I checked the price of ICICI pure gold coin available through ICICI bank, the rate as per 2nd Mar is Rs 97000 for 50 gms. The same denomination is available at corporation bank for Rs 88000. ICICI is cheating customers by selling them gold coin at such a high rate at the pretext that it is 99.99% pure.

The rate of gold as per the market is Rs 1590 per gm, ICICI is selling the same at Rs 2200.

They are not cheating, they are providing you their rate. If you want it from ICICI then buy else as you said there are more places to buy gold from... correct?

ICICI Cheats - period.
I bought gold @ 99000 Rupees per 50 gm on 21 March 2010; They don't buy back the gold. Tried knowng the selling price it was 83000 INR, market price on the same day.

99.99 certificate and backing can ceratinly carry a premium - but to what extent? And why should one buy the gold? They did not give invoice; ICICI pure gold prices are never updated in the website or anywhere. They claim its market rate. They are running a big fraud jwellery in the name of bank and the trust that customers will have in a bank.

Request attention of the consumer potection forums and public interest litigation and other NGOs to do something about it.

There is also an issue of business ethics, when they claim their prices are determined by market rates.

NEVER EVER BUY GOLD OR ANY INVESTMENT PRODUCTS FROM ICICI. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE BASIC TRADE ETHICS. THEY DO VERY UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES.

If there is any ICICI management team responding to this, please declare what was your pure gold price per gram on 21 of March 2010 and the market price on the same day.

Pearl, I really agree to your point... Initially ICICI Bank Customer Care team responded to your query in 5 days... but now its almost 6 days gone, no response...

ICICI management team don't have guts to disclose those figures here...

yes he is right, why banks are selling the gold on there own rate but they are not taking back.
suppose today i buy gold coins from H.D.F.C bank they charge me Rs 21880 for 10gm and market rate Rs19442 for 10gm and if some emergency i want to sell the same bank not taking back and market taking at Rs19442, so what is the use of taking pure gold from bank.

Completely Agree with the facts mentioned. There could be others that are a party to this kind of set up by the bank. Government has no control what so ever, everyone is bent on fooling the poor public in this country.
completely agree... even today there is much difference between market prices and bank prices of gold! Not buying from icici bank!!!

8 gm gold — cheating

I ve been cheated by a jeweller in mapusa of 8gm gold. I had givien him to make bangles but he gave me only 2gms of gold back and this happened in2006 he assured ,me that he ll give me soon so i waited bit still now he has not given me. what should i do >

I am very upset mentally becuase your ICICI bank, hoshiarpur, punjab gave me only 6 % discout only on two numbers of 50 grams gold coins. They should give me 8 % as it is showing on the internet.. The cocept of marketing - win to sin situation for both parties I could not see any where in this deal. So if ICICI does not adopt the marketing concept - win to win situation for both parties, I can not move myself with ICICI Bank in future and I will close my bank account with ICICI Bank. Further more I want to mention here that I requested to ICICI Bank, Hoshiarpur to rectify thier mistake and correct it but they are not ready to rectify the mistake and ready to close
my account so this ois the realty of ICICI Bank and the agent is saying that post this complaint on the internet and customer care email address does not effect to her and ICICI Bank. I too agree on this and I alert to everybody that
before doing any investment in ICICI, Please think 100 times before making any investment in ICICI Bank. I also

Based on my banking experience, I would like to answer some of your concerns:

As per RBI guidelines, banks cannot buy gold. That accounts for jewelry business, and not permitted for Indian Banks.
Selling gold is not monopoly - customer can check rates and discounts before buying, just the way we do check the rates before buying electronic items, or any other products.

    This is really a bad experience for me. After i made a complaint in this forum.the complain link is given below.

    ICICI has stopped attending my customer care mails. I have sent 3, 4 mails and waiting for the reply for 3 weeks. no one is replying at all..

    I am sure usually icici replies back in 4, 5 days of time. 3 weeks of non responding i am sure, they decided not to reply to my mails again..

