Sir,
I hold a credit card of ICICI Bank of above Number [protected]. I have been member of ICICI credit card since Sep.2006. I paid my every bill regularly, But because i was hospitalised in serious condition for last 8 months, that’s why i was Unable to pay my bill on date, even that i have paid minimum due amount regularly. my last payment was Rs.9000. You Have charged Late payment Fee and Intrest Charges every month on my card. I have Called many times to the Customer Care Executives and as well as mailed them for the Reversal of my Late Payment Fee and Intrest Charges, They have comitted me that They will give the reversal of the same but they didn't do so, it was false comittment, even they told me that they will not able to give reversal in one time, will Give reversal in three (3) next staments with Rs.[protected] each and this will reflect in My every next stament, but every time i was disappointed, so it’s a kind request to you That you will consider my mail and give me maximum reversal so that I cleared my all outstandings as soon as possible.

I had written a complaint on Date:- 12/07/2009 against ICICI bank credit card but still this complaint has not solve but the above bank making the HARESMENT, TOURCHING AND USING VERY CHEAP WORDS, I had send the later to ICICI head office Mumbai and Hyderabad and same to RBI Mumbai and Hyderabad also, My card no( [protected]) this my card no but the above bank person has change my Card no [protected] without my knowledge and convert to in EMI which they asking monthly Emi Rs 7, 072-00 per month in 18 months which principal amount Rs86, 000 and I had lot of request to them I pay to ready what about principal amount without interest in 24 months Emi but there not here anything talking very rough language and use very cheap language which is we not able tell any body,
I request you to you all please see this matter and help me once again I request to you all please help me on this matter and solve and I ready to pay the payment which principal amount in Equal Emi in 24 months.

    Bad Experience Of ICICI Bank Credit Card

    Sir/Madam,
    I am a Mid aged wrking lady and i was having ICICI Banks credit card. Last years in month of march i found unknown transaction on credit card statement. The details given was: amount Rs. 25000/ approx for Nokia mobile purchase from shop S.R Telecom Khar on dated 19 mar 2007. I was shocked because i had never visited that shop in my life time and i gave written complaint about it to bank within a month but bank took no...

    I have not received my bank statement for the quarter ending on 31st December 2007 although the March 2008 is going to be due despite of the complaint No.SR55589498.It has been informed to me by SMS that the statement has been sent through speed post pn[protected] ref.no.ED[protected]IN but when i tried to track the movement at net on speed post site it denies the registry of such reference it is amazing.When i personally enquired in post office there is no receipt of such letter .My adress is not changed and getting all posts except of icici every time almost i have to complain and after a lot of efforts only i get the normal quarter ending statement.
    They say it was sent by the courier but returned back Only god can prove the statement of bank as i am geting all mails sent as my adress is centrally located

    I agree that ICICI bank has no measurement of their service levels.

    Mr Kamath and M/s Kochar have to get up from slumber
    and also giving interviews on TV's and look at their .

    The service levels Average 14 days to issue a chequebook,
    10 days to issue a fixed deposit receipt and a hopeless
    IVRCL system where the audio quality is so poor as well as the
    spacing of words, not to mention the disbursement of fake notes
    on ATM machines and also the incorrect messages it provides
    when not having enough cash to disburse.

    Un trained staff, poor planning, Mis ( in efficient ) management.

    Mr Kamath get up from bed start looking around ... other banks are of better service. banking means trust
    create that trust all over again
    My current account sattement for the month of Aug & Sep has not been received. Please submit the same to my user account.

    ICICI Bank — Inadequate Service level

    ICICI claims to the topmost bank in Indiaqn Private Sector, but does not even qualify to be among the local cooperative banks.

    They are having a downtime now from the last Two and half days.

    On 14th June 2010, when I had been to the bank to deposit money they never informed that I will not be able to utilize it due to their downtime. Nor was any information send to the customers. It was on late after noon of 15th June 2010, they put an alert on the website stating till18th there will be fluctuations. A week for the top bank to resolve a downtime. Ridiculous!!!!!


    I was supposed to make a payment for my trading account (fortunately not ICICI), and had linked ICICI bank account for the same. I have the facility of making transfers from the site through ICICI gateway, but since ICICI was down my stocked where squared off for loss.

    ICICI is responsible for the loss due to their inadequate service. Please suggest how I can file a complaint against ICICI bank so that they cover my losses.

      Sub: Notice issued for card payments due.

