Hi Team,
This is regarding the series of deduction in the name of nach_ad_rtn charges.
Despite of keeping the suffient balancd, they deducted almost 2500 in a single day.
Dont know whats the reason behind doing this.
AND when the deduction will be done, emi nach will trigger and again they will have valid reason as insufficient fund.
Please stop this non sense.
2500 is not a small amount. Its a hard earned money.
Not again i have to add money and i am in fear whether they will again debit it in form of nach.
Kindly look into this matter.

    This is for your kind information that from last one year i tried to settlement of my ICICI Bank credit card ([protected]). And i have made payment of 10400 and 25900 because he told me that if i made this payment they will issue me settlement lettle. i am sharing the contact number of both executive[protected] &[protected]but after that their is no response from their side, i have many times but both executive is not picking my call.I have msgd to both executive but still their is no response from ICICI bank.

      I am Akash Jindal. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL JAN-22 DP charges on 24/Feb/2022. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice & I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately

        Credit Card Charges Reversal

        Hi

        I just arrived back to Chennai and received this month's Rubyx ending 4007
        card statement a day back where it mentioned about late payment and
        interest. I was on travel the last few weeks with not much access to emails
        and lost my mobile to get the alerts. So I completely forgot the payment
        and noticed this in this month's statement and paid the actual of Rs.7100
        pending Due.

        I have submitted my Cheque with ICICI banj, Vellore, Gandhi Nagar Branch on 04 Jan 2022. Still the cheque is under processing. No proper reply from the bank

          I applied for an Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card on 11 Feb 2022 and since then the ICICI has rejected my income documents (latest salary slip and current plus last three months bank statement reflecting salary credited) thrice. I also sent them documents on [protected]@icicibank.com and help.[protected]@icicibank.com as well thrice as requested by the customer care team. This is literally harassment. If they want to reject the credit card then I don't mind but at least the documents should be approved since they are absolutely correct. I cannot keep on uploading the documents again and again. Expecting a clear-cut response.

          I hope this issue is addressed as soon as possible.

                    Three days ago my account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap. I will put this matter in consumer forum.

                      Still i face this issue once in year or quarter that amount deducted, this time it came as DMC charges.

                      My account has deducted 826 rupees.

                        Hi,
                        I am Keerthana M H, holding an account in your bank, when i checked my bank statement today there was a deduction of Rs.826 from my account and the description said dp Chgs till jan 22. When I searched about it, i understood it is related to demat account, the issue here is I do not have a demat account and why this deduction occurred.

                        Please look into this. I am very disappointed by this mistake frm your side, I believe it will be resolved.

                          Now my account is 0 balance I am not credit due to fear of deduction!

                          I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction

                              Please be informed that I am a Demat account holder with ICICIdirect. Since I was not using this account for a long time, my account was freezed, which I understand was a fair action.

                              Am a TCS employee. Am using ICICI multi wallet card and for every month 3000rs will be credited to it. Now that it's expiring today (02/22). The amount of rs3000 is also just credited. I didn't get any new card. I don't know how will I transfer my money to another account.

                                Myself Amey Kadam, an amount of 826.00 rupees, has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till Jan-22

                                My RM and customer support team also has confirmed that no linkage of demat account found. Then how such a transaction can happen.

                                I have never activated and used the ICICI demat account .There was no prior notice of activation of demat account or deduction of amount.i haven't received any deduction message.
                                This is a fraudulent transaction.