    So i think they might have black listed me. i was been a good customer since 3, 4 years. this is not the way icici customer care should behave..

    Really bad experience. i feel they are taking revenge on me, since i made a complaint here..

    Taking revenge by ignoring mails and calls is not the right way ICICI. You should prove yourself doing a better customer service and rectifying the mistake.. Not by banning/ not attending my mails..

    ICICI Bank — ICICI takes revenge on customers

    Hi,
    Last year I had a EMI card with ICICI and i missed 2 EMIs for the card. They blocked the entire amount from my account 10 months back.

    I previously had a car loan with ICICI and just 5 days back i preclosed the amount. And now i had applied for a new car loan with ICICI and my loan got rejected. When i enquired about this, I got to know that my name is listed in CIBIL coz of the EMI card issue.

    When i enquired customer service about the defaulted amount the information was shocking. I was notified that i have a defaulted amount of Rs 20. If the ICICI collection department could block 30+ K from my account, can't they take 20 rupees from it. This is a kind of revenge taken by ICICI bank on consumers.
    This cant be that they are ignoring your calls, check their website there is a esclation procedure, follow it and you will be heard...

    I fully agree with Samuel. ICICI is a biggest fraud company and you can very easily search for complaints done against ICICI. But the misreable thing is still our so called Government and RBI the Bank regulatory body is not taking some strict actions against such a fraud company.

    I have also faced same kind of issue. I have holding ICICI Credit Card and made purchase thru it. I cleared all my dues in same month when I got the statement. But ICICI without any intimation or my confirmation converted that amount as EMI and started sending statements in that manner. I have made follow-up of ICICI customer care for several times but those duffers didnt understand and neither they rectified my issue. At last I dis-continued with card immediately.

    But this was the begining. I started receiving call from there collection department Mumbai stating me that if i dont pay the amount I will be held and punished and all stuffs. Later they updated my name in CIBIL and bcoz of this all my loan request are kept on hold.

    If our Government is making such regulatory bodies to monitor every one's credit transactions, than they should also build some team to monitor such activities undertaken by Banks and should react to customer complaints quickly instead of only putting money in their bags.
    i want to stop payment by friend finder, please tell me How can i do ?

      Hi...

      I would like to bring to your notice that I Mr. Sandeep K Das residing at A 601, Gokul Avenue, Thakur Complex, Kandivili (E) Mum 101 have never ever taken a loan from ICICI Bank.... Infact I do have 2 bank a/c's with ICICI bank & a Demat A/C...

      Today to my surprise my house has been raided by one of the COLLECTIVE EXECUTIVE of ICICI Bank who claims to be an employee of ICICI Bank named Navneet Dubey cell no [protected] & emp no 1287021 and claim to seal my house & throw my things on road ... when we asked for what he is not ready to let any information out..... he is just using abusive language to speak .....

      During 11:00 am on 2nd Mar 2010 when I am in office i.e. HDFC BANK LTD, he is at my home speaking all type of Foul language & bad words right from using Mother, sister & Father bad words which I can't mentioned on mail... this languages is been given to my Mom, Sister & my DAD who is not well.. He is not telling us any thing about what the outstanding is pertaining to which loan or any thing he is just telling that he is here to collect money & nothing... when I personally called him from my cell he told me that he doesn't even know CHANDA KOCHAR .... If ICICI Bank employees don't know Chanda Kochar then there is a serious problem.... When i asked about his supervisor he said his name is Rahul Shetty no [protected] & when i called him to know his details he said he shall not let me know any thing.... when i asked whom does Rahul Shetty reports to he said his boss is Khalid Khan ..... And if i want i can go upto any one for he doesn't care a about the same....he knows nothing but money... but for what he is not letting that know to me....

      He also said that he is very famous in J B Nagar Collections office & with BKC office & if some one doesn't know him he is not a member of ICICI BANK.... If i have a issue i should come there not speak.. when i told him that i shall escalate the matter he said he doesn't care..... is this how you treat individuals...

