My Name : Khwahish Sehgal
I have only a savings account with ICICI bank. I never opened nor gave my details for Demat Account with ICICI, still, I received a mail that my Demat Account has been withdrawn. And another day (31 August, 2021), I received mail for debit, I responded over to that mail to customer care with same details, that I never enrolled for this service but didn't get any response.
I have tagged this savings bank account to the Trading account ( Zerodha ), I don't have any trading account with ICICI till date. While having random look at my detailed statement, I again found a transaction for demat charges.
Also, in my Accounts view, I cannot even see any Demat Account. While checking e-statements for Demat Account, I get a pop-up, no records exist.
Why this DMC Dp charges Rs826 or more are deducting from the bank account xxxx735 without my knowledge and permission.
Please do the needful and generate the refund of all transactions.

I even tried contacting the relationship manager and explained the whole details. He said to check the same, but he's not answering the calls post that