      Dear Mr. Kini

      I have received a notice from your firm for recovery on my icici amex card (MVK/ICICI/DLN/9668/2008). I am deeply grieved by this and would like to bring to your notice a few facts which you should have been aware of before issuing a notice with such content to me.

      1) I do owe the Credit card Company some dues which I have used to make purchases or expenses which I have never denied. My card was suspended without informing me when the limit was crossed some time back. I had then called the company and intimated them that I had not received the statement due to which the payment was delayed.
      2) I then made a payment of Rs.15, 000/- against an outstanding of Rs. 40, 000 something just to clear the earlier outstanding and to have the card reactivated. In spite of making this payment I was then intimated that the outstanding amount will have to be settled and cleared as they will not be issuing a new card to me at any cost.
      3) I was then told by the customer care executive that they will have someone call me and settle the card amount and clear the entire outstanding to which I agreed. I have not received a single call, letter, mail or any communication from the said company till date for the same.
      4) In fact in all the time that I have had this card I have not received a single phone call or letter to intimate me even the status of my card or if my card payment was late or overdue as is the norm with any finance company, so your point no 2 is absolutely false and demeaning to me.
      5) I am surprised that I had to be sent a legal notice when I thought that the matter was closed from my end and I had agreed to clear the outstanding amount with their representative 6 months back.
      6) Please have someone call me with amount due and mail me the account so I can clear the same as soon as possible. Since the company did not bother to even call me or speak to me before it sent me a legal notice I have decided not to pay any interest or penalties due thereafter as I had intimated them my desire to clear the outstanding and close the account permanently in September itself.
      7) I am sure that now that you are aware of the facts you will make your client understand the system error that they have made and correct the same to the satisfaction of everyone involved. As told to me earlier I will again wait for someone to call me and do the due process of settlement of dues.
      8) As I have written before I am making it clear again that I am not at fault and you have been totally misinformed by the credit card company. Check the records and get me even a single phone call, mail or reminder made by ICICI Amex to me and me intentionally ignoring the same and I will clear the entire due amount with any other penalty that you feel I should pay else just take the principal amount due and close this affair forever. I have personally checked the records with ICICI customer care and the conversation is on record in the month of September 2007.
      9) I have a car loan, mediclaim, life insurance policy from ICIC Lombard which I am not going to renew plus mail this letter to all the concerned people and forums so that you all do lose some good customers.

      I will be looking forward to your reply or the company’s reply to this sincere request from my end.

        Equity Trading complaint

        Dear Sir,
        I am having demat account in ICICI Direct having the account no: IN[protected]. On 22nd FEb 2008 ICICI Direct has debited Rs 7925.18 from my saving account[protected]which is in icici bank) the bill no for this transaction is EBA/NSE 2008038/[protected]. In this transaction Rs 4700 more has been debited. When I complained about this then they credited 35 Shares of RNRL for which i haven't done any trading....

        Today my Niece Flt.Lt.Arti Maheshwari has received a phone call from Mr.Amit Kumar, ( His Mob No.[protected]) Team Leader, Personal Loan, Chattarpur Branch, ICICI, Delhi about confirmation of my details, informing her that I have applied for a loan. I am residing at Agra at Predsent and I have never applied for any loan from your Bank.
        The applicant has given my name and my old telephone no. and also the details of my niece.THIS APPEARS TO BE A FRAUD CASE.
        Please take immedeate steps to stop it. I wouyld like to have confirmation from your end.

        sir,

        i apply loan Rs.50000/- in ICICI PL. but they approved 41000/- only.. finally they give only 38000/-. they take 3000/- for processing charge. after that they i paid 9months due.(18000/-) now i want to pay all amount. but they have to say my balance is 38500/-... i dont know, why they have to put this much amount. if i ask that they will not give response.. just say 38500/- you balance.. am not have this much amount.. any possible to reduce this amount... plz.. give some suggestion for reduce this amount...

          getting bill and legal notice for no credit CARD.

          Hi Sir,
          I applied for ICICI credit card last year. but it never came to me.
          They try to send it to my place one but i was not available that time.
          I also aplied for ICICI lombard policy along with this.

          Now i am getting bill for CARD payment with late fees sothing around 9700 RS.
          I want to know how can they deduct money from card if it not reached to me. and not activated. Or it is was preactivated.br...

          sir/ Madam

          We under singed complained about dealy of our loan proposal as well as

          the wrong attetutd with us (as costomer) of your reputed Bank officer

          or sanction authority or Represantative.

