    I bought 5 nos. Ashirwad deep discount bond (option II) of ICICI in the year 1996 (dated 15th July 96) for Rs. 1050/- each with maturity value of 40, 000/- each to be redeemed from 2019 to 2023. The details are given here under:

    Certificate NO.: 52243

    To my surprise, when I contacted ICICI recently to get the redemption value of 3 nos bonds, I was told that the scheme had been wound up long back & I need to approach IEPF to get Rs. 120, 000/- as maturity value of 3 bonds from them.

    I request for taking up the issue suitably for early redressal i, e to get my 3 nos bond maturity value of Rs.120, 000/- from ICICI...

      Dear Sir,
      I have no monthly purchase like MF or any policy or any loan in my account, but my account has been deducted 1500 INR in this month, transaction remarked ECSRTNCHGS. Then I checked last six month statement and I have found ICICI bank has deducted (robbed) money everymonth. They have robbed 4700 INR in last six month. My request to ICICI bank please stop robbing me. and return my money that they deducted and give explation for deducting. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
      One more thing, when last time I made a complain on the same matter, lot of people start mailing me and I realised those mails are Fake/scammers.
      With the mail ID, real bank people can track my account details, so solve it.

          Respected sir I have taken icici card long back and payed regularly. But due to crises I m unable to pay amount. I have requested bank and some legal person named Mr Ajay ([protected]) that payment will be done partly after 15tj January 2022. But he insisted to pay some thing on 25th dec 2021. I said if I get I will pay or else not possible. He said try. I tried lot but unable to pay. I asked him to wait up to 15 jan or else issue notice . he never listens to persons is he is an advocate or collection agent I didnt get it. I want to proceed legally. Plz help me in that and I want to file fir on harassment. If not give time for one month to start the payment

              My debit card got blocked in August 2020 and I was issued an expressions debit card in its place even though I hadn't asked for one. Further, I haven't even been able to enjoy any benefits of it and even my reward points are zero although I've used it for the past 17 months. Basically I've been charged 1k rupees for 2 years for absolutely nothing. I've raised a service request for the same but it has been marked closed without even taking any action. I need refund of this amount as well as deactivation of this expressions debit card immediately.

                My complaint is

                1) ICICI intentionally spoke in such a manner to make

                the victim to say something. 2 they never said explicitely that rs 1899 is the fee

                for the scheme.

                3) Though i had not agreed to join any scheme, i could have agreed also if the scheme is just a benefit, without any payment from me. And same scheme i could have refused to join if the details of payment is made clear. So the way they treat as my consent is nothing short of cheating the customer. If they are so honest they could have sent an email about the scheme and attach a agreement paper or ask me to transfer the money.

                4) how any bank can deduct money from anyone's account without the real consent either through system or through some paper. I wonder whether it is allowed in the Indian banking law.!

                5) If the bank is sure that i made the consent then let them show any of the voice recording of their chat with me.

                I want to remove my name from any such policy. And I need my registration as soon as possible.

                  Myself Piyush Lakhani, i have been with icici bank since 2017. This year 826/- Rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till Nov-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                  Also i have checked with demat account company they will no direct cut of any single 1 repipes from bank account.

                    I am therese. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/ dp chgs till nov -21) on 28-dec-2021.

                    They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                    When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                      I have had a savings account with ICICI Bank from the past 10 years, December 28th 2021 my account got deducted with the amount Rs.826/- as DMC/INC* DP CHGS TILL NOV-21
                      without any information or reason

                      I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI Bank after deducting the amount. I am not sure if I have an active DMAT account but I was told that the DMAT account is for free of cost and no charges would be levied on it whether I use it or not. Also I haven't even used the DMAT account even once.

                      I am highly disappointed about this as it is not notified to the customer post deduction and also how could the ICICI bank deduct the amount for the service I am not at all using.

                      Any help to get my amount credited would be appreciated.

                        Hello Team,

                        Today I was charged wrongfully by the merchant by and amount of 12, 940/- on the swiping machine and I noticed and immediately informed them and they have told they Void the sale and I will get a refund. But they have not told with in how long I will get my refund back to my account. I’ve attached the void sale receipt here as well. This is not acceptable and Please give me my money back to my account . I read few complaints here and they’ve mentioned to email the same to [protected]@icicibank.com but the email was not delivered.

                                    I have a demat account in ICICI Bank, which I never used. When I checked my statement today found one debit transaction that "DP CHGS TILL NOV-21" with 826/-. When I verified last year DEC-2020 statement i found the similar transaction with 826/-.

                                    I have never activated and not used demat account and most importantly I didn'e even know that I hold demat account till now. May be I got this account along with bank kit during my joining date at office premises. During that time ICICI representative told that ICICI bank account is free of cost and nothing will be charged.

                                    I didn't get any message alert/email in mobile which is registered with bank.

                                    This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount which is debited from last 6-7 years.

                                    I am ready to complain anywhere else if needed.

                                        We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.
