Dear Sir,
I sent the money to pay my monthly due through my junior, he paid it to my savings account instead of my credit card account.So I was levied late payment charge.which i I paid. I stayed in out station. I do not know this status. So in the second month I paid only the regular monthly due of Rs. 1220 only. After this i happen to know that the payment is not made. then I piad the balances including the late payment charges.
. Now the second month also i was levied a late payment charge of Rs. 600( i paid the monthly due correctly in time but not the minimum amount due.) Kindly cancel my late payment charge of Rs 600 in the current statement which is due to 8 march 2010.My due is Rs 1220. only. But i have to pay 1200 as latepayment charges.I am regular in paying my due. this has unexpectedly happened.
Kinly do the needful.

    wrong debit

    card [protected] amt pd and acct credited on 27 jan 2010but debit for auto debitreturn in spite of full payment .
    called 42088000 and get a reply system is down.
    how can this happen?
    when will they stop such weird debits?...

    In the year 2006, i received a balance transfer offer to transfer all my dues from my SBI credit card to the ICICI credit card. According to the same, i received a demand draft for around INR 64000.

    As the terms & conditions accompanying the DD were awkward, i did not use the DD to settle my dues. After talking to the customer care unit of ICICI bank, i sent the DD back to the Mumbai office of theirs.

    But now, after all these years, when i accessed my CIBIL credit report, the card was said to be "written off" (closing the account without recovering the money after the lender loses faith that the borrower will pay). As this spoils my credit report, i contacted the credit card division of ICICI bank and they are still processing my request.

    I submitted the request with the card number, my personal details and a copy of my CIBIL report and proofs that i did not use their DD.

    Its been a week since i requested... i do not know what makes them take so long... please look into the matter...

        I am having a car loan account number LAALD[protected] in ICICI Bank for which the ECS is being debited on 10th day of every month from my account number[protected] in ICICI Bank. During Jan 2010 the ECS returned due to my salary coming late, for which ICICI Bank Car Loan department raised a conversation and got collected a cheque number 483389 for Rs 4873 from me, the denomination being as follows ( ECS amount Rs. 4648 and ECS Bouncing Charges Rs.275), and issued me a receipt for the same. Later in the month the aforesaid cheque was presented in the account and cleared, and alongwith this the ECS for Jan-10 was re debited into my account, thus debiting a total amount of Rs.9521/ in place of Rs.4873. As an impact of this negligence from Bank's side my cheque for Life Insurance Premium got bounced and the policy got lapsed. Moreover, when the issue was highlighted to the Bank's concerned department I was assured that the amount that has been debited by mistake will be credited to my account in next 48 hours, but now today even after more than 20 days of the previous conversation the wrongly debited amount has not been credited back into my account.
        Due to negligence of the bank I had a loss of reputation, problems in reinstating my lapsed policy, and also interest loss on the amount not refunded to me by the bank in a reasonable time span.

        ICICI Bank — ECS debiting twice a month

        This mail is in reference to the complaint that i Nipun Malhotra has a personal loan with ICICI Bank with Loan Account Number # (LPDEL[protected] ). Since January bank is trying to debit ECS twice a month first on 5th of each and every month and the second on 23rd without any prior information given to me,, because of which i have been charged bouncing charges from last three months . I had a word with customer services team of ICICI bank in the month of Feb and had a dispute that the EMI pending is since Dec 07 and why i am beinmg informed in Feb 2010 about the outstanding amount of Rs 1500 . I had mark a complaint with the customer services team and personally had a word with ICICI bank manager Kaushambi Branch in Ghaziabad he had assure me that i can pay the outstanding amount of Rs 1500 in the first week of April 2010.
        I am really sorry to say that because of ICICI bank i am being charged bouncing charges of Rs 600 for three months ,, so kindly request you to waive off the bouncing chages and credit the same amount back to my bank account..
        Kindly request you to do the needful ASAP otherwise i will have to go to consumer court.. Waiting for positive reply. Thanking you in anticipation.

          Dera sir , i have recevied a statement of credit card no [protected] for Rs. 13666.64. I have made the payment for Rs. 12,600/- by a cheque no 368947 of PNB 17-B Chandigarh on[protected] . The bank statement shows the previous balance of 1095.45 with latment fee and interest charges. But i have not received any bill/statement fro ICICI last month. Please clear my account from these penalty charges keeping in view of my past record of payment Also send me a statment from[protected] to[protected] to enable me to reconcile my accounts of the credit card. My mobile no is [protected] and land line no.[protected].