          Point no 1: My self and Husband (Mr. Jeevan shinde)
          want to purchase a Shop to establish our bussines. I am the permonant

          employ of Samsonite company at Gonde. Nashik dist. And my husband run a

          Maruti work shop at Nashik.so we want loan to purchase the title clear

          shop which is located at shivaji nagar, narhar houshing so, Puna road

          Nashik so, we went to the IcICI home loan dept, shanpur road for

          inquiry. on dated 14th nov. 2007. there is nobody to intertain to us.

          all are busy and say wait for 2 min. We spend the 2 hours there. and

          then Mr. Khisti gave the document list and say please submitt this

          documant after the procedure and clearance of the documant we sanction

          the loan to you within 15 days.
          Point no 2: Next day 15th nov 2007, same place we submit allthe document

          (as per the list)to the Representative . he Say some person will come

          for the personal and other titile of property verification then we tell

          you how much loan would be sanction to you.we belive the words on your

          represantative because of the good reputation of the bank.
          Point 3: The representative required more documents and freash

          documents from us. we provide all the documents to him time to

          time.Afte the 15th December, But your represantative not replay to us.

          so we inquire to him about our loan proposal. He say " don't worry mam"

          Definatly bank sanction your loan proposal.but he cant give me any

          information about my file and say dont ask me or disturb to me, its a

          very small amount of loan so i will call you
          Point no 3: Whole december the representative cannot call to us. we

          again ask him but he cant pick up the mobile. Then we personaly visit

          to the sharanpur office. the same at the time starting we face the

          problem. we spend the 3 to 4 hours but no one can tell us about the

          loan file.
          Point 4: In December end we meet to the representative mr. Khisti. he

          replied that the loan will sanction very soon. Then I taken a suggesion

          of bank represantative for hand over to the tokan amount of Rs 2lakhs

          to the shop owner.due to the assurance of the ICICI Loan representative

          to us. Then he said that its a lenthy process so within week your loan

          wouldbe pass. and i give you a sanction letter.

          Point no 5: In next year i.e. Jan 2008: whole january your

          represantative cannot contact to us. when we ask on telephone he gives

          the tipical ans " KAm ho jayega". dont woory. then last week of the jan

          he told me that the problem is about your leave period.

          Point no 6: Due to the major accsident of myself and husband in last

          week of sept 2007. I was on medical leave. so, I claim for policy.

          those insurance papers and official leave letter igiven to the

          represantative as per the requirment. That time i told him to tell me

          very fast and dont waste my time. immediatly inform me about my loan

          proposal. I had already given a tokan amountto the shop owner because

          of you. but whole week he cant replay. Again telephonic talk with him

          he says "file upar bheja hai" Mr. vaibhav Avad will dicided about your

          sanction of loan.

          Point no 7:Mr. Avavad is the care less person. His attutude towards to

          costomer is too rude and always shows to customer that he is too busy

          person. Many times my self and my husband tried to meet him. but always

          he refused to meet. every time he gave the new reason to avoid the

          meeting. Then he not pickup the phone of clients. then we send the sms

          to him but he gives the no of mr. ashotosh. ( when I call to the

          ashotosh he says that we dont know mr. avad is dicided about your loan

          proposal) then give the DHAMki to my husband dont call.we will tell

          you.

          Point no 8: Mr. avad told us in whole feb that file is not with me. it

          goes for higher authority. give me a two days time i will conform you

          about the loan proposal (sanction or not sanction).

          Point no 9 : Then i ask to represantative can i loged the complaint to

          the icici cost care? at that time he said that u dont do that other

          wise mr. avad is refuse the case. and privelled me to loged the case.

          Point no 10: mr. avad again weast the time. then i told him at that

          time he told me that why you are depend on ICICI? you apply at any

          other finance company? then i surprised this person is not faithful to

          our company then how he faithful to the client?Then we meet to the Mr.

          narkar.(again suggested by mr.avad to avoid the meeting). At that time

          he we see out file their are too dely for remark and i was submitt the

          papre in nov 2007 but the file prepare in Dec 2007 then the file in the

          ICCI bank primises at that time mr. Avavad peposly telling lie to him

          that file not here it would be passed to the mumbai and pune offices

          for sanction of higher authority.

