I had been taken a personal loan of 6.5 lakhs and paid 3.6 years without miss and due to accident and medical emergency there was a breakage in the emi payment and after 6 months harassment got started. The collection agents called my wife, brother, sister, sister in law, friends and even my 80 year old father saying that I had given their number as reference though I didn't. There is a due of 4.3 lakhs and if I asked for 2 lakh settlement they said no and forcing me to go through the authentication call to authenticate that I accepted though I haven't been asked what I could afford. Humanity should be there. But, canara bank settled my 7.7 lakhs outstanding for 2.5 lakhs listening to my situation. Thanks to Canara bank.

    Amount debited as DMC/ DP CHGS

    Hi ICICI Team,

    I have been the customer of your bank since 2019. This year an amount of Rs 826/- has been deducted from my savings account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account.

    But still charges are being applied and debited from my account on 28 March 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL FEB-22 is shown in the statement.br...

    ICICI is a horrible bank to reach a real customer care representative. The usual[protected] number from USA/Canada, will go to all kind of answering machine without providing any option to reach real customer care. Eventually it will keep disconnecting your call stating you exceeding the option limit.
    The whatsapp number another sham.
    The chat - good luck reaching a person instead of machine. Even if you reach a reprehensive, most cases they are not helpful/knowledgably and will ask you email or call customer care number without providing detail about how to reach a customer care representative. Also every 2-3 minutes it will keep popping up threatening message about closing the chat as below:

      I have been charged for expression debit card which i don't remember of requesting. They have charged me rs. 408.70 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.408.70 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..
      I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..
      Please help me getting my money back

        I am no able to use my multi wallet card. Because I haven't use it due to pandemic. Now, it is showing blocked on ICICI website. [Link: https://infinity.icicibank.com/corp/AuthenticationController;jsessionid=0000fKbv... I tried calling customer care. They are not able to unblock the card. I go to bank. Bank manager said we don't have access. I want to unblock that card.

        I have tried every possible way but not working anything. Please help

          My name is Shalini. I 'm a TCS employee and I joined the company 4.5 years back I was given ICICI food card which going to expire on 6/22 .

          I would need a new card but unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal could you please assist me.

          Every month during salary credit 2000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 4000 rupees, Please needful.

              From my icici bank account deducted Rs. 590.00
              I don't know why. On 11rd 4 -2022.
              This is this the first time that happened to me in last 11yrs with icic bank.
              Please refund my money ASAP.

              I was supposed to pay my emi to DMI FINANCE TO LINK ACCOUNT ICICI BANK merchant on april 5th, 2022 but the auto-debit never happened. After waiting for long, i transferred the emi amount manually on april 5th, 2022 to the respective merchant account number. On april 11st, 2022 i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficieNT balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. But i can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transaction code as 'ecsrtnchGS070422sr[protected][protected]' on april 11TH APRIL, 2022.

              None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue.

                I have taken a housing Loan of Rs. 534839 from ICICI Bank Ltd, Ushagram Asansol Branch on 31/07/2006. As per agreement the loan was sanctioned for a period of 180 months @ Rs. 5425 which was . But they had started deducting Rs. 5727 from 01/09/2008 till 01/09/2011. Again from 01/10/2011 they started deducting Rs 6310 till 01/01/2022 which was my last installment as per agreement.

                After 180 months of repayment when I approached the bank for NOC and returning of my original deed. I was surprised and shocked to know when the bank told me that I still need to pay another 104 EMI to finish the loan.

                Without intimation they had changed my loan to floating. How can a reputed bank can cheat us this way. I met the Bank manager and have submitted a letter to the bank. We had stopped paying Instalment from 01/02/2022.

                On 17/02/2002 a bank representative name Biswajit Prasad came to our house for discussion and took our photo. again on 20/04/2022 another guy named Mr. Manoj came to house and took a selfie with me. They are unable to give any suggestion or solution for the same.

                This is a mental torture to me and my family. I hereby request the forum to help me out to came out of this mental torture.

                    VOID transaction refund

                    Hi,

                    I made a transaction last evening of amount 50, 000 at a store and the store had to void the transaction due to some wrong details. The amount got deducted from my credit card however I haven’t got the refund yet after voiding. I have been connecting to customer care and they are saying there is no such transaction showing. I have slips as well that I have emailed but no revert.

                    Please process the refund...

                    Dear sir, I am inform you that none of the transactions had taken place with my authentication. I never give my credit card to anybody. Bank people are well aware that it is a cyber crime. With utmost belief in this bank, I have Lot of Trust in ICICI bank and useing card from so many years . But, it puts me in deep trouble now. It clearly indicates the working system of the bank and how it is neglecting customers.i can't effort the amount under any circumstances, already i had logged the complaint in cyber crime.Plz look into the matter in humatrain grounds and help me out with the same at the earliest possible.

                        Yesterday Yesterday at 14:44 pm I made a transaction of 658.44 rs at Paytm using ICICI Bank account. But the payment failed. And Paytm has sent the message that they have initiated the refund transaction. Kindly process the refund.

                            Hello,

                            Here is my worst experience with ICICI bank.

                            My self Jeevana Tejaswini. My company has tied up with ICICI bank for salary account, on 14th March 22 and as part of company, my account has been opened with bank but I haven't received my ATM card yet.

                            I reached customer care many times and also reached nearby branch in person and also tried to submit a complaint letter to the branch manager and it literally ended up in a trash. I received the ridiculous response from them literally.

                              Within 10 days there are 2 deduction about total 1130 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot
                              From the date of[protected] to[protected] and Mab Charges without any notification. It is running in Salary account and without any kind of prior intimation it converted to Saving which lead to deduction.please get the same waive off on priority so I can manage to maintain it in future accordingly.

                              Account holder name-Ranita Dash was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency it's pendamic situation and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

                                  I NEVER TOOK THESE LOANS BUT ITS APPEARING UNDER MY PAN CARD - AWYPS1588B

                                  From my cibil report, i could see mobile number of the person who took these loans and i spoke to him. He confirmed that he can see these loans under his own pan card.

                                  This means ICICI is reporting same loan accounts under 2 different Pan card. absolutely ridiculous and due to this am suffering badly. My home loan application is stuck