            I am a frustrated ICICI Bank customer..
            ICICI Bank which "used to" provide great banking experience is now proving just "experience".
            I recently made an online recharge of Rs.333/- for my Airtel Mobile on 14th February. As usual i did not get any amount instantly in my mobile.. But-this time not as usual- i did not get the amount even after waiting for 18 hrs. So, i called up ICICI[which doesn't have a toll-free number] and after pressing many options i managed to reach the customer care executive who asked me to wait for 4 more hours, as 24hrs is the time required for recharge. Later, next day, i again called ICICI, after 2 or 3 calls[some technical error with their PHONE BANKING No.] i reached the banker, who asked me to wait for 4 days now so that my amount be transferred back to account. After waiting for 4 days, i again called ICICI[till now i had spent around 55 Rs. for calling ICICI!], this time i got a reply that 4 days doesn't account for Sunday and also the first working day after that is actually counted as "ZERO" day and not 1st day !! thats the new counting system implemented by ICICI!, so i need to wait for 2 more days to register my complaint , also they can't call back and neither register the complaint in advance. After that, i planned to register the complaint online(as i had already spent around Rs.75 on calls to ICICI) and the message i got was that i need to wait for 5-6 working days for resolving my complaint!.
            After seeing that message, i again called ICICI, where the person replied that their server is facing some technical error, and i need to call them again after 1/2 hr. I again called them after around 40 minutes, where i get a reply that i need to wait for 6 working days and after that CALL THEM BACK again if my amount is not transferred! So i am still waiting for 26th february to get my amount. But, even if i get the amount back, what about the kind of harassment faced by me and what about the phone calls for which i have already spent more than Rs.100/- from my pocket???.

            The issue was resolved later.
            I had contacted level 2 icici customer care
            I had also searched(on google) for who is actually providing the mobile recharge facility on behalf of icici netbanking and found that its euronetworldwide. I found its no online and got their email [protected]@euronetworldwide.com where one needs to send a complaint and his/her amount is credited back(in case of failed transactions)
            Later, the info was shared with ICICI Bank personal.

            So, if anyone else faces the same problem, better email directly at [protected]@euronetworldwide.com.

              My name is Kapil, I have car loan LABNG [protected], I have cleared all my 59 EMI's last month and also bounce charges of 4000 change which is not correctly known to me and been said will get my NOC in 10 days either be sent to my given address or could collect in a nearest loan service branch.

              I wanted to know if I will listed in CBIL as defaulter as my bank a/c got liened and money was pulled towards Credit card once so used to pay it personally at Banks where they accept it. As I have paid all bounce charges correctly and have not left any dues I think it should'nt be done as I am not holding anyones money with me. So, please let me know if I will be listed in defaulters list and if yes how would it be counted from the day I have taken the loan or from the day it finished or settlements done and CBIL normally bans you for 7 years for applying loans and credit cards . I hope you can update me on it.

                I am writing this email after exhausting all other options of getting any level of satisfactory customer service from ICICI bank Vashi Branch.
                I am an NRI customer. My husband and I have been ICICI customers for the past 8 years.I work for an Indian company and my salary account is with ICICI Bank(Mangalore). We applied for ICICI Homeloan of Rs 30 lacs in Nov 2009 for purchase of property in Navi Mumbai through the DSA Avaas Finance. Our loan branch is Vashi, Navi Mumbai and my loan application #[protected].

                When we first approached the loan agent,Gaurav Birla, who then worked for Aavaas Finance, we were told that the loan processing would take about 2-3 weeks and the disbursal would happen by 20th of December 2009. As the builder's deadline was December 31, 2009.

                We submitted all necessary documents before returning to the USA. Also,since additional documents were needed from us as NRI customers( credit reports etc.) These were sent to them as soon as we reached USA ( by 3rd December 2009).

                After a week we had still not heared back from anyone at ICICI or Aavaas.

                On checking with them in the second week of December 2009, they said the background process was going on, and it would be only another week for everything to be done and loan to get sanctioned.

