Dear Sir,

This is SACHIN NAGPAL, holding an ICICI saving bank account no."[[protected]]" My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited hefty amount from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI.
It is extremely disheartening that Bank is just debiting hefty amount from their customer's hard earned money, without any intimation through phone, email or statement or any way.

Who has given right to them to debit the amount without any notice or intimation to the customer? How one can be updated with the hidden rules modification.?

During COVID 19 I already suffered a lot. Its heartily request please take some action against this bank for not complying RBI standards / guidelines. And help to get back the debited amount, as there was no proper communication.

    I am therese. 354 rupees has been deducted from my account on 25-nov-2021.

    They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

    When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected] This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number [[protected]]

      My ICICI bank credit card has been deactivated from my account in FEB 2021 as it was expired. I couldn't know and pay the bill for this credit card as it was removed from my online account dashboard. I got the mails from ICICI bank that credit card bill is pending for this my credit card but they levied interest charges for not paying the bill. I explained that I was unable to see the card on my dashboard as it was expired. I was told to pay the principal amount of Rs 1020.71 on June 3rd, 2021. Now every month, they are levying the interest charges and increasing the bill amount. They are forcing me to pay the bill because it's system generated.
      Why should I be liable to pay even a single penny when I paid all required amount. The bank didn't notify me to clear the bill before deactivating the card. When I got starting the mails for outstanding amount, I initiated the mail conversation.

        Not able to unblock multi wallet card

        Hi,

        Accidentally i have blocked my multi wallet card in pockets app. Since then i have been trying to unblock but couldn't able to do it. Tried customer care, no response. Visited the nearest branch but they also didn't respond properly. Please let me know how to resolve it.

        Amount diducted from bank account but icici fastag says recharge failed.
        At first I thought it would be a technical problem then I recharged it again teo times but the same problem ocvured again. Also I have not recived my refund.
        Very much bad service.
        Moreover, their customer care number is also not working.

          I have been deducted with 826 rs on 25 th nov under the name of DMC dp charges till Oct 21.

          I am using icici since 5 years and have never usages any service then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

              My card was blocked for security reasons. And as instructed, I dialed the customer care number[protected], and after doing the needful the automated voice said that my account is now active. Inspite of an active account I’m unable to make transactions. Where are your executives now??? We receive n number of calls for loans, credit card etc etc… but now even after trying to reach out there’s no solution yet!!! Highly disappointed.

                My name is Snehal Ghodke. I am from Osmanabad, Maharashtra. I had opened ICICI Insta Account online on 25th November, 2020. I had submitted my Aadhar card and PAN card details online while opening the account.

                But as the part of the procedure, I had tried several times to do video-kyc, but it couldn't be done, I mailed ICICI for same several times but still couldn't complete KYC procedure.

                Due to Lockdown and further COVID mishappenings at my home, I couldn't visit any branch for offline KYC procedure.

                Today, on 25th November, 2021, ICICI bank closed my account with 50, 314 rupees in it. The bank didn't provide me with any further instruction about what will happen to my money, how will i get that back or whether I can restart my account.

                I called ICICI customer care number[protected] almost 8 times but in no way I was connected to any executive. I searched on ICICI's official website for answers but didn't get any.

                This is so much trouble, I just want to my account to be reactivated because I have shared the account details with few people for my incoming payments. Either that or my money (50, 314 rupees) back without any trouble.

                  Have prefect CIbil
                  100% repayment on time
                  Good ITR

                  Still my credit card application was rejected.
                  When I filed a complaint under grievance level 1
                  I received vague responses.
                  I decided to escalate to level 2 complaint and asked the executive to give me SR no for this complaint. I was told there is no SR no.
                  The the bank doesn’t want to have to deal with complaint why do you guys have grievance system in place ??
                  Why did I not receive my SR NO in the first response?

                  I just wanted to know why my application was rejected. Your rejected affects my cibil score.

                  You guys are soo bad. First you didn’t give me a SR number after a posted a complaint here you finally gave me a SR Number and said you will give me a resolution in 7 days. 10 days later No reply on mail. I tried to escalate to level 2 complaint and guess what the SR no doesn't work. Worst customer service ever. I am so disappointed in you.

                      I am holding a home loan account in ICICI Bank with Account no: NHMBN[protected], My EMI deduction date is on the 05th of every month,

                      Due to insufficient funds in the account for the month of October, amount was not deducted from the account and I had paid the amount manually from the ICICI website on[protected] at 07:01:17 and the transaction ID is "BD032779XXX".

                      Paid amount is 21831 and paid from SBI Net banking, Again on[protected] the amount of Rs.19506(NACH-DR-TP ACH ICICIHOMEFIN) and Rs.160 (UPI/P2M/[protected]/BharatpeM/ICICI Bank) got deducted from my axis bank account second time,

                      For refunding of deducted amount, I have several times contacted customer care support and there is no proper response from there end and they were saying deducted amount is not reflecting in there systems and I asked them to generate statement and it is clearly showing the both the deductions in the statement, I sent mail to (nodal.[protected]@icicihfc.com & [protected]@icicihfc.com) with attached statement and complaint request raised at toll-free number, they have simply replied me your issue will be responded within 7 working days, I think it is an auto generated mail I waited for 11 days and nothing came back from there end.

                      I was expecting an immediate response from ICICI but every call or mail they will say 5 days or 7 days for issue rectification, I even requested for number change which also not happened, after several calls and mails from the day of deductions, my issue is not attended and no proper response from there end,

                      I am responsible account holder and I did not skip any EMIs from start of loan, during covid situation it is very critical to handle financial and health needs. Please help me get refunded.

                          Even after multiple follow up, ICICI bank is not customer friendly for home buyers. Their agents, managers none of them responds to customer needs. I am regreting big time for applying home loan under ICICI bank. They dont give you the money ontime even after multiple follow ups.

                          And Mysore branch which is located in Kalidasa road is worst among all.
                          I have raised Service request in their to escalate the issue, still no response from them.

                                EBA/NSE charges

                                There was a deduction from my ICICI account associated with my ICICI Direct with transaction remarks saying 'EBA/NSE N 2021219/[protected]' and the amount is 24, 435.28 which is quite high and I was never informed if that is a hue brokerage cost that I am paying.

                                I seek an immediate response for such a big deduction of payment from my account and a refund post a correction as I wasn't aware of such high hidden charges that...

                                Dear Team,

                                I'm Pavithran Pandian, I've settled the credit card payment in JAN 2020 which is almost more than a year. I've been trying to get a NOC from the bank but simply ignoring my request/routing the request. I didn't get any proper response from their team.

                                I've gone through many calls with customer support as well as executive they're giving proper solutions for the same.

                                When can I expect my NOC?

                                  Please return my hard-earn money.
                                  I have been charge of ecs return charges from my account today. Neither bank nor client party (Mutual fund sip) informed me about charges, I kept less amount than the SIP amount and thought not go for SIP investment this month. But then Today (23/11/2021) bank has deducted 273+590+590=1, 453. I. E charged 3 times for a single ecs return. That is again quite unacceptable. It is my hard earned saving that icici is looting in the name of penalties and charges by keeping me unaware of those charges upfront. I request icici by this platform to kindly refund my money in full and in further arbitration to be clear and transparent for any services charges and penalties for any service upfront. It is my hard saved money and means a lot to me. Kindly refund.
