Dear sir /madam
An unauthorized transaction happened on my ICICI credit card on 14th Feb 2022, 5.42 PM with an amount of 92, 350. Immediately I raised the complaint against this transaction to the concern authority of ICICI bank through the mail, also through customer care, and blocked my card. I responded quickly and completed all procedures guided by the bank within 45mts after the transaction happened.
They have allotted the complaint number SR[protected]. After one week, I have received the mail from the bankers stating that I have to pay the amount once the bill is generated and they are not liable for this transaction since the transaction happened with PIN authorization. As per the RBI rule regarding the fraudulent transaction, if the customer raised the complaint within three days, the customer has zero liability. Even though I have responded within speculated time as per RBI guidelines, now ICICI bank is insisting me to pay the amount. So kindly intervene in this issue and help me to recover my amount.
