Hello there,

I need a clarification against my Credit card. When I applied for credit card from ICICI bank. They clearly mentioned the teams. This card has 'No joining fees' and 'Annual fees'. With the credit limit of Rs.3 Lakh.

Now, recently(22/05/2022) I have received my credit card statement. In that statement it has included Rs.500+GST(Rs.90) total Rs.590 as a joining fee.

What is happening here...? I have already made a complaint against my Credit card limit. Still no reply from anyone. I haven't received my credit limit as Rs.3L. Now I'm getting joining fee for no joining fee credit card from ICICI Bank.

What is really happening.! Is that ICICI Bank doing this kind of scam to everyone. getting people into Trap. Getting money from innocent people in Fraudulent way.

I need a Clarification from your side. I Need a Solution for this problem.

    My name is Pooja Rai, i updated my bank account number on UAN portal for verification on 10th May 22 and it is still in pending statud.i spoke to customer care several times but got different answers all the time.I wrote an email too but they refused to help via chat stating it is confidential .I am not asking you to share any confidential information, i am just reminding you to complete the verification process.

      Hi team

      I have 2 bonds in ICICI in money multipler bonds category and their Redemption date is coming 27/may/22.
      I want to know what could be the next step from your side to receive the money or how will I get the money because no bank account linked with that bonds. I have mailed 4-5 times to investor's relations as well as goi bonds also but no response from there side

      Please respond as soon as possible it will be very needful because your services already making customers demotivated by our behaviour as no response from your side

        My name is Ruchi Baletia. Few days ago, after a transaction, my user id and debit card was suddenly blocked. I need to use my bank account for various purposes everyday including stock trading sometimes. This sudden blocking of my card is causing me monetary loss.

        I received an email asking me to call the customer care number [protected] to get it unblocked but the number is not connecting (out of service) . I tried with some other phones too and had the same problem. I tried other customer service numbers too and they all disconnect within seconds

        I have been ICICI bank customer for almost 10 years. But I have never received a good response or resolution regarding any issues. Mostly I have been ignored. I am even afraid to do any transations using the bank anymore. It feels like the bank does not want me to use my own money and hence blocking the card is a good way of not letting me use my money. Horrible service.

          I can't understand what is the ICICI banks issue. I see so many of these charges applied on my bank account without information from bank. This seems to be a scam run by ICICI on their loyal customers of so many years. prasad.[protected]@gmail.com if the bank would ever try to resolve it

          Hey ..the same happened with me as well. ICICI Bank charged me for insufficient fund 9 times on the same day (multiple instances). ICICI Bank is cheating & looting their customers this way.

              EPFO bank KYC verification pending

              I have updated my bank details for kyc but after a long days still my bank account is not verified and I am unable to claim my PF.

              I don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet. Please take action and help us to complete the verification.

              I have made a icici bank credit card payment of Rs 25000 through postpe credit card payment app and it was showing successful transaction on date 25 April 2022 but transaction amount not credited in my icici bank credit card and same on 12 may 2022 payment got reversed after 18 days similar we have called/mailed multiple times on your customer care support no one helped over this due to lack of payment now bank charged the penalty & interest of non-payment and same our cibil score also impacted where this is a clearly fault or lack of icici bank payment gateway and they not credited amount in credit card and charged the penalty
              Revert us as soon as possible because only your gateway/bank is responsible for all this and same my credit score impacted or penalty charged due to late payment processed by you so only you are responsible for all this mash up..Revert us or reverse the credit card late penalty charged due to your lack of.otherwise we will file a legal complaint on this as you people already mention that all failed payment will reverse with in maximum 7 days otherwise all the penalty and charged will borne by bank..

                        ICICI Bank transaction failed but amount debited from my icici account

                        I have transferred Rs. 3540 from my ICICI Bank to HDFC Home Loan Department. Though the transaction is failed, the amount got debited and didn't credit back to me. There is no option to file a complaint in the net banking website....

                        I purchased an iPhone 13 in January which had a 6000 rupees cashback offer and it was supposed to be credited within 120 days
                        It has been more than 120 days and has not been credited yet
                        I cannot reach an executive to talk to due to call assist which asks for atm card or account number along with 4 digit pin

                          I didn't applied for picture debit card but still I recieved one and an amount of 588 was deducted from my bank account as joining fee+ gst without my knowledge.

                            This email is in reference to the late payment fee and interest charged to my ICICI Amazon credit card ended 0006 of Rs 500 plus GST & Interest of Rs 354.74 plus GST. in current month statement (May). I would like you to highlight the issue of delay in payment. I have not received the credit card statement from the date of issuing this card Due to the non-receipt of the statement, I am facing an issue of making the payment. But after that I have tried to make this payment with Amazon card payment option but due to similarity of ending card i have paid in wrong card. of icici bank. I am also attaching payment receipts in support of payment done.
                            I had made this due clear on 1st of May 2022. after self reconciliation.
                            So request you to please reverse these charges for frist time gesture.
                            Even though I am still suffering, the amount wrongly paid to card ended at 0005 on 22th of april 2022 and if you also charged this much then it will be difficult to repay this amount.
                            Thus, I request that you kindly waive the late payment fee and interest charge, for this time only, it was impossible for me to make the payment.

                            I had tried to pay my dues on 22nd but wrongly due to similarity in number and card it goes to different cards.
                            I also request you to provide a hard copy of the statement as well on a monthly basis. please go through the below payment details and advice how i can get my back ..
