From 11th April 2022 icici Bank deducted my Rs.1778 money using the name of NACH_AD_RTN without inform me and I am not accepted any deduct charges request from bank. Whenever i credited my balance on icici account within a second always it was deducted. I want resolution and my money back within 24 hours.

No my complaint still not resolved. I spoke with icici Bank they said bajaj requested them to bounce my emi so they deduct my money but I already pay in advance emi. Email id- [email protected] Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible

Hello sir/mam,
I sent email to icici Bank, Bajaj finserve loan statement and BAJAJ FINSERV Reply on this NAACH_AD_RT charges they didn't apply me any bounce charges and they sent request to bank it was auto command. Icicibank customer care executive said me if I give this confirmation from bajaj after that they will refund my money. I send email to bank regarding confirmation and loan statement. So, basically it was not my fault without reason icici Bank deducted my charges and now they are not giving me Reply on my mail. I want my refund back from icici Bank.

Hello sir/ mam,

Icici bank reply me and they refuse to give me my deducted money back as said it is centralized process Naach charges applied because of my emi was bounce as there system said but vit was not my fault. If anyone have mistaken its Icici bank either Bajaj Finserv in that case why I suffer financially and Icici bank deducted my money over the rule more than penalty and said they deducted my amount was correct. This is very disappointed.
They are not accepting there mistakes I said, them I paid my EMI in advance but they are refused to give my money back. In all this scenario I am not applicable for any penalty or charges. I am requesting to consumercomplaint.in please help me to give my deducted money from icici Bank.

    Am an icici bank customer. Yesterday 19-06-22 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.       Dear ICICI Bank,

      I had booked a ticket from your Imobile app in Nov 2019, for June 2020. This was booked by Tapzo on your app.

      The flight was cancelled and the amount was refunded by the Airline to Easemytrip.

      But, Easemytrip has kept this refund amount with them as Tapzo was shut down.

      Easemytrip has kept this money with them since April 2021, I am taking regular follow up but they are not providing.

      Pls discuss with GoNuclei and provide me my refund.

        Worst customer service so far from any bank. I generated a pin for the card, tried making a transaction, the card did not work. ICICI atm displayed the card is blocked message. Tried unblocking the card through netbanking and imobile, they say the card is not blocked. Tried generating pin again, unsuccessful. Tried to request for a checkbook, says my account is not eligible for a checkbook. Tried calling customer care, unable to reach the...

        I am Kamalayya and without any notification suddenly Rs.590/- deducted from my account. NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~IPRUMF like this mentioned in details.
        Please tell me what should i do and
        The bank is deducted more than 5times of 590 rs without giving me any message or any deduction messages.because of this i cannot put any amount in my account when ever i put some amount after some time automatically bank is starting deducting amount. Such a shame for customer.waste Bank

          I have updated my bank account details in the EPFO portal and awaiting for verification from the back end. I request ICICI bank's concerned authorities to look into this and take an appropriate action or at least Keep us updated with the TAT.

            Right now i see a deduction of 590 by NACH

            June 2022

            I had a 790rs debit card fees for coral which i never requested in the first place. I had asked for a debit card replacement as i had lost it. The customer service agents are truly money sucking machines who issued a coral replacement inspite of me haviga coral credit card. which obviously doesn't make any sense.

            October 2019

            I also was charged the processing fees incorrectly on my credit card for an amount that was returned by amazon. They only know debits from your acc and inspite of multiple follow ups there are no credit backs for them.

              In spite of maintaining sufficient balance, ICICI had charged with NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG charges on 10th June for a mutual fund SIP auto debit. Also I can confirm I have not mandated NACH for the said SIP, still the charges of 590.00 were put. Can you help me with some lead

                Hello,
                The bank is charging me money without any reason on the name of ECSRTNCHGS. I don’t know what is this and they have charged me around 600 rupees in last week. So as a customer I am registering a complain of this.

