My Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card Application[protected]. I got a rejected sms but I don't know how my card is rejected because no one come to my permanent address and also not come in my office in official hour. My office time is 10am to 5pm . I personal call me after 6pm told that your office is closed. I told u please revisit next day in official hour but he don't come and report address not verified in same day. Please look into this matter. If possible please revisit my home and my office in working hour. I try to get your credit card from last 1yr but due to COVID if college is off that time but now college is open please revisit and complete your process.

      I started SIP in groww app and I added icici Bank account I started total of 3 SIP which was the amount of RS 5000, 400 and 100 And it was started in the month of September 2021 and suddenly Due to some problems I was not able to arrange the money to pay monthly I realised that and before the next due date I have cancelled and I received the respected Money the money was transferred to my Groww account I have cancelled all the 3 SIP but still now the icici bank is deducting the money from my account in the name of ECS the total amount amount of 5409.49 has been deducted still now I will attach the bank statement and the The details of the SIP when started and and when I cancelled kindly please help me to sort the things

        I Already cancelled my SIP mutual fund after the one month of investing Because I was not able to arrange the money and I received the my money back as per the current value of the mutual fund i cancelled the SIP in the month of October And I was Still now if I add money to Account they are deducting The total Amount of Rupees 5409.49 Has been deducted still now I cancelled SIP because o[censored]nable to arrange the money to pay

          A UPI transaction was done on 24.12.2021
          vide which an amount of Rs. 2, 055/- was transferred by the undersigned (Himanshu Vashist) to Satinder Kumar (Both Account in ICICI Bank) through the "Pay to Contact" option available on iMobile app for Android mobile (UPI transaction no.[protected]. The contact number of the beneficiary was correct and the name shown on the app was also correct. It is further stated that the mentioned fund was deducted from the account of the undersigned but has not been credited into the account of the beneficiary till date. The fact was got verified from an Officer in Sector 17, Chandigarh Branch of ICICI Bank.

          It is pertinent to mention here that the undersigned visited the Sector 17, Chandigarh branch of ICICI Bank but the staff there always ask to contact customer care or send a complain through email customer.[protected]@icicibank.com for any problem.

          As suggested the undersigned sent an email on customer.[protected]@icicibank.com on 04.01.2022 with a request to look into the matter of fund transfer and take a suitable action at the earliest. In reply to the email they informed me on 07.01.2022 vide email from Asha Bhanu (Customer Service Officer) that they tried to contact me and were unable to contact. They also sent contact number of some other person named Mr. Samir Sutradhar and stated that Rs. 1 has been credited to his account on 24.12.2021 which doesn't made any sense.
          The undersigned again sent an email on 07.01.2022 to expedite the process and resolve the issue.
          On 10.01.2022 an email was received from Nandhini Venkatesan (Customer Service Officer), ICICI Bank which says

          "we would request you to contact the beneficiary and direct them to get in touch with their respective bank to check the credit using the RRN no.*******. In case beneficiary still not receive the amount we request to write to us."

          The undersigned as well as the beneficiary both have accounts in ICICI Bank and these people are saying to ask the beneficiary to contact his bank which I already have done.

          The undersigned has done a correct transaction and it was the system of ICICI Bank that wrongly transferred the amount to somewhere else. The fact is, I have contact ICICI Bank representative on Customer Care Number and they said they are raising the query which has not been resolved till date. On email they are telling ambiguous things and their branches are pathetic as they don't help in anything expect opening new accounts and getting new loans etc.

              Respected sir /ma'am,

              I am account holder of icici bank from last 5 years approx and my account number is 32xxxxxx0480
              & Tran.id S38185661 Dated 29.dec.21
              No they have charged me 706.82 rs under the category DCardfee0496DEC21-NOV22+GST

              I don't know what type of charges are these.

              They never informed me regarding this charges through voice call or text message.

              Who was given the rights to icici bank to deduct this kind of charges without informing us.

              Because we kept money in bank that gives the authority or rights to bank that they can do whatever they want to do with our money.

              There should be a formal process for doing all this things. I want my money to be credited in my account which they have deducted from my account without informing me.

                Suddenly after a transaction my iMobile, internet banking, upi everything was disabled. I'm not even able to make 10/- payment using Gpay. It says inactive account. I'm stuck in the worst way you can imagine. I can't use any money since 2 3 days and despite repeated calls my account stays deactivated.

                  I don't know what the charges ECSRTNCHG were for...
                  The bank took the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or SMS or phone call.

                  Please explain what the charge is. This type of direction is not good please return my charged amount (1180 INR).

                    Hi Team,

                    I writing this complain because of auto debit fee has been charged to my ICICI credit card on 26th October, 2021. I want to make you know that I have not opted any such option in banking, i am using icici since may, 2019 and i have my salary account with this bank.
                    These activity make me feel bad as i am no where wrong and have cleared all my dues before due date.

                      I called ICICI customer care for some fraud happened some days back and it was so urgent but I couldn't connect. After all the press 1 and 2 it was asking for account number or Debit card number and debit card pin and all these just to talk to customer care executive.It means if we won't provide atm pin then we are not connected to customer care representative. I have noticed another thing that after some attempts when you try to call the customer care number it says you reached your limit and you can't call further for the day..I don't understand what's that for. If a person is in distress they will call until they get resolution how can they cap it.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I tried opening an account for my mother who is a senior citizen online. After verifying with PAN/AADHAR OTPs, your website mentioned "Online account cannot be opened at this location, Please visit the nearest branch"

                        I visited the nearest ICICI branch at Vidyavihar (Neelkanth Corporate Park, W, Shop No-12, Nathani Rd, Kirol Village, Vidyavihar Society, Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086) to open a Senior Citizen Account for my mother.

