ICICI Bank — Complaint about Txn - DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL NOV-21 -- 826 on 28th Dec 2021

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have had a savings account with ICICI Bank from the past 10 years, December 28th 2021 my account got deducted with the amount Rs.826/- as DMC/INC* DP CHGS TILL NOV-21
without any information or reason

I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI Bank after deducting the amount. I am not sure if I have an active DMAT account but I was told that the DMAT account is for free of cost and no charges would be levied on it whether I use it or not. Also I haven't even used the DMAT account even once.

I am highly disappointed about this as it is not notified to the customer post deduction and also how could the ICICI bank deduct the amount for the service I am not at all using.

Any help to get my amount credited would be appreciated.

    I'm Santosh Kumar holding ICICI savings account for the past 20 years. A/C#[protected] in Vashi Branch Navi Mumbai Maharastra.
    Without any intimation, my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
    Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards/guidelines.

      I have been using ICICI credit card for around 2 years now. And all of sudden for this month, I'm charged with "Auto Debit Return Fee" and a tax on it. I had never opted for Auto Debit feature and always paid my bills manually. I recently called up customer care and they informed me that Auto Debit is a feature turned ON by default for ICICI credit card. So, that means Auto Debit has been there in my card for 2 years now. I do not understand how can such a feature be activated without acknowledging a user. And I understood that it gets triggered upto 5 days before due date. I have few instances in the past where I failed to pay the dues exactly on time. But, this auto debit never got executed. So, I understood it is a blatant lie. This is really frustrating and I have decided to end my relationship with ICICI, if this is how things move forward.

      I had connected with the customer care team and did not receive a favourable reply. I think bank’s policy is not customer friendly at all and I have decided to end NRI account and Credit Card services with the bank. I will be forced to pay auto debit charges and will gradually stop all the transactions with the bank. I still do no understand one thing, like HDFC bank sends me a reminder about an auto debit to my email address few days before the auto debit date. But, ICICI bank doesn’t have such a courtesy to inform beforehand. They just want to loot money in some way or other. I regret opening an account with them and advice others not to do so.

        Product orderd in flipkart using icici credit card. After product delivery i raised a call regarding billing they mentioned it will get credit back after 90 days. Now they are telling i was not eligible. If I'm not eligible then you have tell in the very first call like this that time executive ate my brain in explaining 90 days cashback policy...               I write this with great pain and look forward to your kind intervention. I had taken a personal loan from ICICI Bank quite sometime back and had been religiously paying my EMI. My majority of the EMI is over. But some very unfortunate incident stuck my family rendering my husband to fall sick and henceforth he could not continue his job. This resulted in our family income getting substantially reduced. From then on I could nor repay my loan. Therefore I had written to the concerned bank to settle of my loan with the amount that I could had arrange for as an onetime settlement. In this regards I had visited the branch, written emails with relevant documents to support my situation. This way was may be unacceptable to the bank though they never misbehave over the phone they constantly send over executives at my home. Today one executive breached all socially acceptable norms. He began shouting from the gate of my residential building, never bothered to maintain a bit of respect for my private and social life. This can be no solution to my problem. I am attaching the video of the employee of ICICI bank recorded in front of my building where he can be seen shouting in public making a mockery of my financial situation. I pray to your kind self to please do intervene and solve my case, I am ready to pay whatever little savings I have to clear of the loan, but I cannot take anymore loans to clear off the entire debt. I am also enclosing the email that I had sent to the bank officials.

                Credit Cards Permanently Blocked even after cleared all dues

                I am not able to complete the Payment in time because of some financial issues at this covid time but when I got some funds then I immediately cleared all dues on both of my ICICI credit cards and while doing that payment I was in touch with their customer service over the phone and they said once the payment is done it will be automatically unblocked but it didn't and now they are saying it is permanently blocked. I also have SBI and Axis...

