Dear Sir/ma'am,
I had cardless cash withdrawal from icici bank atm( mukesh colony) with my icici bank account[protected], amount 3500 inr, on 03/11/2021 time 8:45 approx, that time was atm machine not dispensed cash for me, but 3500 inr amount deducted from my account.
Same day I had contact icici bank customer care service, they told me in three working amount reverse in your account, but amount not reversed, than customer care file Complaint, SR[protected], on 09/11/2021, but they did close Complaint in three days without solution, and after contact on customer care they told contact to branch, branch told contact to customer care, no solution for customer satisfaction