      The person is current standing under my building & creating a nuisance out there...

      If this is the kind of the behavior a collection executive is doing with a individual who is not a defaulter of the bank then i guess what the bank would be doing with its defaulted customer... As per the Banking Obsurment & RBI such kind of behaviour is not at all expected from a Bank ....& as per one of the policy i can approach them directly for the same...

      As i am also in to Collections dept of HDFC BANK i am well about the rights & regulations of the bank ,further to it i was an EX Emp of ICICI Bank too.... I want an written apology from the BANK for the harassment that my parents had to under go for no fault of mine..further if the person doesn't leave my building in few minutes i shall be forced to file a police complaint against the bank, go to the media for the same & also take the matter with RBI ....

      ICICI Bank — Harresment from ICICI

      I have a complain against collections done by ICICI bank. I have my loan and I know I have to pay that but there is a collection agency from ICICI bank bangalore called Archievers who have gone to a far extend of harresing my father and even going to hit him. My father who is aged 68 years has nothing to do with this loan, and there is a polite way of reminding for repayment, but using abusive language and also i have a mobile number [protected], who came and held my fathers neck to pay the loan in full. What do u do for this .. This is the worst bank and i will never recommend to even open an account over there. I do not want anyone going to my father , if anything goes wrong with his health i would file a case against each one in ICICI Bank and Collection agency. This is not his business to be harressed.
      Please Launch a Complain to RBI.The RBI office are located at each city or if not lanuch the complain in RBI website

        I HAD TWO WHEELAR LOAN TAKEN FROM ICICI BANK LTD., AND THE LAST INSTALLMENT WAS DUE ON 05/11/2009 AND AMOUNT WAS RS. 1300/-, AND DUE TO INSUFFICIENT BALANCE AUTODEBIT IS BOUNCED.

        LOAN A/C NO. LTNAS[protected]...

        LATER ON NO AMOUNT WAS DEBITED IN ACCOUNT NEITHER I RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM BANK FOR INFORMING FOR MAKING THE PAYMENT, AND NOW ON 16/02/2010 THEY HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT BY RS. 3773/- WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION???

        I HAVE CALLED UP AT CALL CENTER BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO REVERSE THE AMOUNT...
        When you take a loan from the bank, you give them authorization to debt amount from their bank. So only I say to everyone.. ready what you are signing. The sales executive will make you ignore the fine print but still you should read it. Also every Bankis doing the same so no point complaining. Except next time try private financers for Loan and avoid taking loans from Bank.

            I'm using ICICI Net banking facilities. Mar 1 st 2010 i.e today infinity server is not working from morning.

            When tried contacting customer care it took more than 30 minutes to reach a representative. When informed him about Net banking not working , he said it will be resolved withing 1 hr , this they been saying the whole day. When asked about why its so difficult to get in touch with the representative , he said thats how the system is designed to take care of crores of accounts( does ICICI have so much a/c holders) He means to say "just get rid off" dont dare to contact customer care , otherwise u'll again and again go thru various sub menus so that they make sure that u dont reach a person!


            When asked about how to escalate this issue , he joked saying try thru netbanking mail to accounts manager which is not working as of now. What a pity being ICICI customer.

              Dear Sir,
              I used my Axis atm card ( AC.No [protected] ) card to withdraw Rs 2000/- from ICICI ATM at Tiruvallur, on 12/02/2010 but the cash was not delivered because of link failure also printed slip was not recieved. A hand written note was pasted stating "transaction slip not available" on the ATM machine.

              Later on from my Axis bank mini statement i came to know that Rs 2000/- was debited. I called ICICI/Axis customer care and they assured that the money will be reverted back to Axis account. But till date money is not recieved back.

