    I used my credit card for purchase at a store, total due amount paid to ICICICREDIT is Rs 517.5 with transaction id [protected] on 1st april 2022. But at the same day of transaction some extra amount got deducted which am unaware of because i have not done any purchase to CASHFREE PAYMENTS INDIA PVT LTD from my account on Apr 01, 2022 at 10:42 hours. The Transaction ID is [protected].

    Do we get charged for cashless transaction ??? because it seems like so.

      I had closed my ICICI iWish yesterday, 31 March 2022. It has been more than 24 hours by now and I have not got the money credited to my account yet. Couldn't get enough support from customer care. Everyday one or the other customer care person used to call twice asking if I need loan/ credit card/ offers but when I try to reach customer care for my concern, I am only allowed to speak to an automated voice assistant which is totally incapable o[censored]nderstanding what I am looking for. It doesn't even connect me to a service desk personnel. Highly disappointed and couldn't use our money during significant and urgent times. It would help me if I can get the money at least by today EOD.

            I haven't applied for any expressions debit card but I got a mail today stating that my request for expressions debit card has been registered and within 12 hours a certain fee will be deducted.

            I don't know how I am getting this mail as I haven't applied for expressions debit card. I already have a silver debit card. I don't want a expressions debit card. I want to cancel this expression debit card. Look into this issue as soon ase possible.

              My ICICI multi wallet card expired on February 2022. I need to get a new card and transfer my balance amount on expired card to new card

              I contacted customer care number, but it is asking me to enter my card number and saying the entered card number is invalid.

              I am unable to contact anyone in ICICI. Please help on getting a new card and transfer my balance to new card

                Amount of Rs 826 was deducted from my ICICI savings account as DMC DP charges till Feb 22.
                I've never used this ICICI Demat account, also at the time of account opening I was told that this account will be free of any charges.

                    I'm Harsha. I hold a ICICI savings account and ICICI Direct Demat account. ICICI Direct personnel called me during the time of account creation and made me create a demat account by saying its free of cost and they won't charge anything. But Rs.826 has been silently deducted from my savings account without even a notification saying DMC DP charges.

                    I am not using my demat account with ICICI and I don't accept these unfair charges. I want a full refund of the deduction and closure of the demat account.

                      Hi, my account got blocked yesterday without any prior intimation and i have not been able to access my account through wither imobile or website since then. I also recieved a mail from icici bank late last night which says my account was blocked due to security reasons and i should send a mail to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com.

                      However this email id is unable to recieve any incoming mails which i got notified after trying to send several emails.
                      I am also not able to connect to the customer care. they are charging my exorbitant amount of money for calling customer care and at the end says that all the executives are busy.

                      Icici bank is the worst bank in the country that is clear. blocking your own account and then charging fees to talk to the customer care with out resolving the problem.

                      what should i do?

Account on 28 and 28 of March 2022, however no prior intimation or message received when checked on internet it’a shows charges for selling the shares where in I have not sold any of the shares til date.                             Hello, I have emailed/ called many times, but my issue is not resolved yet.
                            Pepperfry/ Trendsutra said that they have refunded an amount of 11400/- to my account, and the ARN number is 6936299. ICICI bank representatives don't know what this ARN is for, and said that there is no refund in my loan account account, which is now closed as I have already paid the 3 EMIs.

                            FYI, the consumer loan number is LCFMUM[protected]. Refunded on the 14th April. Pepperfry said it takes 7-10 working days for the refund to be reflected, but I still haven't received anythng from ICICI.

                            I am tired of calling both Pepperfy and ICICI bank.

                            Please resolve.

                              I have been with icici bank since 2018. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform opening the account, And I have not given any consent for that .                               I have taken a loan on ICICI bank under PMAY yojana and last date apply of PMAY Subsidy is 31/03/2022 but ICICI bank not to grant a home loan subsidy because subsidy apply only on 28/02/2022.                                 I have submitted the Demat account closure request in the last year 2021 Jan or Feb month(not remember the exact month) in the sharanpur road branch, Nashik.
                                I asked to share the acknowledgment letter with the bank representative but she denied sharing it.
                                Now, 826 Rs again got deducted for Demat charges on 25 March 2022.
                                I visited the branch again (29th March 2022) and they are saying that due to some issue they were not able to close the Demat account last year.
                                They did not inform me why they were not able to close the account either by email or phone.
                                I never receive an SMS whenever Bank deducts money for Demat AMC, Why? Though my SMS service is active.
                                I have received a very pathetic response when I visited a branch again. Mr. Sachin Katkar attended to me and committed me for a refund for the current deduction.
                                Sachin has shared his contact number for further assistance however now Sachin is not receiving my call.
                                They have harassed me a lot. I have visited the bank almost 4 to 5 times.

                                  Ms.Charvi Jain, ICicibank person dealing with Homeloan, at madhuban branch, udaipur, is not providing and generating any sr for interest certificate since last two years. her behaviour is very routely, even branch manager also call her, she did not respond properly, so many times i visit to her and ask for interest certificate, she refuse, she can't provide interest certificate on my home loan.
                                  you are requested to take action against her, and please provide me interest certificate for last two years, also provide provisional certificate for next year.

                                      I tried to recharge my HP Pay wallet with Rs 3500 on 23rd March 2022. I made two attempts, However, both transactions were failed. A total of Rs 7000 was debited from my account.
                                      I have contacted HP Pay customer care. They told me that they have initialized the payback process but still, the said rupees are not credited yet.
                                      Kindly, Help me get back my hard-earned money.
