. I complained to the bank about this transaction within 15 minutes and blocked my Credit card immediately. That time they assured me that the transaction was declined by the merchant account.
                                        Since the confidential information regarding the non deliverance of my credit card was leaked & my phone no was also shared with the scammer & it’s not possible without the help of a insider so I’ll be proceeding with criminal breach of trust! Also I didn’t have the physical possession of the card & as u can check I emailed your executive Ashwin ingle to deliver my credit card to my current residential address still the card was dispatched to my old address deliberately & since I was not using the card I won’t be paying any dues as you can clearly see from the transactions done & I reported it within 15 minutes so also as per rbi I’m not liable.
