I am writing to dispute a fraudulent (charge or debit) on my ICICI saving account in the amount of rs30000. I am a victim of identity theft and I did not make this -charge or debit. I am very upset and frustrated. I haven't received any call, message, link and OTP and without my permission amount is debited from my account through Phone P. Kindly refund my amount to my bank account asap. This unauthorized transaction is happened through phone p on 29 Apr 2022 at 01:04pm Transaction Id-T2204291304022012348646. Already raised complain on ICICI, but not listening, please refund my 30000rs, otherwise, I will escalate this issue to RBI. Please fix this issue asap. You people are harassing.
