On 2nd and 3rd march 2022, amount of 590/- has been debited twice from my account.
My SIP is due on 1st of every month and i had kept sufficient fund in my account on 28th Feb so that there is no bounce of auto pay
Still icici bank has levied these illegal charges even when there was sufficient fund.
Basically the bank has done a fraud with me.
I need my money back or else i will go upto a higher level to get my money and also RBI has no such rule where you can illegally debit any money from your customer's account.

      current i am facing problem to make payment even i have credit limit. i tried mamy time to submit complaint on imobile app but every time pop-up display that currently experiencing some problem.

        I am supposed to pay 90000 INR approx towards ny credit card bill of ICICI Bank. The due date was on 25 th of February and due to several and severe health issues, I could not make the payment on time. Every day, i keep getting 3 to 4 calls for sure, And 60 percebnt of the calls I fo respond and convey the facts. Today i started getting calls from 4 pm approx. The lady talking to me, was with only one motto. Just Insult me and Degrade me. She asked me for the payment and I promsied to pay on Monday and explsined my helpless situation to arrange funds right now.

        Even after that, the lady was continously degrading me with her statement ", that I have delayed the payment by so and so days. And I have to beg from my friends or request from family members. But The payment has to be done today itself...

        The call was disconnected. And to my surprise, I received anither call in just 15 mins from same or another person. Even this lady did the same to me . I requested again and again, that they dont have the right to insult, humiliate and make me get into such levels of depression. But she said, its nothing to do with law or something. They will keep calling me through system generated calls, and disturb me until i do thr payment

        This drama happened today again and again on repeat mode, with a timing gap of 15 to 20 minutes. I have been informed by the supervisor upon my request ( That the executive who speaks to me, updates the promise to pay that I have done and also the reason for the delay in payment . And she clearly conveyed today that each and every executive who speaks with me ensures that my verdict is noted down in the system. But Icici Bank dosent care of all that and keeps the software to ring up our phones back to back...
        I am very very very dissapointed and going through severe mental discomfort, due to the defaming words, unethical trials and traits and continous flow of calls ( even after conveying the reply needed ) by the executives. And I have strongly decided to go legal, against such kind of establishhments, and the teams working over there, who are giving the least priority to Customers Respect and suppressing us with their words which are forever troubling. I have all the call recordings pertaning to the incident and will reveal them one by one, as things move a head

        What Action should be taken on maniacs like the staff calling on behalf of Icici Bank... Its been almost 48 hours that I have complained... I did not see any support or progress at all.. but in return the number of calls being made to me have increased gigantically. I was driving on a highway today and just missed from ...:::::::: becoz of the disturbance that was being done by icici staff. We were not even able to use the google maps on my phone due to the uninterrupted rings to my phone from those maniacs. Please see the screenshots am attaching. I have infact blocked many more calls as I was experiencing an amount of Torture .. which cant be explained in any manner that i know...

              DD not issuing for Personal Loan Balance Transfer

              Did balance transfer from HDFC to ICICI. The bank person didn't even ask for the completed EMI's in HDFC and provided DD with an expiry date of one month. As I have to complete 12 EMI's of HDFC bank, the DD got expired and I submitted it to the Bommanahalli Hosur Road ICICI bank. Its been two months and now I am paying EMI's for two personal Loans. The person from ICICI bank keeps on telling like within 2 days, the DD will be received and...

              I am an ICICI direct account holder from last 14 years i.e. from 2008.
              Still i face this issue once in year or quarter that amount deducted, this time it came as DMC charges.

              My account has deducted 826 rupees.

                  Fraud debit card transaction through Vin/innovative

                  Date 15-may-2020 fraudulent transaction happened on my icici debit card for the amount of Rs. 989.9 in single transactions. So many transaction shave happened later on almost amounting to Rs. 20, 000.
                  The worst part is the Icici Officer is not even ready to take my fraud complaint as they say its a old transaction but then was the first time and it is still happenning.

                  The most surprising fact was that i didn't lose my debit card or given my card details or internet banking information or 3d secure pin and debit card was with me right when all these transactions was happening.

                  It is very hard for me to understand that icici bank claims that the cards are secured and embedded with a chip, how is possible for someone to steal money from my account thru online transaction without knowing otp/3d secure pin/atm debit pin along with card expiry date and customer name on the card.

                  Please take necessary action on this complaint asap, Otherwise I will go to the consumer court regarding this issue

                    I have ordered the product from Amazon on Jan 20th, 2022. At the time of delivery as there is no one to receive the product. So, It returned by Delivery guy. I ordered the Vitalcare Bactimo Soap. And, I paid Rupees 517 through NetBanking for this product. Amazon said they have initiated the refund on Jan 28th and provided me Reference no.[protected] as a proof. But the refund is not received yet

                      I mistakenly blocked my account and with the help of Customer care my account is unblocked. When I visit the nearest branch, they are also saying the account is currently active. But I cannot able to login to iMobile app and Netbanking using my UserID. The query Im referring to is not in your automated voice assistance. Please, I need help from one of your executives.

                          I am Prince Kumar Sharma. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account[protected] as DP CHGS TILL JAN-22 charges on 24/02/2022. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

                          I've raised consumer complaint here and ICICI replied on my complaint that I need to mail them my concern and they will help. so I've sent mail to ICICI but still I got no reply or any help.

                          Please refund my money.

                            Didn't processed PMAY Subsidy

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            I took Homeloan from ICICI Bank on May 20 2019 Hyderabad, provided all necessary documents for PMAY subsidy under MIG1 Category. After couple of months later, I took lot of follow ups with them to check everything is okay, so every time only one ans... All information looks good and We are processing to NHB... I heard the same till Nov 2021,

                            By that time most of my neighbours received subsidy...

                              Transaction dispute - refund not issued

                              I have been issued a refund for Rs.14999.00 by Amazon and it was processed from their side on[protected].
                              But it's not been reflected in the card and i did not receive the refund.

                              On 1-Mar-2022, I have transferred a sum of Rs 1, 00, 000/- from my ICICI bank to SBI through IMPS transfer mode but till now the money is not credited in the beneficiary account.

                              Request you to please help me on this earliest as beneficiary is in huge need of the money.
