I have a demat account in icici bank for 1 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/in[IN[protected]] dp chgs till JAN '22 — inr 826 when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [[protected]]

    I am Priyanka Chodisetti. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-21) on 28-JAN-2022. Which I did not ask when I was opening account (I don't even know about Demat Account, how to use it and what is it about) no one informed me that they are opening demat account for my account and it will be charged which I don't want(I have not used till now).

    If this service is going to charge me they have to remind or intimate before, so that I can cancel or close that service and with out any prior information or sms alert the money was deducted from my account. Even after the deduction I did not get any notification. Today when I check my account I found it but I don't understand why it was deducted. This is completely unacceptable.
    Please refund my total amount and close that service or Demat Account. My icici account number is :[protected]

But he isn't told me that it will be charged which I don't want(I have not used till now).

        I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-22'---- INR 826.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.           I m credit card using., but same issue Im not pay for credit card amount...my home come for credit card department one person he will talk for 10 day pay for closing amount 15000... Okay i will arrange 15000 for 04.01.2022... but credit card amount you pay this msg again again coming for text message...so I give my NOC certificate... please thank you

            Rs. 688.33 Money is deducted from my account

            I have a salary account with icici since 8.5 year and never applied for demat account. However Rs. 688.33 has been deducted from my account under the name as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS till jan 22. No deduction message on phone and no intimation from icici.
            This is not better way to deduct money without pre informed me. This illegal transaction may break trust boundaries between bank and customer.
            I want my refund asap and...

            Dear sir /madam

            An unauthorized transaction happened on my ICICI credit card on 14th Feb 2022, 5.42 PM with an amount of 92, 350. Immediately I raised the complaint against this transaction to the concern authority of ICICI bank through the mail, also through customer care, and blocked my card. I responded quickly and completed all procedures guided by the bank within 45mts after the transaction happened.

            They have allotted the complaint number SR[protected]. After one week, I have received the mail from the bankers stating that I have to pay the amount once the bill is generated and they are not liable for this transaction since the transaction happened with PIN authorization. As per the RBI rule regarding the fraudulent transaction, if the customer raised the complaint within three days, the customer has zero liability. Even though I have responded within speculated time as per RBI guidelines, now ICICI bank is insisting me to pay the amount. So kindly intervene in this issue and help me to recover my amount.

              A few minutes ago I received a message regarding the deduction of Rs. 5000 from my account without notifying me of anything in the name of "Dr. Tran for F".
              Please kindly resolve my problem. I am in deep trouble with the security of my account. My account is been active for 2-3 weeks now. Now, it's a big question in my mind about how secure my bank account is? and how secure our banks are?
              It is my humble request, please kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis.

                Reference to ICICI CHILDREN GROWTH BOND 022002 CGB, I Submitted original BOND and cancelled cheque leaf and letter requesting redemption of bond amount. Redemption date 27/10/2018. All the original bond certificate sent TO 3I INFOTECH OFFICE AS ADVIDED BY ICICI BOND CUSTOMER CARE via DTDC Courier on 23/10/2018. Bond in name of JYOTHIRADITYA/RAMAKUMAR.
                AS ON DATE We have not received any response regarding redemption amount of above bond. Where as the interest amount of Rs.2000/ - was issued. Please advice how to progress on this request of redemption amount not credited of paid to bond holder

                          MABchgs got deducted from my account without prior intimation

                          The bank deducted MAB charges for last two months without prior intimation from my account. And the amount the got deducted is way too much. I am a student from last 3 years and couldn't maintain the minimum 10000₹ balance in my account as I am no more a monthly salaried person. I am a customer of ICICI Bank since 2017, but never faced such deduction.
                          Thus I request you to please refund my money back as the amount that got deducted...

                          I am here on behalf of all ICICI employees who are facing very high pressure in their working environment . My spouse is working in one of your branch. Apart from business pressure they have been forced to sit in the branch till 9.30 PM. Everyone is having their own family and personal issues apart from profession.please do consider the same and don't make the employees feel very frustrated about the job. Kindly consider the request and make the employees feel a bit lighter.

                            We are having ICICI Scooter bond with the details of Bond holder No.0027632, Reg.No: 022368 and SRL.No:0012368 dated 25.03.1999 on the name of my father and expired recently and iam the nominee . And its redemption tenure date is being 29.06.2023. We tried to reach 3i Infotech but they are not at all responding over mail/phones.                                 Hi Team,

                                My name is Gopi Jakkula. I 'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 11/21 .

                                I would need a new card but unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status).

                                Money has got stuck in the card.
                                I need a replacement with existing money loaded to it.

                                Have tried many times reaching the available customer care numbers.But couldn't any one helping me to resolve my issue.

                                  In welcome letter its mentioned as Part payment is not allowed for personal loan and preclosure allowed only after 12 EMIs with 5%+ GST,

                                  But ICICI DSA Team commited me that part payment and pre closure of loan is allowed after 6 EMIs without...