          Point no 11:In the middle of march i.e. 14 march 2008, Mr. avavad is

          pass the msg to my reletive that the file is not sanction my loan

          proposal. I dought that this is not sanction due to me strong attetute

          against the delay of proposal. Then i asked to Mr. avad that can u tell

          me why my loan proposal is refused by your senior and you. at that time

          he told me that, soory we cant the disclose the reasons of refusal.
          is this any policy of bank ? or mr. Avad telling lye. as well as i

          asked him tell me the reason of such dealy? he say that is also not

          policy of our bank?
          is it any policy of bank?
          if it so then you hide from the customer about their files. this is

          against the right of information.
          in the icici there is no list or name plate availble for RTI officer.
          I very much belive in ICICI bank but this type of officer and

          representative as well as team member not give a fame to farm, but sham

          to the firms name and reputation.

          if you inquire then my self and my husband give the payments of

          phonecalls statement charges and all.

          hope the costomer care people are not like that I belive on them
          Just like I belive in ICICI bank. I am the account holder of the bank

          since last 10 to 12 years. but I never face such problems.

          For the delay and not giving reasons I goes under phycological preasure

          as well as due to the rough language of your officer I fell the

          nervesness.

          I was read in the local news paper and the media about the nashik

          branch people recovery and the distrubution of loan dept people. they

          ar really not help to the costomer.so nashik home loan branch is not

          good.


          hope you replay me. i given a complaint to consumer forum as well as

          the same email pass to my friends to beaware about nashik

          branch.written complaint is submit to the nashik branch office.

          mr. avad and jain and there representative are worst. and give worst treatment to the consumet
          DONT EVER go to ICICI. I am saying this NOT bcos I have anything against ICICI. Its only bcos i am one of their victim. There floating rate is true only in one direction. That is it floats higher side only. But will never float back when RBI or market rate changes! that means it nevers comes down! I am still paying 12.25% INTEREST RATE. I hope that answers your query

          Actually the problem is due to the employes.I also face a such problem . This is true true. And these employees are not required job. The solution is simple.First company will decide to replace these employees with other employees which are working in other city, just like pune, mumbai. and the employees of nashik division are through out to other location.then actually those employees are goes who require this job and who are not need of this job, they are gives resine.after this will done later on adjust all employees . this is the only solution. otherwice 'Talabki EK gandhi Machhali talab ko kharab kar deti hai'.
          Dear Sir,

          We have joint property at Jawalke, Tal. Dindori, Dist. Nasik having G. No. 222 & 244/4 having total area 2 Hector, 28 R.

          I am a part holder of said property. I wanted to check the title of this property hence on 28th May, 2008 I have given a notice in local newspaper called Deshdoot.

          On 31st May, 2008, Shriram Co. Op. Bank took a objection stating that bank has given a loan of Rs. 24, 00, 000/- on the said property. This is without my concern. This is really surprising to me as I am the main Khata holder and Elder brother of the co-holders. This is a totally fraud case to me. I have been cheated by the bank. I request the honourable authority to look in to the matter and see that I should get proper justification in this case and the accused should be punished.

          I fully agree with complaints given by consumers. The ICICI agents/representative are the worst, bcoz the ICICI does not give them adquate training and recruite them like the garbage and put them on work to capture the conusumers. Any query asked to these agents/representative are not known forehand.
          can i Know ur branches in Maharashtra
          ICICI Bank, I can say the worst private bank in India, all the staff I dealt with are non professional with out any product knowledge of their own bank or firm, I am a NRI when I approached them for Loan against my property, none of them including Branch Manager was knowing about NRI loans, they refered their booklets and brochures, the incident happened at Sharanpur Road, Nashik, in short it was a harresment for me, the behavior of the staff was not good.
          Later after coming to UAE within No time my loan got sanction through a phone call without any paperwork or so, they just asked me my salary certificate, the point is being a expatrate I got Loan of huge amount, being a Citizen of India, ICICI needs 132 papers for the approval.
          I can understand the frustration of yours. You can complain to Consumer Rights Protection Council and this is the link. http://www.icrpc.org/ This works beautifully and you do not have to do much. Please give the whole details to them; you will get the desired result.
          . I had made a transaction at an ICICI ATM at Sector-18 Noida on 17th of June 2008. I got a receipt stating that I had withdrawn 400 rupees where as the money did not came out of the ATM machine. The ATM machine kept on beeping for some time.

          Please tell me how can I file an RTI (Right to Information) against ICICI bank. PLease call me at +91 [protected]

          ICICI Bank is a private bank and not a public authority under RTI Act.

          So ICICI BANK is not within RTI Act. However, you can obtain information, which the RBI can seek from ICICI Bank under RBI Act.

          You can file application with RBI under RTI Act.