                A week later we called again, the background process had not yet started. And the response was the same from all 4 parties that we approached.
                These were
                1) Gaurav Birla ( Aavaas Finance)
                2) Manoj Mundra (Aavaas Finance)
                3) Kiran Jumani ( ICICI Bank,Vaashi, Credit Manager)
                4) Ashok Butte ( ICICI Bank, Vaashi ,Sales Manager)

                Upon constant calling Mr. Ashok Butte replied that there should be no problem with our processing as we have such good account standing and if the builder was pushing for payment, he would talk to the builder.

                So now, let alone process the loan in one month, it has taken ICICI Bank one month of constant prodding from us to just start on the background check.

                Somewhere along in the following weeks, Gaurav Birla quit Aavaas. Most of our documents that we had submitted back in November 2009 went missing.
                WeI had to re-send almost all of our bank statement, pay-slips, credit reports - All vital confidential information again.
                This is a sample of how securely this particular branch of ICIC and its associates handle confidential customer information.


                I have waited for 2 months to get my application to the Sanction stage. I have gone through a harrowing experience in the process - dozens of emails, hundreds of documents provided (most of them duplicates because the DSA lost our documents) , over 50+ international calls to DSA manager (Manoj Mundra) and branch sales manager (Ashok Butte) to check on the status of my application at every stage. I have received little or no co-operation from their end. Most of these calls were made after 12:30 a.m my time as the loan officers would come to office only after 11 a.m to office.

                The sanction letter mentioned a rate of 9.25% as against the earlier agreed upon 8.75%. Upon enqury it turned out that the old loan product has been discontinued. So a new one was automatically selected for us, without apprising us of the change or choices present. After half a dozen more calls and questioning, we were told that there is a new product available at 8.25% and asked if we were interested in it. This is after being in constant contact over phone and e-mail with the loan officer and DSA.

                After another 2 weeks of silence, we were told that the loan papers were being sent to our Power of Attorney in India. On examining, it turned out that these were papers for change of loan product. This means our loan disbursement is still a few weeks away, at least.

                In the meanwhile the builder who should have received the payment by end of December 2009 and who has patiently waited through all this delays has finally given up and slapped a Rs70,000 fine as late payment.

                As this delay has been purely due to the inability of ICICI bank and its DSA in processing the loan in a timely manner, and inspite o[censored]mpteen reminders and timely submission of documents from me, I want ICICI Bank to take responsibility of this amount and any additional penalty that the builder may impose due to non-disbursal of the loan.

                I had wrote this mail to ICICI CEO also ... But did not get any positive result . My Loan took 4 months (there was no pending docs) from the same brunch navi mumbai.




                Hi Madam,

                I have applied for a home loan in your ICICI bank and it’s pending for a long long time more than 4 months. I have cleared all the verification. Building & builder verification are also done. I have informed that I am going through the period where builder has charged me interest for late payment. my application number is : 61287581 .

                Each and every day your ICICI people are giving me commitment that you will get the cheque by tomorrow. But that tomorrow is not coming for last 3 months. After it’s gone for the disbursement it’s more than 1.5 months now. Earlier Your bank asked for builder documents which took 2 weeks to submit. I can understand that. But If I eliminate that 2 weeks also Then it comes 3.5 months which has not been delivered till now. THEY HAVE CROSSED EVERY LIMIT OF DELAYING AND WANT TO MAKE A WORLD RECORD FOR HARRASSING CUSTOMER.

                Please let me know, is it your default rule that you cannot deliver a case less than 5 months, if everything is cleared also. If it is the truth, then why your people are giving a commitment for last 3 months that “it will be done this weekend only” or “You will get the check by tomorrow morning”. 1 week back, they had made the cheque ready and sent a scan copy to me somehow. And after that still they are saying it will be taking time to deliver the original.

                Now My question is to you that because of your employee’s false commitment, I could not move to any other bank and because of them I am in loss of a huge amount of 1.5 lakhs(Interest from builder) of rupees till date. Why your people miss guided me when they don’t know their system? Now who will be responsible for this loss?

                Please take care of this. I know your system is the worst in India. And your employees are very careless or lacs of knowledge, and are ready to finish anyone for their own profit. I have never heard about of such kind of huge delay for disbursing (1.5 month for disbursement only) the amount when everything is very clear and nothing is pending. Please do something, else I will be in nowhere by paying interests.

                If you have any sympathy & responsibility towards customer then please do something. Else I can make you sure I will publish this story in all news paper, internet blogs, Facebook etc for this brunch Mumbai and I will be thinking your are also like your other employees.

