Dear ICICI team,
My ICICI saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (MCC 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and I have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from ATM and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

    I have made an Initial payment of Rs. 25000 while opening bank account online on 1st April 2022, but the amount is not yet reflected into my account.
    Tried calling ICICI customer care, but they havent been of any use.
    Tried emailing Eazypay, but there is no update received on this.
    This amount is huge, and i dont know who can help on this.

      Icici bank reverse the dmc dp charges and close my demat account

      How can u deduct dp charges? How can you open demat account without informing the customer?

      I had no idea of demat account and how to use them, how you guys open and active the the account and deducted the charges form saving account without any intention of account holder? And now you are charging 808rs. on 11.04.2022...

      Within 3 months about 2000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

        There is no response from customer care and today I have received dis msg but no intimation of account no n kit available.
        Still I havent received any information form ICICI BANK representatice. And no information regarding my account opening data in their TRACK APPLICATION LINK showing pop up as (result not found)

          Am an icici bank customer. Today 11-04-22 ecsrtnchg charged 590, 245, 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.               Cash back is not credited.

              I am supposed to get 2.5% cash back on fuel purchase using my credit card XXXXXX9009. However ICICI only reversed the fuel surcharge for this transaction. When I contacted customer care - they did not answer my question about cash back. . They just said my surcharge is reversed. This reply is not acceptable . Please look into it....

              Unethically lien amount put on savings account, will never answer calls, intentionally makes it impossible to connect. No information was sent either.
              I was stuck in an emergency needed the funds for being able to get home late at night but without my knowledge Rs 1170 were frozen in my account. I have been pushed into depression by the bank due to the above mentioned. Customer care representative and supervisor intentionally hang up the call.

                3 charges each of Rs. 590 have been deducted from my account in the name of ECSRTNCHG. I really do not understand this and am very upset with the bank for doing this without any information.
                I really need an answer.

                All 3 deductions were done by the bank within two days.

                  I have a salary account with ICICI bank and this is the third month since the account was opened and every month after my salary gets credited and I go to transfer or make payments through net banking, at the first instance itself the system displays due to security reason your account is blocked'' then I get an sms that my debit card is blocked. When I approach the branch, I am informed that I will need to take a new card and for that I need to pay Rs 500/-. This is surely harassment and mental agony to me. I am planning to take legal recourse if the matter is not resolved permanently.

                    I was trying to buy a product from Flipkart I used My uncles ICICI credit to card purchase. But in checkout process I am getting OTP incorrect for everyone though I entered OTP correctly. I got some weird errors like 3D security errors, your payment is interrupted

                    I was trying to connect with ICICI customer care by number on their website most of them are not working, One number is connecting its asking questions but not connecting to me customer care

                    Extremely bad experience for me can you please help me ?

                              Hi team,

                              I am writting this regarding a suit filled marked on my Cibil against Personal loan taken from ICICI bank.
                              Last year me and one of my family member got Covid and it took me 2 -3 months to recover from that and because of this my financial condition got unstable and I was not in a position to pay my EMI's for 5 months approx. Before that I have paid around 20 EMI's without any miss and till now all my EMI are paid on timely basis.

                              For that period which I was not able to pay my EMI, I have cleared all that in one go and made the payment of 54000 approx in August 2021. Still not sure why after 7 months suit filled has been marked. Can you please let me know despite clearing all my dues I have take this suit filled just because of COVID situation in my family last year.

                              As now I am the only earning person in my family and need to take care of my parents as well as in couple of months my younger brother is going to be married, I am
                              Not sure from where I can get personal loan. All banks are rejecting my application asking to get remove this suit filled. I am now feeling depressed from all of this pressure and not sure how to cope up this.

                              I requested ICICI bank with folded hands to consider this letter as an apology for not paying those 5 EMI's and remove this suit filled immediatly. Till now all my EMI's are cleared and there is no pendency from my end.

                                This is shakeer, iam icici customer.. Im job loss.. I don't have money.. For my basic expenses some body send the money.. Immediately they deducted the money with any conformation.. Msgs any calls.. They deducted.. I this the way they treat customer for emi of 180 rs they chargerd 590 rs bounce charge... This is not correct as a corporate bank... I have to report on this issue.. Pls refund my account