          It has been observed that your officer have not submitted my all documents back yet, which I have provided him time to time for Home Loan. It’s been two months and above, still Home loan is not getting sanctioned by your officer. This is second time and might be last time, I am asking for my all documents back.
          If your officer have couriered me all documents, then give me the courier name and the docket number.
          You are further advised to submit a written explanation as soon as you receive this email.
          Kindly treat this as very urgent otherwise it will be worst.

            Dear Sir,

            I hope you read this email and take some immediate action.

            I am writing on behalf on my Husband Mr. Shams Ahmad Asghar Aii Parvaz his account details are mentioned in below mail.. I have been helping him in trading in his account since last month since he is a frequent traveller i have been following the query of wrong debit of an amount of Rs. Rs. 428, 283.34 from our account.


            My husband having ICICI Demat A/c no : 34180657 and savings a/c no :[protected] and ICICIDirect Account number [protected] have been following up with you ICICI Direct people from last 15 days when we found the difference in our net worth due to wrong debit from our account without making any transactions.

            We would like to summarize the complete issue of last 15 days . It all started on Feb 27th morning at 9.0 am. When we checked our portfolio on 26th evening after trading hours it showed limit positive Rs. 200, 000 and Net Worth Rs. 86, 50, 000/- . All of a sudden on 27th morning before trading hours the limit reduced to - 2, 50, 000/- ( negative Rs Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand ). We reported the matter to the customer service on the same day but without any results. We have come across Mr. Haresh - ICICI branch at Shoppers Stop, Ms. Meenakshi- ICICI Borivali, Mr. Balchandra Nayak ICICI Borivali, Ms. Amarpreet - Andheri (E) AKruti and now MR. Bidhu - New Bombay. Now Mr. Bidhu is unwell and we are talking to Mr. Brajesh.No work on SR nos are generated.result is zero.

            We have always received weird replies fom your customer service who without taking the efforts have just reported that everything is fine. Also we have an email from Mr. Bidhu stating we found that there are no cash / share Pay out pending for your ICICIDirect Account number [protected] and the problem remained unsolved.We kept repeating that the reconciliation statement shows a difference please check there is some error but he refused to reconcile saying it was not his job.

            Later we ourselves checked each and every trade transaction in conjunction with the bank statement and found the followingof the

            Mam I don’t understand these two debits, it seems to be a mistake by ICICI

            Query from start till 31/01/2008 solved, Difference is of Rs 7840 /- and the settlement numbers are 219 and 222
            with differences of Rs 1792 and 6048 respectively



            Thus we have sent you by email the complete working of the same.

            Later in the evening as per our telecon on mobile with Mr. Prajesh it has been informed to us on March 14th at 7.25 pm that from Feb 14th 2008 there has been a system error / technical flaws for Online Demat account due to technical problem. This has been informed to Mr. Prajesh verbally by the operations team. He has promised that he can give the same in writing to us.Due to your system error our account has been extra debitted.Also regarding the difference amount the same will be credtted to our account once it is confirmed by your office.

            It is highly irresponsible for a big bank like ICICI where lakhs of people are doing online trading not to inform the customer of their systems technical problems,
            Secondly you have refuted our claims and have always tried to defend that everything is ok without going to the depth of the problem and arguing on wrong basis and not trying to understand the clients grievances.
            Trade history has been changed or datas recorded wrongly have been rectified. we have docmentary evidence of all what we are claiming.

              Respected sir,

              I am working in south africa for 3 years and now i am in dubai. So i cant make any transaction through my account in KERALA STATE, TRIVANADRUM, MG ROAD BRANCH, A/C[protected].
              As though i like to make some NRI transaction in this account i am not sure is my account still open or terminated. I didnt receive any visa electro card, cos mine is expired long back. Please contact very urgently. thank u.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I am holding ICICI Amex Card[protected] in 2006. I have not used this card either online or at any swipe machine or in any ATM. The card was safe in a locker. Nobody else has access to the card. I have never used this card for any internet transaction till date. I have never provided card details to anyone on phone or internet. Thus there are no chances of getting the card details such as card number, CVV number, and expiry date etc.
                  On 8 -1-08 I got SMS alert for following transaction
                  Transaction 1: of Rs 48048-00 on 8/1/2008
                  We came to know for more transactions when we reported the matter to Customer care.
                  Transaction 2: Rs 956.00 on 8-1-08 ………NO SMS
                  Transaction 3: Rs 449.00 on 8-1-08 ………NO SMS
                  None of the above transactions were done by me or authorized by me.
                  I called up the CUSTOMER CARE as soon as I realized about the fraud and requested for blocking of the card.
                  I called up call center to track that person right away but it was not done by your department. If this would have been, the IP address of the computer where all the transactions were attempted from could have been obtained. And this could have helped in getting the unauthorized user caught.
                  As we have to report the matter to POLICE & MEDIA, we request you investigate & provide me the establishment from where debit transaction has originated.
                  I was going thru the ICICI bank eseva – epayment website, I am surprised to know that a similar complaint has been filed by the card holder of xxxx xxxx xxxx 8002, which has a numerical connection to the last four digits of my card .This is not a coincidence .
                  This clearly shows that the some data from your credit card department has been shared with unauthorized persons. This is a serious lapse on your behalf.
                  This has resulted an unnecessary trouble & metal stress to me.
                  I would like you to take necessary steps to investigate the matter & credit my account with immededite effect.

