ICICI Bank Ltd — Account is debited without any information

I have saving account with ICICI Bank Ltd,Ground Floor, 239/1 AA,Kanika Hotel, Civil Lines,JHANSI , 284001. I deposited some amount in my account and the counter man checked my amount. On 26th September 2007 the bank debited my account with Rs. 500/- with out any information and when I visit my branch they told me that while I deposited the amount there is one false note in the bundle. But I say that when the counter man checked the bundle then why he not told me and how I imagine that its my note. Futher I ask to show me note they told me that they distroyed the same. I am not satisfied with their answer. So kindly help me.

My name A. Natraj having a senior citizen account with Nungambakam branch, Chennai. am a dependent to my only son.
Some time back your associate company Lombard Insurance contacted me through agents (Manager Karthik) FORCING ME TO
take accident insurance policy by paying Rs. 5000/- one time payment up to 85 years later they informed this premium is only for 5 years.
and giving me some wrong information to convince me. they took all information from me including my a/c no.
since I am old I was not able to talk much and said ok. the same day one of their staff talk to me by 3.30 pm when I was taking rest.
It was disturbed me. I said I am not interested. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THEY TRANSFERED MONEY DEBITING MY A/C.
WITH RS.5187/- ON 20/6/13 AT 11.39AM. This caused big problem with my family (me and my son) since I lost my wife recently. I have no support from any other source. I approached the customer service in vain. Therefore I request the higher authorities of the bank to take action
against the staff concern and give a credit of Rs.5187/- to my a/c. under advice to me.

I have taken ICICI home loan of Rs. 3,00000/-. I am regular pay EMI as fixed by ICICI. It has been seen that other bank rate is ver low in comparision with ICICI. It is because a lot of customer of ICICI is processed for home loan to other bank like PNB, LIC, SBI etc. Why ICICI not reduced interest rate for old and new customer. I am very impressed to the ICICI bank services. It is requested to kindly reduced the interest rate such that the customer of ICICI bank can be benefited. Infact i have already larged a complint in RBI regarding this and they directly communicated with the ICICI to take aforesaid acton. I'm happy that RBI works! .I have recieved apology letter from the bank .They‘ve apologized for the fault which had been done for my PEMI cheques and debit handled on my account.

The same thing happened to me.For one credit card which was taken fraudulendly by someone ICICI has deducted in my bank account by themselves as the name matched.How come they can deduct whithout any authorisation or informing customer.

ICICI Credit Card — Credit Card not delivered

ELBEE Courier did not delivered the Credit Cards to me and instead send them back to ICICI Bank. Their persons dont know how to talk and dont know how to work. Neither they are interested to call the customers to deliver the Cards and nor they are interested to receive the calls of customers. Why the hell is this service working and dont know how ICICI Bank has chosen Elbee for courier services.

I have been using icici credit cards from past 1 years but till date I have not recieved any statement soft or hard but timely i pay what ever the amount show, but last time you have been charge for late payment, you can take intrest whatever come not like that .please look into matter and do the need full .

If you have not receiving the statements continuously first confirm your address with sbi that they have in their records, even if there a small difference in the address that will lead to the prob, pin code would also make difference. If the address mentioned there is correct escalate your case to the HEAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT, the respective mail id will be mentioned on the statement. Simultaneously register you account for mobile alert service as well as online statement facilities so that even if you are not receiving the hard copy of the statement you will have a soft copy and you will receive mobile alerts about payment date, payment received status etc. so that this can avoid the financial charges getting debited to the account, and even can make the payment on time.

We have given the request on 14th of August 2007 to close the OD limit; they are not accepting the application for closure of account as there is a functional CC OD limit. They are saying that first close your CC OD limit then we will close your account. We are trying to close this account since 14th of August 2007, but getting no response. Moreover an amount of Rs. 730/- has been deducted from the said account as non maintenance & other charges for the month of September. I request you to waiver the said amount as we were trying to close the account in August itself, but officials of ICICI bank have not guided us.



A quick response will be highly appreciated.

I wish to close CC OD limit of above mentioned A/c due to improper charging by bank.



I've applied in the bank for closing of CC OD limit as on date 14th day of Aug 2007, but till date i've not got any response from the bank.



My FD no. 2390112 (of Rs. 1,00,000)A/C no.[protected] which was placed at ICICI bank, branch Alwar was matured on 16th of September 2007, but yet not been credited in my account.



On 15th of Oct. 2007 Rs.730.34 has been debited from my account as nomn maintenance charges of September 2007.

I am unable to understand that when i've applied to close my account on 14th of August, 2007 than how non maintenance charges can be deducted for the month of September.

So I request for the following-

a) To close CC OD Limit

b) To close the RCA account.

c) To issue pay order for my FD with interest by date.

d) All the charges debited by the bank after 14th of August 2007, be reverted back to my account.



Sir, I want to know that is this the services you provide to the customers & rely upon to build a great customer base. I feel sorry for the services you provide & how does you reacts to a customer's complaint.

We have a current acct. with your bank, in the name of Navin Metals P Ltd, {CIN U74889DL1980PTC010988} ac/no[protected], with home branch Okhla Phase I, New Delhi 110020.

At present the a/c is operated by one director Mukesh Kumar as per record. Now the board wants that operation should be operated by any two of the three directors.The resolution copy of the board was handed over to the concerned person at the branch.We were told that, in this case first signatury has to be present in the bank. Without his consent they will not process the request.

This is ilango . credid card no.[protected].when the credit card statement received for the last month i was absolutely shocked.Tn this statement you charged the amount 8866.67 was absolutely wrong. i made the purchase for that period was only Rs 4960.00 only including my loan amount Rs.1350. But this is ridiculus. and once again the amount for lambard health insurance charged. its over in the last month.

I dont know whether ur people are working or not. how this nonsense happen again and again. i lost my patience by ur peoples poor performance.

I am Rajiv, am having bike loan in your bank ( Loan number - LTMDU[protected]) . I have contacted the bank in madurai kalavasal byepass branch to close my bike loan account. As they informed I have to pay 39827.

Kindly answer my below questions

1. I have applied only one moratorium for one only month, Apart from the month i have maintain sufficient loan amount on that particular deduction date.But system automatically deducted for 2 month and now i have pay moratorium charge extra.

2. while getting the bank loan, the executive (dinesh ) not informed about the pre closure charge, i had paid more than 50% emi of my loan but now i have to pay 5.6% extra charges for closing my account,

2. I mobile is showing one rate and while reach out to bank they are informing different rate . Why this hidden charges or not reflected in I mobile application.

I am really disappointed with your hidden charges. Kindly consider my request and reduce the one moratorium change and also reduce the pre closure percent & charges.
