Statement Remark EBA/NSEMRGNPIPO/ Dr.1681.67

Hi, I have purchased shares in MTF. After 3 days of paying interest per day of 35 an additional amount of 1681.67 is deducted from my account.

This is statement remark EBA/NSEMRGNPIPO/ Dr.1681.67.

Plz tell me reason for this deduction....

I am Ashish Kumar A ICICI bank account holder, For the last 4 months, I am looking to avail a rural home loan from ICICI bank to reconstruct my old parental house.

Regarding this, I have written numerous emails to the ICICI customer support executives, My Relationship Manager. However, I have received the same response all the time "it is not possible for ICICI bank to avail a home loan for me because my residential place comes under gram panchayat and they do not process home loans for people who are living under gram panchayat"

I am pretty surprised to know that one of the biggest private banks in our country has followed such a discriminatory credit policy toward the Rural section.

This is a big concern in itself and if this is true I would like to highlight this with the consumer forum.

    I have never activated and used my demat account, There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

    I need my money back

      I am using icici bank credit card, my credit card payment due date was 29 march, i have paid all my dues on 29th march, after making payment, bank has initiated auto debit they have charged auto debit return fee on that basis, The first time i have complained about this, the customer care executive said that the charges will be removed, but charges not removed, i have called few times, every time they have said we will remove charges, after 20days they said this charges are legit and cannot be removed. This bank is fraudulent, this same modus operandi they apply every time, for few days they will tell you we will remove charges and after few days they says the charges are legit. To avoid further charges I already paid the amount, but I want my hard earned money back.

        Hi Team,

        My self Harpal, i lost my credit card, I-PHONE and Laptop Stolen from my resident (Uttam Nagar ) as theft activity happened on 12/4/22 and on the basis of it FIR registered on same day after 2 hrs and dispute card transaction raised with ICICI bank. After some day i got to know they have close the case, stating that all these transaction done via OTP, I dont understand if my card and phone lost then how can i secure the OTP. Why should i liable for that payment which was done by thieves, your card dont have multi factor authentication due to which customer has to face all these harassment. While Checking with Paytm cyber cell they are unable to find the person who done this all transactions with the given transaction id shared by ICICI bank. Moreover i shared the CCTV footage to the Police and they are investigating this matter at their end. My concern is being a customer why should i be reliable for these transaction as i called customer care on time that i lost all my cards so please block, i understand all these transaction happened 1 hr earlier before my call but
        being a customer foot try to understand its very difficult for customer to understand how all these happened suddenly you wake up and you dont find your belongings. Also when you call to your bank, bank never entertain if you call from some other number and i know how did i reach to customer care. Its my humble request to look in to this and get this sorted as i will not in position to make this payment

        All together 11 transaction done in 10 minutes, each transaction of rs 1023 and all money went to Paytm (one97 Communication). I have also raised case with one97 communication too and they are working on their end to investigate it.

        I got this email from ICICI bank as well which clearly said that they find suspicious transaction happened. Attaching the email image for your reference. Bank is also sure that these are suspicious transaction but at last it put to customer end to pay..This is simply nonsense. it would be good i will close this case and make sure i never go for icici bank again, Being 15 years of experience with them goes waste.

          When i was trying to pay via icici imobile pay app, it showed transaction unsuccessful, so tried two more time since there was no message of amount deduction and then suddenly the amount was deducted thrice but it was received by beneficiary account

            I have not subscribed to your demat account services even after constant asking by you. If you have automatically subscribed by yourself please unsubscribe. Because of you taking without any notice the amount of 826 Rupees, my due for RD could not take place. Please send me the money back.                   I have not applied for any auto debit facility but they are charging me auto debit return fee which i asked them to remove so that i can pay my bill but they are not solving the problem and now my due date for payment has passed and they are charging fine and late payment fee. After all these charges their cx support team is harassing me by calling 40 to 50 times in a day and even after explaining the issue they are not helping and calling from different number.

                    My self shravan kumar pandey
                    My credit card updated mail id is shravan.[protected]@gmail.com. my credit card no is 5241xxxxxxxx9006. My registered mobile no is [protected].
                    I have done credit card bill payment of Rs 7488.93 through SBI net banking on 22/04/2022 and money is deucted from my account but still it is not reflecting in my credit card account .
                    I have sent three mail in this regards to customer care icici but still, i did not any answer and also customer care icici no is always busy whenever tried to make contact with them.
                    Please help me and sort out the problem.

                      MABchgs have been deducted Twice from my account in a single day on 22/4/2022 without any information provided by the bank .The amount was decucted twice and the total amount deducted was INR 945.88 . Please look into the matter .

                        ICICI bank collection team from chennai is harrasing us by calling the grama panchayat and village people around us stating that my husband has taken loan and has not given back. My husband had taken loan and had paid emi unfortunately at the time covid he could not pay as he lost his job and they were filing settlement. He stys in bangalore. My question is why is bank contacting people around my place, they are contacting and harrassing people around my circle, calling my neighbours and panchayat and now the whole village people know about this and laughing at us. My husband do not stay with us and stays in bangalore and I stay with my kids and gran mother and ICICI bank is asking for my contact details and not my husband or they are not calling his family or people around him. I dont know whether I can file complaint but we feel very insulted as iam getting calls from everywhere regarding this. The people calling are ICICI collection team from Chennai.

                          I have tried with draw 10K and transaction got declined because of insufficient balance . Fine was deducted from my account even though it is a first time.

                          Are they paying me money in case money is not available in atm?

                          This seems to be completely unfair of deducting the money from customers with completely one sided hidden conditions and charges. Completely unsatisfied with the experience.

                              I had been taken a personal loan of 6.5 lakhs and paid 3.6 years without miss and due to accident and medical emergency there was a breakage in the emi payment and after 6 months harassment got started. The collection agents called my wife, brother, sister, sister in law, friends and even my 80 year old father saying that I had given their number as reference though I didn't. There is a due of 4.3 lakhs and if I asked for 2 lakh settlement they said no and forcing me to go through the authentication call to authenticate that I accepted though I haven't been asked what I could afford. Humanity should be there. But, canara bank settled my 7.7 lakhs outstanding for 2.5 lakhs listening to my situation. Thanks to Canara bank.

                                Hi ICICI Team,

                                I have been the customer of your bank since 2019. This year an amount of Rs 826/- has been deducted from my savings account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account.

                                But still charges are being applied and debited from my account on 28 March 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL FEB-22 is shown in the statement.br...

                                ICICI is a horrible bank to reach a real customer care representative. The usual[protected] number from USA/Canada, will go to all kind of answering machine without providing any option to reach real customer care. Eventually it will keep disconnecting your call stating you exceeding the option limit.
                                The whatsapp number another sham.
                                The chat - good luck reaching a person instead of machine. Even if you reach a reprehensive, most cases they are not helpful/knowledgably and will ask you email or call customer care number without providing detail about how to reach a customer care representative. Also every 2-3 minutes it will keep popping up threatening message about closing the chat as below:

                                  I have been charged for expression debit card which i don't remember of requesting. They have charged me rs. 408.70 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.408.70 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..
                                  I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..
                                  Please help me getting my money back
