Hi Team, one of my EMI got bounced due to an insufficient amount in the bank account. My salary was not credited during that period. However, I talked to customer executive regarding this he said to keep the amount in the account, Bank will try again in a few days. And in the next attempt, it was successful still bak has charged me twice 1. on 3rd March- Rs 590 and on 22 march rs 31.10rs and on 23rd March 559 rs. Please help me to understand what the bank keep charging me for without any reason.