              ICICI Bank — Cash Debited wrongly to account still not reverted

              I am holding an account with ICICI Bank.I tried to withdraw 2000/- from State Bank of Hyderabad ATM but i got an error and the transaction was unsuccessfull though the amount was debited from my Account.I registered the complain with ICICI Bank next day.I was informed that the process will take around 7-8 business day but there is no response till date about the same. I have the transaction slips with me for the same transaction. Following are the two Service Request numbers from ICICI Bank :[protected],[protected].

              Dont worry, the process between banks are very slow so it will take time but you will get back the money. If they still refuse to pay, you can give a written complain to RBI and ask for the video footage from the bank. Best of luck this will take a few months now..

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have taken Home Loan from ICICI bank in Feb,2006 with 7.5% Floating rate of interest. Since then the rate of interest has been increasing continuously and now it is 11.75%. ICICI bank is aggressive only when it comes to increasing the interest rate but does not show any thing for reducing the interest rate.

                  Recently I came to know that ICICI bank launched a new scheme, where in, if the Home Loan customer with loan amount below Rs.20,00,000/- pays Rs.3,300/- to the bank, the bank will reduce the home loan interest to 8.25% at fixed rate for two years.

                  When I called to ICICI customer care to find about this option, the person told me that this offer is valid till end of this month and I can come to bank and avail this offer on Saturday, 27-Feb-2010. I asked the customer care person specifically, whether I can come to bank on Saturday and pay the required amount to reduce the interest rate. He said, yes I can come on Saturday and pay the amount.

                  But, when I went to the bank on Saturday, to my surprise the bank is closed. And when I called to Customer care again they told me that Saturday is a holiday for bank and the offer was closed on Friday itself and there no way I can avail it now.
                  I asked them about the information given to me by the Customer care person on the previous day. They said they are sorry for the wrong information provided and will take action against the person who gave me this information. But taking action against the customer care person is not going to help me in any way as I already lost the option.

                  Being one of the biggest banks in India, it is very bad thing that ICICI bank can do to any customer. They are very careless and not bothered about existing customers. In the first place they never informed about this offer to customers. If there is any increase in the loan interest or EMI pending they will always be proactive in followingup with the customers. But they are not bothered to inform the customers if there are any options like this.
                  Request you to look into this and take some action, so that other customers will not suffer in future.

                  I have taken loan from ICICI bank in 2005 on floating rate. For last 4 years interest rates were going northwards and my EMI kept on increasing. I was sincerely paying increased EMI without any complaint for last 4 years. Now when time has come to reduce interest rates because of slew of measures taken by RBI they are asking .5% + service tax to go to lower interest rate. Is this justified? Why I should pay processing fee to reduce interest rates when I didn't complain when they were increasing interest rates for last 4 years. Kindly advise...

                  I completely agree with Srisha, It really a shocking news for me to that there was such scheme which was not shared with the exsisting customers. Neither they bother to update their site with such schemes. We are always asked to visit to nearest branch and seek the information. Being one of the largest banks in India, it should inform/update their sites with all the schemes to their existing customers. Even I have lost this oppurtunity as I was not aware of this scheme. Its really bad...
                  It is really shocking that they are introducing various schemes for its old sustomers but on informing them. It is just a loot by ICICI Bank, the
                  INDIAN CHOR BANK OF INDIA . Inspite of offering loans to its new customers @8.25% but still charging 12% to its old customers. Hence new customers should be beware of this bank, once they become its customers, it will then start looting them like HIGHWAY ROBBER.

                  It is a sad story that RBI and the Government of India is not bothering to intervene and giving chance to this chor bank to appoint a member on its Committee for changing BPLR System, whereas they have not appointed any member to take care of customers interest.
                  ICICI Home Loan Dept. is just increasing the rate of home loan with out any confirmation to their customers.

                  I request all India to not take Home Loan from ICICI Bank.

                  Go to any bank to take loan but never go to ICICI Bank.

