Sir my name is nilesh actually I want to open mine saving account in ICIC bank so i will apply online on bank portal after filling my detail they said me to pay minimum 11200 as chalan so that your UPI hendel get ready for payment and you will get your account number... But after paying I will recived a message that nilesh your bank details has been crupted bank will get back to you in 4 days with your account number...

They also send me a mail with reciveing and transaction id or other details

But i dont know how I initiate for refund

Please help me

    Rs. 826 and Rs. 276 were deducted from my ICICI account, with similar tag DMC/ DP CHGS TILL FEB-22

      DMC DP charges have been deducted from my savings account by icici direct for inr 757. What is this charge. I am being debited for so many charges without notice

        Dear ICICI,
        How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 826/- has been deducted from my account towards DP CHARGES TILL feb 2022 .
        I have never used ICICI demat account, even i dont know i have demat account or not.
        you are doing this deduction every year without knowing me.
        Request you to kindly return my money back whatever you have deducted from many years.
        I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

        Need action on priority.

          On 25th March 2022 ICICI Bank deducted Rs. 826 of Demat Account Charges while I am not using any kind of Demat Account. I want my money back immediately.

              No such information for charges was provided at the time of opening Demat account, rather it was said that there are no Annual Maintenance Charges.
              Rs.826 are charged in the name of DP C Hgs charges.

              Kindly reverse the charges at the earliest, and also understand that these charges shall not be levied again, It kills human time and efforts.

                I am NYAMAN KUMAR SAHU. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-22 DP charges on

                25.03.22 . I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My Account Number is[protected].

                  This is to inform you that I am a salary account holder of ICICI Bank since 2017. Today 619₹ has deducted from my account as DMC DP charges, though I'm not a demat account holder of ICICI Bank or ICICI direct. I never asked for it. Today Bank has deducted 619₹ without informing me. This is so harassing for me. I need refund the same amount which ICICI has deducted. Please help me out to receive the refund.

                    On 24/03/2022 an amount of 826 was debited from my account without any notice or consent. when I saw the statement it was on the name of DP charge.. i don't have any demat account.. when I searched this has happened to multiple people...

                      I have been deducted with 826 rs on 25th feb under the name of DMC dp charges till Feb 22

                      I am using icici since about 3 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

                      Myself Himanshu Bisht, I have been with icici bank since 2016. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 28 March 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL FEB-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                                I have a icici amazon credit card, and my cashback has been put on hold, if icici/amazon needs to confirm weather it was for commercial transaction or not why dont they to come to my home and check the products which i used are for my very own purpose or not, for no reason they have put my cashback on hold.

                                    I have applied for three credit cards following are the three
                                    ICICI platinum
                                    ICICI coral
                                    ICICI Amazon pay
                                    These three cards must have individual credit limit but all the three are having mutual credit limit what is this nonsense
                                    What they say at beginning you will get respective credit limit but after getting a card all the three will have mutual this is a worst case and this is like a fraud by icici do correct it and respond the issue immediately.

                                      826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-22) on 25-MARCH-2022.
                                      I have never used my demat account till now. It was told to me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money. Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. I Tried Contacting ICICI Customer Care multiple times but each time they hang up the call saying we will connect you to Demat account Team. My icici account number is[protected] . This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number +91 [protected].

                                        Am an icici bank customer. On 28/02/2022 & 21/03/2022 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees both times. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount.