                  Sir,
                  I like to bring the following to your kind notice for taking appropriate step so that a bonafide customer of your bank like me do not suffer for no fault of his own.
                  I have been intimated of my payment dispute only on 8th August, 08. Before that neither any documents nor any SMS was sent to me giving me information that I have a pending of Rs.10, 200/- and Rs. 8, 624/- has been deposited to another account (Future Bazar). I have made payment of Rs.8624/- in March, 08 but you have remained silent for the next 4 months (upto july, 08) about the fact that in my card (..6004) there is due of Rs. 10, 200/-. Thereafter I have repeatedly contacted your office at 2A Upper Wood St, Kol but they have unnecessarily delayed about clarifying my queries and suddenly pending of Rs. 10, 2000/- has been shown to be due from August, 08. If you would have informed me about this due in April, 08 I could have easily sent you the dispute form confirming details of transaction within 90 days. So in this regard there is no fault on my part?
                  It is beyond my comprehention and belies rationality how on the same date payment is made from my card both at Chennai (Sabari Classic) and Mumbai (Future Bazar). That I was in Chennai on that particular day can be authentificate by the ‘Conference Certificate’ and Government permission order in favour of me.
                  I strongly and honestly believe there is a gross mistake on your part for which you are making one of your genuine customers helpless victims. But don’t forget in this even-increasing trend of high competitiveness in financial sector you will not be able to go far being hostile to customers instead of being customer-friendly. However, today I am paying Rs.2100/- (minimum Amount due till Oct, 08, Cheque No.430126 of Bank of Baroda, Jodhpur Park) and also blocked my Credit Card.

                  I don't agree with what ever u people are trying to convey about ICICI Bank because. My father has a account and I operate the account till today we have't over drawn or even bounced even single cheque. They give utmost importance for a customer who takes loan and promptly repays it back. The most important aspect people misjudge about a bank like ICICI is that they are fraudulent banks but they aren't, a bank who follows, its policies strictly unlike other banks.I would give full marks to a bank like ICICI Bank it is always the consumers who are at fault and not the banks, till today I have't heard of ICICI bank being compensated to any customers for wrong activities it is the customers who perceives it wrongly because one should't take loans beyond their loan disposable capacities, so a bank like ICICI lends loan without taking much care on the credit worthiness of the person and considers salary as a prime securitization tool for lending loans which is absolutely a wrong method of running a financial institutions. so care as to be a taken by customers before taking loans

                    As of today I received a statement with all previous entries for which I made the complaint.

                    I just want to know why it has been debited again? Can u please verified above case and revert back with positive response as earliest possible.
                    As per the Icici investigation they find out this entries other person this person name is Rakesh Thakkar so why this entries not revered in
                    Icici bank without any information debited Rs.9800/- My savings account of 13th December 2007