                    Myself doctor sonal babbar.i have been using a airtel post paid number for approximately 3 years that too a post paid number and very regularly paying all my bills but this credit card people call me at my number atleast 40-50 times a day irrespective of time ,day but that too for a wrong person named DEBASIS JENA whom i dont know also.this person DEBASIS JENA from bhubaneswar probably has given a wrong phone number to their bank which they cannot get rectified instead they trouble me all over the day n night myself being a gynecologist doctor sometimes busy in OT,Labour room ,OPD and i have a 7 mth old kid who also wakes up by these wrong person calls at my number i am really being torchered by them my airtel post paid number is [protected]......NO ONE TO LISTEN NEITHR THE AIRTEL PEOPLE NOR THESE BANK PEOPLE???????

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am Abhijit sarkar. I am having salary a/c[protected] with ICICI bank. On 26th feb`10 I found that my a/c balance goes Rs negetive(-) 41879.65/- suddenly. after got in touch with customer care , they told me that due to credit card due my a/c got block. On 26thfeb`10 after salary got credited into my a/c total available balance automatically goes to Rs negetive(-) 20330.46/-.
                      After getting touch with bank , they told me that they have all right to do the same. When I want to settel the thing , they told me that I have to pay the whole amount at a time. But my monthly earning is Rs 22000/- only, I requested them to recover the amount in 5 months but they are not ready to listen any request from myside.
                      I dont know what to do. now I am going under trimendous mental pressure as I am not having any rupees to run my family. Please help me out to solve the problem, so that I can pay back to bank 7 run my family as well.

                      ICICI Bank Credit Card — Blockage on Salary A/c

                      Dear Sir,

                      I Had an credit card issue with ICICI Bank. I stopped payment due to misuse of ICICI bank name by a guy from an agnecy he called up & asked for full n final payment of card which he later submitted as a normal payment & the balance amount kept as it is now after 6 months it again accumulated interest & marked lien of my salary A/c.

                      Now tell me how to resolve this & what is the exact way to close this card with zero balance. This is the worst experience in my life as the bank who pretends to be no 1 in private banking cant provide me the details of agency appointed by themselves for collecting cheque.

                      I feel sorry for you, but as they said they have full rights to deduct the money as you have given them rights to lean any of your account with them. I would suggest you cancle the card and get another card from a bank where you dont have anyother relationship with.

                        This is the letter I sent the ICICI Credit Card Department over and over again for repayment o[censored]ndue penalty charges.

                        Subject: After visiting your Andheri Branch with my credit card issue, I discussed the same with your officer ‘Madhuri Iswalkar’ and she has advised me to forward this letter to you that was also sent as registered letter to chandivali branch. Upon her advice, I hereby request you to do a reversal on my credit card account no. [protected] & relieve me of the unjustly added outstanding dues to my card as I strictly stick to my reasons of not being eligible for paying any dues for a mistake thoroughly made by your customer care executives. I do not wish to continue your credit card service. The entire story is as below:

                        While subscribing to your service, details given in the original form by me included the auto-debit option clearly checked and my email address as rinki.[protected]@relianceada.com amongst other details.

                        I was offered a scheme of having my residential phone bill directly paid via. the credit card on a monthly basis. I had opted for this scheme however none of the bill amounts were auto-debited from my account and had to be manually paid up by my family members. Nevertheless, you kept sending me messages for compensating the unpaid phone bill amounts by you.

                        Following this subscription, I had made an online transaction of Rs.1000/- using the card as donation to CRY (Child Relief & You). This is the only real transaction that has ever happened using the card since subscription.

                        It was understood by me that having opted for the auto-debit facility, transactions made using the card would enable you to directly debit the required amount from my account and that I was not required to take time out of my busy schedule & run around your branches to make payments.

                        I started receiving customer service calls after a couple of months enquiring about payments for the transactions. Even after repeatedly telling them to auto-debit the amount, and though they verbally complied confirming to me that they had already auto-debited the amount, I kept being harassed again after a few months with contradictory statements & messages. The messages on my phone stated that the card bill had been sent to my email address rinki.[protected]@reliance.com

                        It is needless to mention that ‘You’ have made incorrect data entries (note the data entry errors made by you in the auto-debit column and the email address).

