DP charges automatically deducted from Account

Hi Team, Yesterday amount of Rs 757 has been deducted from my ICICI savings account.
Remarks as follows DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL NOV-21 . My account is a salaried account and I am using Demat account since last 10 years it has been opened with confirmation that no charges will be deducted for DEMAT then how come this amount has been deducted without prior notice.
Please confirm asap....

OV-21. I am a Demat account holder since last 10 years and no such charges have been levied. what is this all for that too without prior notice to customer ??

    I am Harish. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till Nov-21) on 28-dec-2021. I do not have demat account with icici bank.

    Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

    My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable please refund my amount.

        I'm using ICICI BANK account, yesterday there was 826 DMS DP charges deducted from my account, but I did not open any demat account.and I did not receive any sms for it. when Iam checking through online banking it was found, this is completely fraud and cheating the ICICI bank doing. so iam asking ICICI bank to refund my account..

          An amount of Rs.826 is deducted from my savings bank account on Dec 28, 2021. I have not been informed of this charges anytime and have not activated any services as such for this amount to be deducted from my account. I have not got any messages as well regarding the same. I need justice for this amount deduction from my savings account.

                Don't take Amazon pay ICICI credit card, BIG FRAUD, I have been charged 5000 rupees unnecessarily. When i tried to contact them, simply they are disconnecting my calls instead of try to understand my problem. I am really pissed of this card. I made a biggest mistake of my life by taking this card. Trust me guys don't take this cost even if they offer you 10 lakhs limit. VERY BIG FRAUD. THEY WILL SUCK YOUR BLOOD, when you try to contact their customer support they don't even talk to you, they just hang up your call on your face. I am suffering a lot with this card. Now i am trying to file a case against them because they are sucking my blood, If you still want proofs text me on whatsapp at +91 [protected]

                    Senior citizen account was opened on 15Sep2021. Then applied for Amazon ICICI credit card with no help. After multiple visits to the Rejender Nagar Branch 1316 and phone calls to credit card center then I decided to close the account for which a form was filled on December 14, 2021.
                    Until today my account did not close.

                    Visited the branch on 5th January 2022. They showed me on their computer screen that my account was under process for closure and told me that they will send account statement after its closer. Three working days has been pass. I did not receive statement.
                    Same day after 6pm I got sms from Mr.Rajesh requesting me to close Trading account. How I can do that I submitted all relevant documents with debit to him along with account closing form on 14th December 2021.
                    Therefore, I don't have access to their website except account number.
                    They should do themself.

                    It seems they did not close my account since December 14, 2021 which I was filled and submitted at branch on same date. Branch officer gave me signed close slip.
                    Now I got an email on 10th February 20221 as follows:

                            Dear Team,

                            There is some issue with your system and it's not my fault I applied for Expression Wave Debit Card online. I am attaching the screenshot for which I applied and it's showing me the same amount 499+GST for which I applied.so you cannot force me to use the wrong card Expression Saphiro and Which is still not received by me. I also contacted customer care a couple of times for this no one is ready to listen to the issue. Even though if someone applies something online he/she should the right to cancel it before delivery in that case also.
                            I received the calls a couple of times and the person calling me was not able to hear me and I am using the same number([protected]) you can try it again.

                            Now I am not expecting the same statement from your side you will not reverse the charges. Will be going to escalate the issue at a higher level if not resolved.

                            We tried reaching you multiple times on XXXXXX8125. However, we could not reach you . Please provide us with your alternate contact number along with preferred time (Between 09:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m.) of contact for quicker resolution.

                            We would like to inform you that you have raised the request for expression saphiro card through iMobile with Service Request Number SR[protected] on December 16, 2021 hence Rs. 5898.82 has been deducted from account. As charges has been debited correctly hence, we are unable to reverse charges.

                              I am icici bank account holder, Dec 21st my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch--Nov21+GST" charges .

                              Dec 21st --1180.

                              I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this.

                              One person from ICICI came to our office for salary account opening, He collected our documents and handed us over the checkbook, welcome kit etc.

                              He told, we would be getting some otps related to account opening and asked us to share them when we receive.

                              Seems he was getting some commission, and when I checked the details, trading account, demat account and even a prime subscription plan was active.

                              He was insisting us to deposit some money and said no money will be deducted. but as soon as I deposited 1000rs, the prime plan subscription charge got deducted.

                              Had been calling the customer care for the past few days and all being so negligent and transferring my call here and there saying it wont come under their department.

                              And the funny thing is that, they are asking me to visit the branch to close the trading account which they created themselves.

                              I want everything except my salary account to be closed and the money to be refunded. I am going to make the complaints everywhere possible until I get justice.

                                Didn't ask for a credit card, yet they sent me one. They said there were no charges for credit card and it was mandatory to take a credit card. Never used that credit card. Now they are showing that credit card due is 590/-
                                Please clear the due and take back the credit card if you want.
