I got message ICICI Bank debited and credited the amount . This was the name mentioned in message EBA*EBA*EQPEA. I don't know who does the transaction.

    A Deep discount bond Viz. Ashirwad deep discount bond of ICICI was purchased in the year 1996 in my Uncle's name (dated 15th July 96)for Rs. 5200 with maturity value of RS. 2 lakhs to be redeemed in 2021. The details are given here under:

    Name of Bond Holder: B B Rajkumar
    Bond Holder No: 1069-865
    Certificate NO.62905

    To my surprise, when I contacted ICICI recently, I was told that they do not have any information related to this bond,

    I request for taking up the issue suitably for early redressal.

      Hi Team,

      My Name : Khwahish Sehgal

      I have only a savings account with ICICI bank. I never opened nor gave my details for Demat Account with ICICI, still, I received a mail that my Demat Account has been withdrawn. And another day (31 August, 2021), I received mail for debit, I responded over to that mail to customer care with same details, that I never enrolled for this service but didn't get any response.

      I have tagged this savings bank account to the Trading account ( Zerodha ), I don't have any trading account with ICICI till date. While having random look at my detailed statement, I again found a transaction for demat charges.
      Also, in my Accounts view, I cannot even see any Demat Account. While checking e-statements for Demat Account, I get a pop-up, no records exist.

      Why this DMC Dp charges Rs826 or more are deducting from the bank account xxxx735 without my knowledge and permission.

      Please do the needful and generate the refund of all transactions.

          EPFO Bank account verification pending from ICICI

          I have seeded my ICICI account details on EPFO website on 18th May 2022 and till date the verification from Bank's end has not been done. I called ICICI customer service and they asked me to visit the branch regarding the same. When I visited the Branch they didn't have any idea how the verification process works and Informed me that EPFO details will be verified only by the Employer and not bank.           I've cleared all my loans and there are no active loans for my icici account even though I'm facing unnecessary deductions from the month of February 2022, due to this reason I'm not maintaining any balance in my account though left over changes are been deducted.
          Because of this I'm not able to use my bank account, I need my refund back(ref to the ss attached). There is no proper response from any of the concerned person.
          Hope this gets resolved.

            I have newly seeded the ICICI bank account to EPFO portal. I have made this request on 13/05/2022. But It is still showing KYC pending approval and verification in progress.

            I am unable to do the PF transaction unless it's completed and I have an urgent need for this as i have been waiting for more than a month for EPFO to approve some claims.

            Could you please do the needful to the concerned department to complete this KYC pending.

                          Bond-private placement series r/bpn/99/1 face value of which rs. 1000/- only issue date : 01.07.1999, redemption date : 01.01.2018 with a tenure of 18 years 6 months bearing bondholder no 0000001, certificate no. 8711,
                          Assam sales corporation - agent : reliance industries limited (Textile division). No. Of bond - one and distinctive no.[8711]. As mentioned in the bond that all communications should send to icici infotech services limited, unit : icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds, maratha mandir annex. Blut i am not getting any e-mail address from the bond or your site.

                          Now what i have to do and how redeem the bond at an early date.

                            My account (icici bank account) was charged multiple times for insufficient fund on the same day
                            1. ECS / NACH Return as per the website should be Rs500/-, i was charged Rs590/-, no mention of extra gst
                            2. I have been charged multiple times (ECS/NACH Return) on the same day, this is not as per the RBI guidelines.

                              Hello there,

                              I need a clarification against my Credit card. When I applied for credit card from ICICI bank. They clearly mentioned the teams. This card has 'No joining fees' and 'Annual fees'. With the credit limit of Rs.3 Lakh.

                              Now, recently(22/05/2022) I have received my credit card statement. In that statement it has included Rs.500+GST(Rs.90) total Rs.590 as a joining fee.

                              What is happening here...? I have already made a complaint against my Credit card limit. Still no reply from anyone. I haven't received my credit limit as Rs.3L. Now I'm getting joining fee for no joining fee credit card from ICICI Bank.

                              What is really happening.! Is that ICICI Bank doing this kind of scam to everyone. getting people into Trap. Getting money from innocent people in Fraudulent way.

                              I need a Clarification from your side. I Need a Solution for this problem.

                                My name is Pooja Rai, i updated my bank account number on UAN portal for verification on 10th May 22 and it is still in pending statud.i spoke to customer care several times but got different answers all the time.I wrote an email too but they refused to help via chat stating it is confidential .I am not asking you to share any confidential information, i am just reminding you to complete the verification process.

                                  I want to know what could be the next step from your side to receive the money or how will I get the money because no bank account linked with that bonds. I have mailed 4-5 times to investor's relations as well as goi bonds also but no response from there side

                                    My name is Ruchi Baletia. Few days ago, after a transaction, my user id and debit card was suddenly blocked. I need to use my bank account for various purposes everyday including stock trading sometimes. This sudden blocking of my card is causing me monetary loss.Â

                                    I received an email asking me to call the customer care number [protected] to get it unblocked but the number is not connecting (out of service) . I tried with some other phones too and had the same problem. I tried other customer service numbers too and they all disconnect within seconds

                                    I have been ICICI bank customer for almost 10 years. But I have never received a good response or resolution regarding any issues. Mostly I have been ignored. I am even afraid to do any transations using the bank anymore. It feels like the bank does not want me to use my own money and hence blocking the card is a good way of not letting me use my money. Horrible service.