                        Even after sharing ‘Your blunder’ with your customer service executives, I kept being harassed.

                        For the mistake committed by your people, I as the customer am not expected or entitled to spend so much of my time, effort and energy to resolve the problem that you created through ‘incorrect data entries’ and then confirming ‘incorrect facts’ that can be as I understand now a ‘propaganda’ to glean extra money from the customer through unethical business practices.

                        This business deal with you has caused me severe pain and I find myself harassed extremely for absolutely no mistake on my part. I am now inclined to get an ‘ombudsman’ in the picture & reclaim my lost funds that you incorrectly forced me to pay up as penalty charges.

                        You also withdrew Rs.1000/- from my account which I am grateful for, but something you could have done right in the beginning as payment for the real and only transaction made using the card, and avoided me so much harassment. You also blocked my card for mistakes made by ‘You’ and expect me to leave all my other works and run around your branches to solve an issue of a molehill that you made a mountain out of.

                        I have been a long time customer of ICICI, having had savings account, FDs, and SIP with you. I had trusted your banking authorities to not put me through such an ‘ordeal’ & be honest and transparent in your dealings. This is a serious offense to me.

                        Even a collector was sent to my house who promised me a response call from your office within a day or two for resolution, even telling me that I had no need to go down to the branch, but till date I have NOT received any response call from your bank.

                        The phone number for enquiry mentioned by you in the letter on July,09,2008 is ‘ALWAYS’ busy. Do you expect customers to leave their important works and keep trying your number through the day and forever??? Why do you share such numbers which are never accessible????

                        I am very disappointed in your services & would want to take up this issue with RBI ombudsman & even beyond if required & if I am not relieved of this immediately.

                        Acknowledgement of the letter is awaited to be at the earliest.

                          I am a retired Addl.supdt of police from salem TN. I purchased 6 bonds of ICICI tax saving bond on 11.3.2005at Vellore valued Rs 30000..maturity on 11.3.2010 value Rs 40200. From ur office they have sent 15G etc to my home at salem, 20 days back. I am now in USA. I have asked my people there to send the same to me. Though they posted immediately, it has not come to US. I dont know what happened. I request to send the maturity Rs 40200 to my salem address itself. I am a regular tax payer and my PAN AAYPT1515D. A word of reply will be appriciated

Mentioned bonds were purchased during my posting at Mirzapur, U.P. Since I am a Public Sector Undertaking employee and my job is transferable. I have been transferred from Mirzapur(U.P.) to Varanasi(U.P.) during the year 2008.
                          I have written a letter dated 02.03.2010 to ICICI Bank Ltd, Vadodara and copy of the same marked to MCS, Mumbai and ICICI Bank Towers Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai for change of my address and bank a/c pariticulars but I have not received my maturity amount .                               They are one of the worst customer service providers. I request to update the mobile number in their website. And their system shown me that it take 24 hours to update it, but it was not updated. I sent a request several times, but of no use. Then I sent a mail to the concerned person, but of no use. I didn’t receive any reply from their side even after 10 days. Once again I sent another mail. After 3-4 days I received reply from their side and I was shocked to their reply. They said that the updation of mobile numbers through website has been suspended. They asked me to approach the nearest ICICI branch.

                              Finally one day, I approached the branch and given a application to update it. And the executive entered in their system and said it is updated. But when I see it online the number was not updated. Again on the next day I visited that branch to confirm it. I was shocked for their punctuality. The branch open at 8.00 A.M, but the executive was present at around 8:45 A.M. I waited for almost 30-45 minutes for her. And the executive too was not able to confirm it. She confirmed it with her superior and said it takes 48 hours to get it updated. They don’t have the proper knowledge regarding their time period. The day before she said it was updated, and the next day she says it takes 48 hours to update it. But till now it was not being updated. Let me see how many days they take to just update a mobile number. Due to this I’m not able to use internet banking.

                              What a worst customer service from ICICI bank?

