Fraud in FOREX CARD

Hi, I have a Forex card in which I deposited around 77k INR (on 29/03) as I was abroad & needed money urgently. Transaction got stuck & I was on call with so many people for 5-6 hours and requested them to release the payment as I need my money urgently & didn't had much cash. A fraud transaction of Rs.49, 800 has done from my ICICI credit card and credited Merchant Name is "UTILITY C C MUMBAI " on 06 th March 2022, I have filed the FIR too and complaint to customer care also, its been 42 days but i haven't recieved any news about it. My SR nb is SR[protected]. the transaction is fraud and i havent given any confirmation or information about card to anybody. Please check and revert back me for any futher information.

    This is to bring to your attention that my ICICI savings account[protected] has been freeze, Since August'20 without any informing me. and the account is still freeze .
    The problem is now that I am not able to with draw amount from it. Actually 3rd party by mistake has deposited money of Rs 25000/- in it and now demanding to get it back. but due to freezing of account I am not able too withdraw amount .

    Kindly unfreeze my account.

    Regarding this I ve visited to Urban Estate Phase II branch, Jalandhar, they provided me a email ID of cyber-Mum

    After regular follow ups on email they revert me that case been closed from their end but my account is still freeze

    and attachment is copy of the email.

        In November 2021, I applied for an Amazon ICICI credit card.

        However, I have yet to receive the card. I called customer service several times, but I was told that even though my documents were verified, my application was not found!

        The customer service representatives always tell me that they have filed a complaint, but I have not received any ticket numbers to my registered phone number in the 5 months that I have been calling them on a regular basis!

        I'm hoping that bringing it up here will at the very least get me a proper response.

        They have the worst customer service. It's so difficult to talk to them. They don't read my messages and send some saved scripts over and over again

          I took a loan from icici for 25 years in 2007
          in 2022 my loan was still due 23 lacs-

          i took a bt+top up from other bank
          i paid all home loan dues and loan account was closed
          not now icici bank is not giving noc to me
          saying it is blocked
          and they saying they dnt knw the reason properly

          they told it might be due to one previous loan - but that is settled /closed and showed all the documents as well.
          Now they are not sure

          and now the other bank interest has started but they have not disbursed the top up amount since noc not provided by icici bank

          what kind of services is this this is a collateral loan and i have never taken any such loan else where i paid the loan now you are harrasing for noc and not giving home loan documents when it is paid
          i paid all dues my loan account is closed but they saying that noc is blocked

            I have already paid my credit card dues through internet banking and its been 3days still it is not reflected in my outstanding amount. Moreover, with interest and late payment they charged extra from me!! How is this possible?? Is it so easy to get away with people’s money?? Already the net banking number is generated, but the still there is no change in the outstanding amount! I paid 30000 which is a pretty big amount.

                      Scici deep discount bond

                      I have been trying to reach out to my nearest Icici branch for redemption of my deep discount bonds issued 1996. But nobody in the branch seems to know how to redeem them and they're just replying with "we've sent the email to the concerned team". It's been days since they're unable to guide me with the further process for redemption of the bonds and I feel like stuck as I'm also not being provided contact details of the relevant teams working...

                      ICICI withdraw 3 times of 23rs, 28rs, 29rs three times ...I have attempted to withdraw amount from another bank ..But another ATM don't have balance and and the other ATM i check out of service...

                      This is unethical practice... Daylight robbery...Your company Sacked Sunanda Last CEO has bribery charge and unethical offered loans to corporate and did you take any action against her ? This is the way you cheat middle class customer..?

                      Why this type of charges not disclosed on the salary account terms and conditions

                          I am working in TCS. My food card got expired one month before. I tried to contact customer care to get guidance to renew the card, but I failed as the numbers given in the back site is not helpful and user friendly.                               Over the years It's been found ICICI BANK charges automatically and deduct money - I didn't know. Today when I came across on one email I came to know - not from my account but my all four family accounts.

                              I don't know what is nach_ad_rtn_chrg_cams bla bla charges - when required charges and things already paid in respective units then why from saving a/c ICICI BANK charges and auto debit.

                                My account got Debit Freezed there were some loan apps on google store from whom I took a loan but all of them were 7 days loan app I paid their amount and took another loan but the loan was for 7 days and these guys started calling me on the 6th day to make a payment they also hacked my phone and contacted my complete contact list on WhatsApp and made a viral nude pics morphed my pic so I complained to cybercrime took the report and switched off my mobile and took another number as per cybercrime PSI ..
                                Now for security reason I also got my account blocked and ordered a new debit card but now when Iam asking ICICI bank at my branch at sector 11 mira road to unfreeze my account they are not doing it iam really sad about it that they dont even talk properly it feels like they dont have any respect for their customers.