                    The bank staff knew the loopholes in the CCTV stuff and they have started stealing money. We had money to close the gold loan. Clearly they stole some money while counting. We found that the we have paid extra money and went to check the footage. But they don't have a camera near the cashier. So it's easy for them to cheat the customers. No proof of stealing can be found. Your money will be lost forever. Please count your money thrice before entering the bank. Horrible experience. I will never visit the Kavalkinaru branch again.

                      I have purchased tataelxsi stocks from icici direct which was linked with my icici savings account.

                      I have added funds from icici savings to direct (Demat account) and purchased the stock.

                      I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

                        Hi, I have a Forex card in which I deposited around 77k INR (on 29/03) as I was abroad & needed money urgently. Transaction got stuck & I was on call with so many people for 5-6 hours and requested them to release the payment as I need my money urgently & didn't had much cash. No one helped and asked me to wait for one working day & then at last, I requested to cancel the transaction as I was flying back on 30/03 and no more needed AED. Despite multiple calls & requests, money was added to my forex card on 30/03 (night) when I was back to India. I even got a call on 30/03 morning & told this person to stop the transaction as I'm in flight now.. still they didn't do it & I now have a loss because of them. WHO WILL BARE THIS EXCHANGE COST OF 8K? Is this the service they are providing to the customers? I need my full money back to my saving account. Their team is pathetic & offers no help.

                          A fraud transaction of Rs.49, 800 has done from my ICICI credit card and credited Merchant Name is "UTILITY C C MUMBAI " on 06 th March 2022, I have filed the FIR too and complaint to customer care also, its been 42 days but i haven't recieved any news about it. My SR nb is SR[protected]. the transaction is fraud and i havent given any confirmation or information about card to anybody. Please check and revert back me for any futher information.

                            This is to bring to your attention that my ICICI savings account[protected] has been freeze, Since August'20 without any informing me. and the account is still freeze .
                            The problem is now that I am not able to with draw amount from it. Actually 3rd party by mistake has deposited money of Rs 25000/- in it and now demanding to get it back. but due to freezing of account I am not able too withdraw amount .

                            Kindly unfreeze my account.

                            Regarding this I ve visited to Urban Estate Phase II branch, Jalandhar, they provided me a email ID of cyber-Mum

                            After regular follow ups on email they revert me that case been closed from their end but my account is still freeze

                            and attachment is copy of the email.

                                In November 2021, I applied for an Amazon ICICI credit card.

                                However, I have yet to receive the card. I called customer service several times, but I was told that even though my documents were verified, my application was not found!

                                The customer service representatives always tell me that they have filed a complaint, but I have not received any ticket numbers to my registered phone number in the 5 months that I have been calling them on a regular basis!

                                I'm hoping that bringing it up here will at the very least get me a proper response.

                                  I took a loan from icici for 25 years in 2007
                                  in 2022 my loan was still due 23 lacs-

                                  i took a bt+top up from other bank
                                  i paid all home loan dues and loan account was closed
                                  not now icici bank is not giving noc to me
                                  saying it is blocked
                                  and they saying they dnt knw the reason properly

                                  they told it might be due to one previous loan - but that is settled /closed and showed all the documents as well.
                                  Now they are not sure

                                  and now the other bank interest has started but they have not disbursed the top up amount since noc not provided by icici bank

                                  what kind of services is this this is a collateral loan and i have never taken any such loan else where i paid the loan now you are harrasing for noc and not giving home loan documents when it is paid

                                    I have already paid my credit card dues through internet banking and its been 3days still it is not reflected in my outstanding amount. Moreover, with interest and late payment they charged extra from me!! How is this possible?? Is it so easy to get away with people’s money?? Already the net banking number is generated, but the still there is no change in the outstanding amount! I paid 30000 which is a pretty big amount.

                                      I was doing my bus pass payment in mo bus App..550/- deducted from my account on 4th April 2022 at 12:40pm but that money is not refunded till today (15th April 2022) . Kindly do the needful. Otherwise I will complain in other way.
