Hi,
I am Keerthana M H, holding an account in your bank, when i checked my bank statement today there was a deduction of Rs.826 from my account and the description said dp Chgs till jan 22. When I searched about it, i understood it is related to demat account, the issue here is I do not have a demat account and why this deduction occurred.

Please look into this. I am very disappointed by this mistake frm your side, I believe it will be resolved.

    I am icici account[protected] holder, jan22 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-jan 22+GST" charges for 3 times,

    24fab- 872.25
    25fab_37.01
    28fab_0.01

    Now my account is 0 balance I am not credit due to fear of deduction!

    I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction

        Unfreeze my account

        Hi All,

        Please be informed that I am a Demat account holder with ICICIdirect. Since I was not using this account for a long time, my account was freezed, which I understand was a fair action.

        When I reached out to my relationship manager Ms. AnuKrishna requesting to unfreeze my account so that I can resume trading again, she instead opened a new demat account and linked it to my old trading account. However,...

        Hello,

        Am a TCS employee. Am using ICICI multi wallet card and for every month 3000rs will be credited to it. Now that it's expiring today (02/22). The amount of rs3000 is also just credited. I didn't get any new card. I don't know how will I transfer my money to another account.
        Please help me on this.

          Myself Amey Kadam, an amount of 826.00 rupees, has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till Jan-22

          My RM and customer support team also has confirmed that no linkage of demat account found. Then how such a transaction can happen.

          I have never activated and used the ICICI demat account .There was no prior notice of activation of demat account or deduction of amount.i haven't received any deduction message.
          This is a fraudulent transaction.

                Why debit 588.82 in my account

                I have seen my statement today and come to see 588.82 rupees debited from my account by ICICI without any prior notice and i'm holding this account and debit card since 2016 and this is for the first time got this much amount got deducted by bank. I need explanation on this deduction and want my money back.

                How could bank levy if at all any higher fee without any intimation to the customer. Is 588.82 seems normal amount for...

                My demat account no : IN[protected]
                DP ID: IN303028. Mail ID: titli.[protected]@gmail.com . I have noticed my savings account[protected] has been debited with Rs 757.17 as DP charges on 25.02.2022.
                I have never activated my demat account or purchased any share, so how could this money debited from my account? Please give the refund.

                      I am Priya Kumari.
                      While opening my ICICI account by default bank person had opened my demat account. Later I insisted and got it closed in 2016.

                      Now after 5 years I see a Demat account service charge of Rs 757.17 has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL JAN-22 DP charges on 25/02/2022.

                      I have never opened or re-activated and used my Demat account till now. Neither did I received any deduction message on my mobile.

                      I need justice and my money back immediately and close the demat account.

                      f you keep such things hidden from customers and fine them then i will be forced to close my account in your bank.

                        I am therese. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till Jan 2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

                        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                        When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is [protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.