                      I have taken a 73000 loan from ICICI bank the EMI of which is 2750 rs. The ICICI bank was not able to withdraw first EMI from my account (andhra bank account no. 19175). So they sent recovery executive to me for taking that installment. The recovery executive take two intallments from me by saying that there is a problem that ICICI bank will not be able to withdraw the second intallment also. So I gave him the two installments amounting rs 5500 the receipt no. of which is L[protected]. They deducted second installment from my bank account also and technical reason because of which they are not able withdraw first installment they put a fine of rs 225 rs in my account for the reason of check bounce which was not actually bounced. I showed them my bank statment which is showing no boucing to regional icici loan dept. at sec. 9 chandigarh. The executives there take photostat of my bank statement and ensure me that i will receive my 225 rs refund within 15 days. As the recovery agent has taken second installment from me in advance in cash which was deducted from my bank account also. So to take back the extra intallment which they have taken from me by there own mistake it took four months to get it back with deduction of 225 rs which according to them are check decline charges which was not bounced. I go to them after every 15 days they take photstat of my bank statment and tell me to come after 15 days. I keep on visiting there for around 5-6 months to get back those 225 rs. But every time they take my bank statement and ask to come after 15 days. This increased my frustration as being a bank they impose any thing on there customer and customer is the one to bear mistakes done by them. So after not getting any result i really bounced my dec. month installment after that i have started receiving calls from there call centre delhi. I told them to waive my unnecessary bouncing charges of first intallment and second bouncing which was done intentionally to have there attention. My only concern was to get a waiver of extra charges imposed on me but they told me to pay installment only. I don't have faith on ICICI bank.I am having records of every thing that how many times i have visited there sec. 9 office and called to them at there help line from telephone. instead of settling the issue by waiving my fines they have send recovery executive with police at my home.

                      Money is not a concern here. My only concern is that how a bank can be so irresponsible about there customers. Because there is cost of everything. I have visited there branch 6-7 times got no results only fustration.

                      My concerns are:

                      1) Why the have charged extra 730 rs in my first installment as my payment schedule is showing first installment of rs 2020 rs.

                      2) Why they have charged check decline chrges for check which was not declined.

                      3)Why there recovery executive had taken extra advance intallment from me.



                      Now i have actually bounced one of there installment to negotiate with them my waivers but instead of waiver they have sent police to my house. How can police be involved in recovery of icici bank.

                      Please help me immidiately and suggest me what to do as this is a matter of self respect now.

                      whatever you have done is right... I myself harresed by these recovery agents. Don't bother abpout poilce as non payment of emi is not criminal offence. Have guts & ask police why the hell he is there... keep all telephonic recording with agents, file complaint iin local police station . If any recovery agent comes give teach him in his own language (hope u understand). recovery agents are [censored] bull hit them harder you can...

                      I myself not paid their PL & Credit card payment due to there this attitude...

                      i am your coustmer since last two year at the time of opening account i have been misguided by sales agent that no hiden charge will charge after openig the a/c now bank manager has impose of Rs 3550 on me .that harassment of coustmer kindly help to waved of above ammont .

                      first of all peoples mistake is calling to ph banking, visiting bank etc. just talk in mail so that every thing will be in recorded communication and then tell to the bank if it will not be reversed in week then i will stop paying EMI and bank is responsible for any consequences etc. then bank comes to your leg. (i am too arrogant with this private banks. ECS bounced due to nil balance in icici and next month before due date i paid extra emi as balance is nil in icici ac. 2 times abn amro bank presented emi even though i paid advance. i stopped paying credit card dues (different to ecs) for ecs presentation finally Abn amro came for credit card settlement with 8k less. so happily i paid)

                      simple Rule: ph communication is difficult to prove for your favour. Mail is too simple to prove you had informed.
                      icici bank is worst and idiotic bank in the world i paid 5 installments from one bank and my 6th installment check is in another bank but those had sent this check which is in another bank to first bank since it has bounced, then the recovery agents came and warned 3 to 4 times and finally the came to seze the vheicle then i had made a clash with them and finally i went to hit them like hero afterwards they went saying we will come tomaro then we all about 5 to6members went to icici bank barked like any thing and manager apolises but i wanted to recovery agents to tell me sorry so i went to my uncle a police officer and explained all the thinks and he called those recovery agents and banged them finally those recovery agents came to my home like a dead dog and appolises, after all the things had done and payed all the installment till now i had not recived noc, if we ask them they are giving customercare no and that is intractive voice service these are not available at that time,
                      tomaro i am going to call them again, WHY THE TERRORISTS ARE GOING TO PUT THE BOMBS IN INOCENT PEOPLES PLACE LET THEM PUT IN ICICI BANK

                      I had face the same situation and also I have taken a personal loan on a fixed reducing rate in January 2008 but when the market fails they automatically put my loan into the floating interest so for 70000 I was paying interest of 2376 and it was for 3 yrs not tenure has increased for 4 yrs and I didnt get any intimation from the ICICI bank that your tenure has increased by one year.

                      I came to know when I been to bank to close my loan so they tell me to pay more and I refused to do so and I had put a written complaint and they took around 2 months to resolve them and unnecessary they have charged the late fees

                      I think Consumer court should take action against such things and due to such harrasement done on us they should be strictly punished and should give us our money back

                      I dont trust ICICI bank and I dont recommend any one to get anything from it and I would say this bank should be Banned for doing such things to client
                      Dear Mr.Praveen,

                      This is a normal thing with many ICICI Personal Loan customer's ...its just that people let go off these issues considering this as a small amount, its good that you raised your voice.