                  A/c #[protected]. I was to retire on 30th of April 22. Was in touch with banking manager Ms.Nikita [protected]. On 20th of April 22 went to bank to get the adhar card address of my daughter changed. Met Nikita who introduced me to her senior Ashfaque Sheikh [protected]. He started discussing various investment options. Even showed me a slip of paper where the returns were 15% pa.
                  During the entire discussion even with Nikita earlier I was very clear that what ever investment they suggest should give me fairly good returns monthly so as to enable me to take care of my day to day expenses. Inspite of this Ashfaque invested my 2.50 lacs in 2 policies with ICICI Prudential unknown to me. When I got the mail from them with yearly premium of 1.50 Lacs x 2 I was shocked. Next day when I met him He cooly told me to get the same cancelled. When I went for cancellation to prudential office enquired about the deduction if any. Prudential staff confirmed tht there will be no deduction except minor deduction if any towards medical examination etc which in my case was not. When the refund was credited in my account to my utter surprise Rs.13336.51 was deducted. Since then have been running from pillar to post but non neither Prudential staff nor Bank staff who were responible have been able to give me satisfactory answer. Thirteen thousand is a very big amount for an retired person. This is all due to absolutely careless attitude of Ashfaque who inspite of knowing the facts forced me with these policies. After two decades of my association with ICICI Bank feel like closing the account. Do look into the matter and I await for refund of 133336.51 .

                    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th july, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                      I have my savings cum salary account in ICICI, Infosys Mysore.

                      My credit card expired in Feb 2022 and I had requested for a renewed credit card to be delivered to my Bangalore address which is already communicated to the bank and updated in my netbanking profile.

                      But the card was never delivered despite raising multiple requests. They blocked my card in Mar 2022 stating lack of new delivery address for the new card.
                      I was unable to pay my pending EMIs and the credit card dues. My dues and interest piled up.

                      Finally they sent a lien notice of 1 week to clear my dues. I paid Rs.4453 including the EMI amount, interests and penalties. My EMI amount is only Rs. 1481.76 /- including the interest and IGST.

                      It is the bank's fault for not renewing my credit card and not delivering on time. I want the remaining amount reimbursed to my ICICI savings/salary account.

                        The amount was deducted in the name of DP charges in my account without intimation of any mode and again debited the amount twice and incorrectly So, whatever the deduction of the amount also targeted by the bank to customers on other recurring mandate dates of deduction amount from that respective account. So that bank will levy the ECS charges again on the customer for the reason of not maintaining a sufficient balance. This is one of the ways a bank is looting the customers.
                        This has happened to me and even if I sent the emails and spoke with customer care but there is no proper response.
                        This needs to be addressed by the Bank and needs to return my ECS debited charges to my account asap.

                          I have been using my Internet bank account for long and now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care but IVR system is responding no customer care representative are attending calls even after one hour waiting of multiple time.

                          This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. I am in a very urgent need of transferring fund to my mother for her illness as I am far away from my home town at present but such service of ICICI bank has kept me in a very awkward situation. Same situation I have faced earlier also and that time as well no customer care was picking my call then I visited ICICI nearest branch for resolving it.

                          How do I get the internet banking user id reactivated? As I have to transfer fund now...

                            I have current account in icici bank and my account was freezed by bank on 3rd june. Even they didn't informed or warn before freezing my account. I tried to contact their support and bank as well, but they didn't give any solution. Very bad experience by bank support. I am unable to use my balance in that account.

                              Google play has fraudulently deducted 489.00 INR from my account.
                              I have not subscribed to any google play.
                              Also, I cannot manage recurring charges on my phone - icici.
                              Please block Google play from My account.

                                I had make payment at restaurant and I used imoble pay app from icici which I do regularly. This time billed amount deducted twice with sheer bugs in app where in first attempt I got the acknowledgement as not successful and same with second and still same amount deducted twice.
                                When I called bank, they said second transaction is in process and they don't know if I will get return. For such services, ideally ICICI should compensate for hassle to customer but I just expect my money to be returned.
