I am told many customer cares our not respond please refund my amount

    Hello, I have emailed/ called many times, but my issue is not resolved yet.
    Pepperfry/ Trendsutra said that they have refunded an amount of 11400/- to my account, and the ARN number is 6936299. ICICI bank representatives don't know what this ARN is for, and said that there is no refund in my loan account account, which is now closed as I have already paid the 3 EMIs.

    FYI, the consumer loan number is LCFMUM[protected]. Refunded on the 14th April. Pepperfry said it takes 7-10 working days for the refund to be reflected, but I still haven't received anythng from ICICI.

    I am tired of calling both Pepperfy and ICICI bank.

    Please resolve.

      Hi,
      I have been with icici bank since 2018. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform opening the account, And I have not given any consent for that .       I have taken a loan on ICICI bank under PMAY yojana and last date apply of PMAY Subsidy is 31/03/2022 but ICICI bank not to grant a home loan subsidy because subsidy apply only on 28/02/2022. Timeline of subsidy apply last date is 31/03/2022. Bank refuse to Grant/apply to subsidy.

        I have submitted the Demat account closure request in the last year 2021 Jan or Feb month(not remember the exact month) in the sharanpur road branch, Nashik.
        I asked to share the acknowledgment letter with the bank representative but she denied sharing it.
        Now, 826 Rs again got deducted for Demat charges on 25 March 2022.
        I visited the branch again (29th March 2022) and they are saying that due to some issue they were not able to close the Demat account last year.
        They did not inform me why they were not able to close the account either by email or phone.
        I never receive an SMS whenever Bank deducts money for Demat AMC, Why? Though my SMS service is active.
        I have received a very pathetic response when I visited a branch again. Mr. Sachin Katkar attended to me and committed me for a refund for the current deduction.
        Sachin has shared his contact number for further assistance however now Sachin is not receiving my call.
        They have harassed me a lot. I have visited the bank almost 4 to 5 times.

          Ms.Charvi Jain, ICicibank person dealing with Homeloan, at madhuban branch, udaipur, is not providing and generating any sr for interest certificate since last two years. her behaviour is very routely, even branch manager also call her, she did not respond properly, so many times i visit to her and ask for interest certificate, she refuse, she can't provide interest certificate on my home loan.
          you are requested to take action against her, and please provide me interest certificate for last two years, also provide provisional certificate for next year.

              I tried to recharge my HP Pay wallet with Rs 3500 on 23rd March 2022. I made two attempts, However, both transactions were failed. A total of Rs 7000 was debited from my account.
              I have contacted HP Pay customer care. They told me that they have initialized the payback process but still, the said rupees are not credited yet.
              Kindly, Help me get back my hard-earned money.

                Our merchant idwith icicis 39092501
                With these Kind of worst service from fiserv they given new machine instead of clearing issue with existing machine quires. Due to this i am chrged for Rs. 40000 for last week by 20000 for machine rental and again 20000 has been deducted without any reasons. So I am stating to take serious enquire on this case and need refund of this amount. Due to your problem i am mentally stressed and finacial loss need a proper justification.

                Also I will close this machine if the service quality still maintaing poor and the settlement getting delayed for 2days after the payment that too delay.

                    I am an ICICI customer for the last 3 years and I moved to the US about 3 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my India mobile number is updated in ICICI and no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. It is depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help me to get my US phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

                      Money debited through imps transaction but not received in beneficiary account

                      Hi,

                      On 29th Mar I have done two transactions through imps of 20k and 500 where money is debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account. I have paid the charges for that and ICICI is blocking my amount stating some gateway issue and asking 3 days. I have paid the charges and it’s ICICI issue not customer. It’s a harassment to the customer

                      I'm charged heavily again insufficient funds for mutual fund SIP.

                      ICICI Bank panelized me with Rs 590 against Rs 2000 ECS that is more than 25% panelty fee.

                      Considering the case where I'm not liable to pay any amount for loan taken from ICICI Bank, I am charged with high amount against mutual fund SIP.

                      Please help get me my hard earned money back.

                          With reference to my trading account with ICICIDIRECT.COM Goa, INDIA I request your assistance.
                          I have written to ICICI Direct.com in response to an email i received on 25th February 2022 from a person Ms S Sangeetha who mentioned she is my relationship manager and will be assisting me with the services offered by ICICIDIRECT.COM and to contact on the numbers provided,[protected] &[protected] or "reply to this email ([protected]@icicidirect.com)".
                          I replied to S Sangeetha' email on the very same day and on the email and followed up again on 12th and 13th March. I even called her from my registered mobile number to her mobile numner but there was no answer nor call back, I later sent whatsapp message requesting to contact me as i require assistance.

                          I'm extremely disappointed with the lax attitude and lack of seriouseness, and ignoring my communication and request for help. Irresponsible customer service.

                            We had reached the bank by 12:30 they had kept us awaited for 2 hours and at last they are saying we wanted stopped the service we won't take care of you you should leave the bank they are saying.

                                On 25th March, an amount of 619.50 was deducted from my account ending with 6842 owing to DP Charges. I have never used ICICI Demat Account, nor have I bought or sold any shares till date through ICICI Demat Account. Why has the amount gotten dedicated? I demand immediate refund of the deducted amount. My bank Account number is[protected] and the Transaction ID is S63966014. During my Salary Account opening back 2018, ICIC people gave me two ICICI Direct Cards (ARN [protected] and ARN [protected]). But I HAVE NOT USED THEM TILL DATE. Refund me the amount immediately.

                                  but the amount 826 debited from my icici bank account, not sure why they deducted from my savings account, since I never logged in the demat account
