        Sir, today I received many threatning calls from ICICI credit card recovery department, saying some my known has to pay them some amount and he is not picking up there calls so they are calling me and talking in indecent manner and trying to threatning me to pay his dues. Even girls are calling from these no and misbheaving.
        Please look in to matter and take necessary action, and I am legally filling a complaint.

          Wrong Deduction of Toll Charges

          Has been using icici fasttag from about 6 months, recently I was going through my fasttag statement and found that there were chargeback debited from my account for which the amount was successfully debited earliar.
          firstly I tried to contact with customercare but they are always busy, any their fast tag portal is not that userfriendly or understandable by a normal user.

          So I decided to complain here, I have now only...

          One of my relation is a customer of ICICI Bank. For the past 6 months, she is charged for an amount of 9k apprx without reasons and no- prior informations. She earns 20k per month and the bank is just taking her money just like that. This is so annoying. Please help her get back her deducted money. 🙏🏻

              Every year I check my account statement for last year and this year I found the "ECSRTNCHGS" transection for November & December. on checking in internet I found this is due to my auto-debit setup with Zerodha for my investment. I don't know it's my money and my will to invest or not, why ICICI Bank charged me rs. 484 for my rs. 1000 of auto-debit e-mandate. i am sharing my statement below:

                I am using since about 4 year and have never activated demat account than how I am being charged.when I reached costumer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

                  My money is ferequently getting deducted in the name of ECSRTNCHGS from my bank account without any intimation. I dont know why this money is getting deducted. On 22nd Dec'21, Rs.441/- deducted. At that time, they said that for not maintaining minimum balance, money was deducted. But on 2nd Jan'2022, Rs.148 was deducted again even after maintaining proper balance in account. Please help to solve the issue.

                    Without my consent 4 times 590 rs was taken away on top of that there is another 458 was taken all this happened in just one day and there are no text message for deduction of this amount.
                    Looking to get the amount back asap.
                    Now that money has been debited without my knowledge ur bank will apply more bounce charges.

                      I am Ayush Rathore
                      An amount of around Rs. 850 has been deducted from my account no the regular basis for the DP charges.
                      I haven't used my demat account to sell any share then why I am being charged for this. Also, my broker app does not shows any such charges.
                      I request to resolve this issue as soon as possible and credit the money back into my account.

                        I have three ICICI bank gift cards which expired in Nov 21. Even before the expiry, despite using them with correct PIN and at various locations, including petrol pumps, I was not able to use any of the cards. I had stayed in touch with the local ICICI bank officials, throughout this period.
                        Now the cards have expired, and the ICICI website says that such unused expired cards can be replaced for a charge.
                        I have contacted local ICICI bank branch officials for further information on how to get replacement for cards, but have not received any response from them yet.
                        I want that ICICI bank should give me replacement for these cards.

                          I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally an unacceptable and unethical behavior from ICICI.

                                      Had a Nightmarish experience with ICICI Credit Card Unit, ever since I had applied and got the ICICI Credit card, I have been facing issues at every step -
                                      1 .) When I applied for Credit Card on 4th December, the card delivery got misplaced by vendor and ICICI Branch or their CC executives had no clue .
                                      After much followup, escalations, Tweets and SRs, I finally got a Replacement card on 28th DEC .
                                      SR[protected]
                                      Reference ID - 000WFaGUNKF283DD:Re Level1Complaint / Credit Card
                                      000WFaGUNKF2833B:Credit card not received :Fraud suspected

                                      2.) Then while recharging ICICI FASTAG using ICICI credit card on 29th Dec 2021, 1200 Rs. got deducted but recharge didn't happen .
                                      quite normal ? Due to this I had to pay Double the Toll, ofcourse causing half a mile long queue of Cars behind me .

                                      3.) While trying to Call the Customer care Selecting Credit card menu Entering my working Card details, every time it says 'INVALID DETAILS'
                                      Hence I am unable to register any complaints .

                                      Raised on Website LEVEL 1 complaint

                                      4.) ICICI Imobile or even website has NO OPTION to register failed CREDIT CARD transactions .
                                      Strange !!! but true !!

                                      5.) Again when asked Credit card team to Map my card with my current Employer .. first a SR was registered .
                                      But after two days - Their Manager is asking me to again send a fresh mail from official ID and not Registered ID
                                      SR[protected]

                                      I would strongly recommend against availing the services of ICICI Bank .Such level of callousness and unprofessional behavior is highly criticized .

                                      All of this not only cost me money but also a whole MONTH HAS BEEN LOST in trying to get a workaround for never ending issues