                  This is Veeresh C.M, I have given my ICICI Bank cheque for Twio Wheeler Loan. for HDFC Bank. Every Month 5th is my ECS date. But on 4th of Feb 2010 i had Rs 600 something balace in my ICICI Account. On 5th i deposited Rs-1300 by cash in th morning. But cheque got bounced.

                  In the statement it is showing that cheque bounced after depositing of Rs-1300. My questiion is before that i had Rs-600 balance in my account. that time they did not did cheque bounce, and did not deducted cheque bounce charges. it means bank trasaction not happened that time. After depositing Rs-1300 my balance was sufficent to clear the ECS. instead of clearing the loan amount they did cheque bounce.

                  Cheque bounce charges is showing clearly after depositing Rs-1300 only it has been charged.

                  I am realty sad with this.
                  can consumer court will help me regarding this?

                    When i took this policy (ICICI Health Advantage Plus for 15000/-) The Agent assured me that the OPD claim (7500) is for whatever u buy from medical store. just keep the bills and send it to there Hyderabad office.

                    There are no procedures just fill and send it. Lat month i claimed my OPD bills amounting 7500 and for first couple of weeks no reply from icici lombard. Last i called and came to know that they require original doctors prescription for getting OPD.

                    Any how i arranged it and send to them. after almost 10 days of sending the orginal doctors prescriptions, no reply from these guys.

                    Dont go for such policies, When we take policy these guys always mislead us..never get OPD unless you ready to give your orginal consultation papers.(NO HOSPUTALS GIVE THERE RECORDS)

                    I had submitted all the original bills to you along with claim form. The main one is my MRI SCAN, which i did from kerala and also submitted the original MRI report along with doctors sign.

                    Rest all the bills are of my medication during the period of last year and i consulted various doctors for fever , headache and other regular deceases.

                    When i took the policy the agent told me that what ever i buy from medical store i can claim under OPD. If you need i can get my regular doctors consultation report from mumbai.

                    icici lombard HAP policy — Fraud company

                    Hi,

                    I have HAP policy for my parents and continously i have paid prmiusm 3 times. When i mother was hopitalized i have applied for cashless claim for which bank simply denied. I don't know what should i do i have paid Rs. 45000 to them and now they people not even interested to call me. I think i should go to the court but not understand the process how to file case againt company or to some person. Need your help.

                    If anyone also faced the same problem please contact me asap that would be great help for me.

                      I have sent a mail to customer care regarding unfair transaction. But still they have not response for mail.

                      My account (its with CITI Bank, Chennai) is debited with Rs.2XXXX against EMI for the loan which I had from ICICI bank (Loan No: LPXXXXXXXX8 ) on 5th of every month.

                      The same amount has been deducted for the month of Jan' 2010 as part of EMI. However, Rs.2XXXX has been credited to my CITI Bank account on 20th Jan 2010 which seems to be peculiar. I do not understand why this amount has been credited into my account. Also I am not aware of this transaction.

                      But again you tried to debit Rs.2XXXX from my CITI Bank account as part of EMI for the same month (i.e. for January). But due to insufficient fund, that too on the irrelevant day, I was charged Rs.250 as penalty, Rs.25 as Debit return charge and Rs.0.75 service charge (Please find attached “XXXXX0.pdf” file for your reference).

                      I consider that this transaction is solely un-fair. I am highly disappointed with the transaction attempted by the bank.

                      When I am trying to lodge a complaint, the customer care executive suggested to meet some one Mr. Rajesh Kumar in Ambatur branch. But I am not in a position to meet the above said person, and given contact number is also wrong. Also, there is no response from your end for my Complaint for the same which I made on 27 Jan 2010.Reference no is: SR1XXXXX280.

                      If I am not properly responsed, why don't I take legal action against the bank for its un-fair transaction?

                      Personal Loan — Worst Customer service

                      Hi, I am having my salary account in Axis bank (Malleswaram Branch, Bangalore) and my take home salary is more than 28000. I have applied for 1 Lakh loan, they took all the details, took more than 14 workind day and then when i called, they told it has been rejected without any reason. They even never picked the phone thereafter to return my documents.

