I had opened a recurring deposit account with ICICI Bank in January 2009. The complete deposit amount with interest was supposed to be credited to my savings account on 31.01.2010 which unfortunately did not happen. I wish to inform that the ICICI credit card has done one swipe for Rs.5990/- towards ICICI prudential insurance and which I have informed to cancel or waive off the same from my ICICI credit statement and they are charging interest, late fee for the same.
