Hi
Without my consent and my permission icici bank is deducting money out of my account for demat services which i never approved or applied for.
They deducted 826rs without my consent on 25th Nov 2021.
I would like my money refunded

        Icici bank has duducted ₹ 36000 from my account on name of so many charges. It was my hard earned money. And they have done fraud with me. Please help me and ask them to refund my money. I even left minumum balance in my account and even after that they have deducted such a huge amount. This is such a fraud from bank. Please prevent people from such frauds

          Hi,
          This is Akash Rai, there was some deduction happened from my bank account against DMC/DP charges.

          The details of the deductions are as below:-
          1. ₹826 on 25/11/2021
          2. ₹68.93 on 25/10/2021

          Kindly let me know why this deduction has been happened ? as I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account. I have not raised any request for activation of my Demat account in ICICI direct & also i have not done any stock trading from icici direct.
          There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

          Kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest by returning my money back to my account.

              Recently on 25 November 2021, my ICICI account has been charged with DmC charges with 826 rupees . I did not even open demat account anywhere and they charged me without any confirmation of message on phone. When I checked there was no single transaction in my demat account from past one year.

                AMC charges deducted without usage or intimation

                Rs 826 has been deducted from my account on 26 Nov 2021. I believe the charge is for demat account but i don't even use icici demat account.Please initiate the refund as i have never been informed about such deduction. This is absolutely ridiculous.

                Please initiate a refund asap....

                I recently received a new phone number. I started receiving ICICI credit card amount due alerts on my phone after a while, as well as calls from agents who harassed me for no reason. I don't have an ICICI Bank credit card, and I don't have a bank account with them. I told the agents on the phone several times that I had recently received this mobile number and that I was not the person you were seeking for. However, they continue to contact and send me messages to this day. I protested to ICICI customer service, but they did nothing. I'm still getting ICICI messages and calls, and it's starting to effect my mental health. I've attached a screenshot of the message. Please investigate this situation and take appropriate action.

                      I have taken home loan : LBCHE[protected] on 2019, the PMAY status is still not processed. It is still in status : "Ready for submission to NHB" .

                      This is 2021 yet they have not completed the process. How long they will be take to complete the process of reducing my home loan amount.

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is SACHIN NAGPAL, holding an ICICI saving bank account no."[[protected]]" My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited hefty amount from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI.
                        It is extremely disheartening that Bank is just debiting hefty amount from their customer's hard earned money, without any intimation through phone, email or statement or any way.

                        Who has given right to them to debit the amount without any notice or intimation to the customer? How one can be updated with the hidden rules modification.?

                        During COVID 19 I already suffered a lot. Its heartily request please take some action against this bank for not complying RBI standards / guidelines. And help to get back the debited amount, as there was no proper communication.

                          I am therese. 354 rupees has been deducted from my account on 25-nov-2021.

                          They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                          When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                             My ICICI bank credit card has been deactivated from my account in FEB 2021 as it was expired. I couldn't know and pay the bill for this credit card as it was removed from my online account dashboard. I got the mails from ICICI bank that credit card bill is pending for this my credit card but they levied interest charges for not paying the bill. I explained that I was unable to see the card on my dashboard as it was expired. I was told to pay the principal amount of Rs 1020.71 on June 3rd, 2021. Now every month, they are levying the interest charges and increasing the bill amount. They are forcing me to pay the bill because it's system generated.
                            Why should I be liable to pay even a single penny when I paid all required amount. The bank didn't notify me to clear the bill before deactivating the card. When I got starting the mails for outstanding amount, I initiated the mail conversation.

                              Not able to unblock multi wallet card

                              Hi,

                              Accidentally i have blocked my multi wallet card in pockets app. Since then i have been trying to unblock but couldn't able to do it. Tried customer care, no response. Visited the nearest branch but they also didn't respond properly. Please let me know how to resolve it.

                              Amount diducted from bank account but icici fastag says recharge failed.
                              At first I thought it would be a technical problem then I recharged it again teo times but the same problem ocvured again. Also I have not recived my refund.
                              Very much bad service.
                              Moreover, their customer care number is also not working.

                                I have been deducted with 826 rs on 25 th nov under the name of DMC dp charges till Oct 21.

                                I am using icici since 5 years and have never usages any service then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

                                    My card was blocked for security reasons. And as instructed, I dialed the customer care number[protected], and after doing the needful the automated voice said that my account is now active. Inspite of an active account I’m unable to make transactions. Where are your executives now??? We receive n number of calls for loans, credit card etc etc… but now even after trying to reach out there’s no solution yet!!! Highly disappointed.
