I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 4 years, they have charged 588.82 under this category dcardfee1114MAR22-FEB23+GST
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend in last 2, 3 years back again it happen.

    Icici opened my demat account stating this is a lifetime free account and no charges will be charged in future. I did not know anything about investing in stocks and never logged in to the account as well. Now they charge, INR 826 from my debit account which is truly unjust., Recently they charge on 25 march There was no notification that such charges will be deducted from my account.
    Now they are stating me to go to nearest branch and close the account which they opened without any signature or documents taken specifically for opening demat/trading account.
    ICICI representatives cheat by opening accounts like this and then later on charge customers. At least, they should have the courtesy of notifying customers. I would like them to refund the deducted amount and not treat other innocent customers the same way

      On 10.03.2022 at 18:32 one fraud call came to my mobile my credit card dispute the amount off INR 50775 to the dreamplug technology so iam black the card of confirmation call and also complaint in ICICI Bank branch in mankammathota karimnagar and also showing the avidance of dispute transaction still not solved my problem.

            I have a salary account with icici and never applied for demat account.
            however inr 68.83 has been deducted from my account as charges till feb 2022
            no deduction msg on phone and no intimation from icici
            i want my refund !

              My salary account in icici bank. Last year 2021 dmc charge debit from my account i complaint for this in icici bank
              Chapra branch they told a demat account in your bank while i never open or use demat account in icici. I request him please close this account then they told your demat account close but this year in 2022 again demate charge cut my account. This is very unethical behaviour of bank. Please help me to close demate account and refund my money.

                I am Sandeep. 742.11 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-22) on 25-Mar-2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

                They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[[protected]]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number [[protected]]

                  Sir my name is nilesh actually I want to open mine saving account in ICIC bank so i will apply online on bank portal after filling my detail they said me to pay minimum 11200 as chalan so that your UPI hendel get ready for payment and you will get your account number... But after paying I will recived a message that nilesh your bank details has been crupted bank will get back to you in 4 days with your account number...

                  They also send me a mail with reciveing and transaction id or other details

                  But i dont know how I initiate for refund

                  Please help me

                        Dear ICICI,
                        How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 826/- has been deducted from my account towards DP CHARGES TILL feb 2022 .
                        I have never used ICICI demat account, even i dont know i have demat account or not.
                        you are doing this deduction every year without knowing me.
                        Request you to kindly return my money back whatever you have deducted from many years.
                        I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

                              No such information for charges was provided at the time of opening Demat account, rather it was said that there are no Annual Maintenance Charges.
                              Rs.826 are charged in the name of DP C Hgs charges.

                              Kindly reverse the charges at the earliest, and also understand that these charges shall not be levied again, It kills human time and efforts.

                                  This is to inform you that I am a salary account holder of ICICI Bank since 2017. Today 619₹ has deducted from my account as DMC DP charges, though I'm not a demat account holder of ICICI Bank or ICICI direct. I never asked for it. Today Bank has deducted 619₹ without informing me. This is so harassing for me. I need refund the same amount which ICICI has deducted. Please help me out to receive the refund.

                                    On 24/03/2022 an amount of 826 was debited from my account without any notice or consent. when I saw the statement it was on the name of DP charge.. i don't have any demat account.. when I searched this has happened to multiple people...

                                      I have been deducted with 826 rs on 25th feb under the name of DMC dp charges till Feb 22

                                      I am using icici since about 3 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

                                      Myself Himanshu Bisht, I have been with icici bank since 2016. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 28 March 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL FEB-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.