                      I myself have encountered these sort of problems, am also fighting a similar issues wherein my 2EMI's got dedcuted in the same month.

                        Personal Loan, mis-sold, documents & cheques not returned after cancellation.

                        Applied for PL in Nov 2007. All documents, proofs, financial details and "SECURITY CHEQUES" submitted by December (step by step) through Mr Vikas @ Ken Concepts, New Delhi

                        Forget the loan. After canceling the application ICICI has not even returned anything to me. Call customer care 20 times (the call will keep looping in some pathetic IVR). If you are in good luck that day, somebody will pick the call finally. You get an answer "we have forwarded your request". Wait for eternity to get a response from ICICI.

                        i closed my personal loan on 2008, my pl no. is LPHY[protected]. i didnt get any response from the bank for my clearance of loan. and i didnt get back my checks also. i want that confirmation along with my checks as soon as possible.

                          Hi,
                          I am here by to draw your attention that my personal salaried account on ICICI Bank has blocked my amount 27, 000/- (appox) they put it into ledger balance and it's showing the available balance which is -3514/- against a credit card outstanding payment which they say that its is 30, 000 now without my permission. I would like to say that, the credit card of ICICI Bank which I had 3-4 yrs back I have made the last payment of 1500/- in the month of July'07 and asked the collection guy for settlement. But, no body turned up yet and I haven't received any letters or statement after that . Point to notice is that the maximum limit of that card is 13, 000 only and I had a few initial payments like 15000/- many times. Now, when I am following up with them from last 3 days and even I am ready for settlement but not for 30k. Unfortunately, no body helping me to release my amount from the bank side and collection dept. I have recorded all the telephonic conversation for the same as proof. Can you help me to get my money back. Please revert me asap.

                            I APPLIED FOR CREDIT CARD OF ICICI THROGH NET SOME 3 MONTHS BEFORE. AFTER 1 MONTH I WAS INFORMED THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR CARD & I WAS TOLD TO GIVE A COPY OF PAN CARD & SALARY SLIP.
                            THEY SEND AN EXECUTIVE TO COLLECT IT FROM MY HOUSE. AFTER THAT IT IS 2 MONTHS, NOTHING HAPPENED. IS THIS THE WAY ICICI BANK WORKS? IF THEY HAVE ANY PROBLEM THEY CAN CONTACT ME.
                            BUT THEIR EXECUTIVE ARE TOO BUSY . THEY HAVE NO TIME TO TALK WITH THE CUSTOMER

                              I am Parmanand Yadav My ICICIBank AC[protected] Sushant Lok Branch, More than 25000 rupees has been deducted by bank from my account, Without information and alert, I have issued check to other parties, It they got bounce who will responsible.
                              ICICI Bank says some Credir Card outstanding on my Name in there records. I don't have any outstanding, I have no dues and fullfinal certificates with me.

                                I have applied for opening a demat account (form no: [protected]) on 29th Jan 2008 at icici direct chinchwad branch Pune.



                                But till today I haven’t got any information about my status of application. I have made N no. of efforts to get it done but all my initiatives went in vain. I have visited 5 times to the concerned office also I have wrote 4 mails to [protected]@icicidirect.com but nobody is giving me any assurance to my problem.



                                So I kindly request you to intervene between and look into matter.

                                This is to bring to your notice that we had applied for a demant account at the launch of reliance power ipo. we were given a plain demant account number where we could not sale or buy any shares. after that your bank has taken necessary documents and then applied for the trading and demant account. we are just getting fooled by u all people and when we call up the customer care they say us that your account has been approved and then they tell us u will get your necessary documents within two to three days. but after two to three days there is no documents received and then we call up the customer care again and ask them the status about it thery tell us it is rejected. wht is the reason of telling two things at different times. looks like your management has lots of communictaion gap. and it is near about 1 and half months we have applied for a demant account. if we could had applied in other companies we could have bought shares at the time when market condition is not good. but we were left heart broken by your bank and this is shameful to u all people to do this type of fooling with us. i can assure u no one will again have faith in you all people i[censored] keep on doing this things again and again. we had lots of faith on u and u had left us heart broken at this stage. i don't think so i will have any trust on your people again in coming days or near future. i[censored] could reply to my mail it will be thank full to u or otherwise its up to u all people.