                          B Venkatesh from card blocking department is very inefficient & careless about the customers. Just asked him to connect/give me the NRI department customer number which made me wait for 8 minutes. Finally he couldn't provide a proper solution. He refused to connect to his manager. Looks like ICICI employees are damn scared to transfer the call to their managers. This shows how inefficient & non-transparent ICICI bank management is, all leading to customer's suffering. Already there are over a thousand complaints against them. I am wondering if anyone in the whole chain of ICICI management is ever concerned about their customer's queires. I don't think you guys will ever improve.

                              When i made to call to customer care since i didnt see the amount credited back to my account. The girl on customer care department rashly spoke to me. and said me that they adjusted the amount to personal loan account.

                              They should have the responsiblity to ask/confirm me atleast. instead they simply adjusted the amount in to personal loan amount.

                              if this was not possible the account manager should have told me in the beginnning itself. why he opened a service request for that.

                              Why all this drama ICICI?. i dont understand. i always made payment on correct times. never made any delays. is this the way to behave with a sincere customer?.

                              I got to know that you make false promises and make fool of customer. You don't care about customer relationships those stuffs.

                              All you care is how to utilize a customer. how to suck each and every penny from him.

                              once i cleared my personal loan. i am cancelling all relationship with ICICI.

                              Some one from icici has called me on 11th, after that no reply. still waiting..
                              This is really a bad experience for me. After i made a complaint in the forum. ICICI has stopped attending my customer care mails. I have sent 3, 4 mails and waiting for the reply for 3 weeks. no one is replying at all..

                              I am sure usually icici replies back in 4, 5 days of time. 3 weeks of non responding i am sure, they decided not to reply to my mails again..

                              So i think they might have black listed me. i was been a good customer since 3, 4 years. this is not the way icici customer care should behave..

                                i have been using icici credit card services for last more than four years and i have always paid my dues in time.but this time when iam paying my EMI for an amount, which i had incurred in the oct 08, the statement of account were not getting opened up. in the bargain, i couldnt get to know the exact amount to be paid, and the bank levied an extra amoount of rs 2800 Rs on me. i ll request the bank to wave off the said amount as i have been a very disciplined customer of icici for last four years.

                                This is regarding the credit card statement for ICICI card which i received in Dec 2008.I received December statement with two transactions of rs 6000(Total 12000) as wrongly included in it.I received a call from their head office, chennai on 17th Dec that it was wrongly included and they would be sending me the corrected statement with deducted 12000 from this.But this din't happen.I have been following them like anything but without any fruits.I escalated this issue up to level 3 of the ICICI bank but nothing has happened as of now.Because of this wrong statement i have been paying itersts, late fee charges, limit cross charges and lot many other charges for last 6 months.
                                Now i am really tired of them and left the hope.I am out of India for last 8 months and thats the reason has not been able to go to their office, but have tried all other means to get it rectified.

                                I have an ICICI Bank credit card [protected] and not receiving the card statement to the mail for making payments. Further, there is no provision to view the card statement in the ICICI Bank Website for the customers who are having only credit card of the bank.

                                It is becoming very difficult to know the status of the bills and the payments made for the credit card.

                                I request the bank to send me the card statement to the mail also make arrangement for having provision to view the card statement in the Bank website as it was there earlier.

                                  I am running a personal loan with icici bank since december 2006 and it was taken for the tenure of 48 monts.( 4 years).
                                  And as of today, there is no dues and bank is threatening me directly and indirectly to clear the loan, all of a sudden.

                                  ICICI Bank has breached all the banking ethics for no reason. Customers do know that ICICI Bank is behaving like a MAFIA, ICICI Bank is a Mafia Bank.

                                    I Not applying this card & with out my confirmation i revived this card based on my bank account & address Details along with my card u people covered insurance Also.

                                    After revived card i called so many times ur call center regarding cancellation my card. ur people not responding properly. every month i received statements my address.

                                    You can check my credit card till date single transaction also not happened and iam not using also till date.

                                    your collection people also called to my residence and harassing me & parents also.

                                    my father and mother both are heart patient ur collection people they regularly called and come to residence so they had a problem

                                    So please consider my request and stop send to statment also cancel my card as early as possible.

                                    Note : If in-case you not responding properly i will approached with consumer court

                                      icici recovery [protected] call from this number and useing dirty worlds and say that they are from mumbai police station . i don't know where to give compliant on them Credit Cards matter is already
                                      setteled and even though they are saying that they are from mumbai police i have recoreded every word
                                      what he was using so please help me what to do with these .