                              Atleast by seeing this, the bank people has to take care of their customers, else better to close their business as it is useless without satisfying their customers.

                                the company has made a technical error in the bill in the month of january and they just slapped the amount two months later. now they have been harrassing me with threatening alls. if that was not enough they sent an agent to my house promising settlement with Rs. 12000. but then he disappeared without giving me any settlement letter.the company still keeps calling and harrassing me and they are also adding interest every month and refusing to accept their mistakes.please help
                                The best and effective remedy is to file online complaint with Banking Ombudsman, RBI, India.

                                  As per my outstanding payment for my ICICI credit card i want to start the EMI facility from January 2010, as per commitment form ICICI bank executive name Mr Khalid, Mr Darial and Mr Mukesh and other executives they will start the EMI facility on January 2010 (it is not started), again February 2010, so i clear my minimum due payment as per committed amount to the recovery executive Mr Chaitanya twice. but today I received call from Mr Danial after Mr Mukesh regarding again you have to pay minimum due amount to start EMI facility. They agreed there mistakes but EMI facility not able to start due to i need to pay again minimum amount. Due to wrong commitment m facing lots of problem from ICICI bank executive. If require please check the discussion with me and ICICI executives as they recorded the calls.

                                  I require proper solution on this.
                                  I am ready to start my EMI facility from today itself, no issues, but I am not ready to pay any type of min. amount this is clear.
                                  ICICI have to co-operate with customer and accept there mistakes.

                                  ICICI Bank — Fake commitment

                                  I and my three friends talked to an agent of icici bank name Anil Tiwari on phone regarding account opening then he came n meet to all o[censored]s and told about the features of account which fulfill our requirements also. so we filled the forms with our documents and submitted to that agent but after our verification, on the very next day agent told us about some changed features of the account which we don't want so we don't want to open account. then we said please return our documents and stop processing of our accounts. he said now i can't do anything then we understand that he makes fake commitment and then we want our form number so that by calling to customer care we'll stop process of account opening but that agent gives excuses every time whenever we called and didn't give form number and now he is not picking our calls also. why ICICI bank give jobs to these kind of people and making their reputation down. anyways we just want our documents back with a cheque which we gave.

                                    I am requesting the Bank to REFUND mine credit amount since last 3 months. This credit was laying with them since 2007 , ( This card ONLINE credit card ) I was using thiscard for mine on line transection, since i am paying there dues on time and clearing the outstanding with in time. However bank has disconnected bloked mine card with out mine information. I cam to know when i used in In Dec.2009. ( I come to know that from the call center that they have provision in the T&C. ) i said OK. Then i requested them to refund the mine Rs. 565/- which was with them sinc 2007.

                                    For refunding they asked me to submit the bank statament from which bank this amount was paid to ICIC, i simply requested tjem to give me the details like, bank, chq. nos. dt. & amount. After few days they reverted with that this amount was credited in Nov.07 from HSBC , accordingly i requested HSBC bank to issue duplicate bank statment for that period and charged Rs. 100/- for it, when the statment came this particuler amount was not there , then i again request them to give me the actual cheq. no. which they reverted today according to that this cheq got cleared from mine bank in Oct.07. Now tell me i alreay paid Rs. 100 and agin i need to pay Rs. 100 for the old statment.

                                    I requested them they can check mine identity and refund mine amount which they startight away refused and counted on T&C + there policy.

                                    I need mine money back .... i dont want to loose more Rs. 100 on it ........else what i will get Rs. 300 only....

                                    Here, I would like to ask why money has not been refunded so far. Its been almost 12 month . I have visited HSBC branch many times, however all-vain.

                                    Your HSBC bank deals nicely before Pre sale credit card, then post sales niceness gets diluted then finally after closure bank behavior becomes pathatic.
                                    Your bank needs to home work in customer servcie field. We are far far away from real customer servcie.

                                    You helpline never respond properly.

                                    I am expecting some logical and positive revert on this complaint.
