In November 2021, I applied for an Amazon ICICI credit card.
However, I have yet to receive the card. I called customer service several times, but I was told that even though my documents were verified, my application was not found!
The customer service representatives always tell me that they have filed a complaint, but I have not received any ticket numbers to my registered phone number in the 5 months that I have been calling them on a regular basis!
I'm hoping that bringing it up here will at the very least get me a proper response.
