Icici opened my demat account stating this is a lifetime free account and no charges will be charged in future. I did not know anything about investing in stocks and never logged in to the account as well. Now they charge, INR 826 from my debit account which is truly unjust., Recently they charge on 25 march There was no notification that such charges will be deducted from my account.
Now they are stating me to go to nearest branch and close the account which they opened without any signature or documents taken specifically for opening demat/trading account.
ICICI representatives cheat by opening accounts like this and then later on charge customers. At least, they should have the courtesy of notifying customers. I would like them to refund the deducted amount and not treat other innocent customers the same way

Kindly call or provide a customer care number. The one given over google doesn't help.