                        The staff told me they cannot open an account unless we had initial funding of Rs. 1 Lakh and AMB of Rs. 50000(hereafter referred to as 'Premium Account'), and that for any amount less than that, we need to open the account online. When I tried to explain that we came to the branch because it could not be done online, and we are not interested in any premium account, they advised us that they received 'internal communication' to not allow them to open any other accounts.

                        We asked them to provide in writing what they spoke, or show us proof of this 'internal communication', both of which they refused to do. They even mentioned "We can try to adjust your request for a senior citizen account if you are willing to fund your account initially with Rs. 5 lakh".

                        They recommended that we go home and open an account online or open a premium account with them, and later downgrade it to a regular account.

                        I believe this is discrimination on the part of your employees. If a senior citizen doesn't have Rs. 1 Lakh unfront, does that mean they cannot open an account with you? It may not be an issue for us, but what about the many others who have issues?

                        There are bigger and better banks who are willing to help customers. Why does ICICI Bank staff act so entitled? Do they only have targets to open premium accounts and not regular accounts, that they would rather lose a client who doesn't want premium services?

                        My mother is a HNI, ex-Indian Revenue Service, and owner of three businesses. We selected ICICI as the bank to consolidate all her investments over the next one year. However, at this stage, we made a decision to only open an basic account while we start our consolidation process. We have the best of Relationship Managers in your competitor banks too, and I work in the banking industry. Never have we faced such humiliation at any bank, not even in scheduled cooperative banks.

                        I tried contacting you through facebook, but that was like speaking to a wall with customer service staff ignoring messages and not proactively trying to resolve the situation.

                        If this issue cannot be resolved at bank level, I have made a decision to provide all evidence of my interaction with the bank to the ombudsman for investigation due to this discrimination.

                            Twice fees deducted for DCardfee

                            They deducted 700 rupees in name of DCardfees where the charges are 250+GST
                            Once 204 on 3rd Jan and again 501 on 11th Jan.
                            Just making fool and deducting any amount they want. Thats why I dont keep balance in the account. Its not first time once they deducetd 1000 rupees by deducting 129 rupees thrice a day like this. I am gonna close my account now I am really dissapointed by ICICI bank for this behaviour....

                            I am account holder of icici bank from 24 days now they charged RS.102 Date: 29dec2021 or RS: 2 Date: 7Jan2022 :Dcardfee1309DEC21-NOV22+GST
                            I am not aware of what type of charges are these.
                            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                            Who has given the right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us?

                                I hadn't applied for any picture debit card but I have been imposed and Rs 588 has been forcefully deducted from my account. I request you to please look into the matter. I'm new to this bank and I am feeling cheated.                                   I'm complaining about my current account registration with spelling mistake

                                  My current account name is mistakenly registered with a Spelling mistake which is opened on 06/01/2022 and i have clarified this issue with the wealth manager in my home branch where I have come to know that there's no error or Spelling mistake with my account name in my home branch but it's not the same in my instabiz app so please help me to receive my account kite after it's been corrected by the icici...

                                    This has happened twice ICICI bank deducted Rs 1899 from my savings account. Upon asking customer care they said the bank had deducted from my account due to my consent to join for some scheme. Further they said that few days ago somebody would have talked to me about this scheme. i asked her to show any evidence of my consent to join any scheme in any written form . Obviously i am had not consented for any scheme by paying some money.

                                    Let me explain how they manage to take your money under some pretext.

                                    Few days back some one called me and said they are calling from ICICI ( At that stage i even had a doubt whether they are really from ICICI or some fraud, so i wanted to get away as soon as possible) He was speaking at super fast speed talking about some scheme. In between he kept asking me whether it is clear to me. I am so bored and only way i could get away from him is to say " it is clear' At no stage he said that i have to pay Rs 1899, nor i said at any stage that i am willing to join in any scheme,
                                    Then few minutes later some one called me and asked whether i had understood . So i said it is clear. That is all .

                                    after few days i found today that money is deducted, and citing the above incident as my consent.
                                    It is beyond my comprehension where i consented to join any scheme.

                                    The customer care agreed to withdraw my name from scheme and they will intimate me in 6 working days. i wonder what would have happened if i had not seen email or saw it after a few days.

                                    My complaint is
                                    1) ICICI intentionally spoke in such a manner to make the victim to say something .
                                    2 they never said explicitely that rs 1899 is the fee for the scheme.

                                    3 ) Though i had not agreed to join any scheme, i could have agreed also if the scheme is just a benefit, without any payment from me. And same scheme i could have refused to join if the details of payment is made clear.
                                    So the way they treat as my consent is nothing short of cheating the customer. If they are so honest they could have sent an email about the scheme and attach a agreement paper or ask me to transfer the money.

                                    4) how any bank can deduct money from anyone's account without the real consent either through system or through some paper.
                                    I wonder whether it is allowed in the Indian banking law.!

                                    5) If the bank is sure that i made the consent then let them show any of the voice recording of their chat with me.
