    On September 2nd my account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for WPP sr(protected) renewal. But I have never enrolled for such a plan . I don't give my final acceptance about the policy you explained. I don't allow you to debited the amount from my account. As a student who stays away from home, this is big amount. So please help me to get back my money as soon as possible. Amount Deduction without our consent is not reasonable. please cancel the policy ask I don't need it and I never used it. Please try to clear this request asap.

      Hello you people not at all responding..wasting our time...on June 30 2021 my amount got deducted for 3717/-for eligibilty check for home LOAN...i aiready intimated about my salary.. to Mr.Syed from main branch call me and misguided me...what ever asked by him i provided the relavent documents...
      no one entered my doorsteps from local branch or bloddy called me..still dragged my time. i want immediate response...Ask that person to call or respond me...because no one from Vizag called me..useless services to ### us...Main branch (Mumbai) and local branch (Vizag)...Where these people are sleeping?...Immediate action to be taken..even requested several times but no response...I am going to approach higher authority...to take action on these uesless people...

      Mortgage loan...Mr Syed from main branch misguided me about the loan...As my amount got deducted. Did I ask that person ...after giving full details he is supposed to ask me to pay ...but without mentioning anything that person convienced me. Now local people are not at all allowing nor listening to me...
      i want immediate response as I waited nearly 6 months...this is not fair...i will take legal action.

          I have applied for Home loan and ICICI Bank sanctioned home loan, verified all documents and issued check also with disbursal note, at Registrar office paid all registration fee and MODT to bank personel and paid all needed advance amounts believing everything completed, at the registration time bank team told about original document of AGPA of first seller is required but the seller gave paper advertisement, police compliant about lost document and got xeerifies copy and was ready to give indemnity but suddenly bank officials cancelled the issues cheque and informed that builder and seller were in some court dispute after enquiry it's found that the dispute was personel not at all related to the properry but bank officials without considering my loss of 5 lakhs of different fee went on to one direction and stopped total loan Disbursal..who will pay my lost money ??, Do ICICI Bank not responsible for making me to pay all money ?? As consumer I feel it's icici bank problem in disbursal resulted in the problem, , need justice for my losses and mental agony

            I Am an icici bank customer. On date[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 590and 589.24 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.               I made a transcation of Rs74000 to SBI account. But amount got deducted and recieved this message.""Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 74, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 18-Oct-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank.""".
              Pls resolve it asap as I need the amount on urgent basis. Pls release it.

                          Hello,
                          I’ve been charged for Rs. 2, 680 from my account for some particular credit card account which I do not even have on 11th of October 2021. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARD IN ICICI BANK. After talking to the executives through phone banking, they transferred to n number of departments and one of the team told me that it has been wrongly charged and will refund me the amount. It has been three days and I still haven’t received the amount back. I contacted the team again today that is 16th of October 2021 but, they are still transferring me to each other but aren’t providing any resolutions. Some of the executives even disconnected my call thrice while asking me to be on hold. I just want my amount to be refunded back to the account as soon as possible.

                            I had applied for PARAS IPO of amount Rs.14875 with the help o[censored]pi mandate using imobile app. Since i didn't receive the allotment, my mandate end was supposed to be 07/10/2021. Today is 15/10/2021 and the mandate's still active and amount is blocked. I've tried reaching out to almost every single customer care number who just end the call by saying please contact the receiver of the amount, but it is quite clear that the amount is blocked on my side (ICICI). I reached out to my home branch, they asked me to write a letter, which i did, but didn't receive any response yet. Please help me with the issue.

                              Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?

                                I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my Curent a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  I have applied for personal loan in ICICI bank they have transferred loan amount without my consent their representatives kept me in dark about ROI and taken my video kyc by saying that after this they can confirm my ROI when i got the link of e mandate i deniedto approve that, despite of this they disbeserd loan amount into my account .

                                    Yesterday, Rs.1899 was deducted from my bank account with any permission of mine. It stated that the amount was deducted for some policy of theirs. I don't wish any of those policies and request my refund as soon as possible.

                                      Refund initiated Myntra but not receive

                                      I have ordered a Product "Calvin Klein Jeans Men Black Solid Sweatshirt" on 01/10/2021 and the price of the product Rs 2, 186.21.it was to be received on 02/10/2021.But I have not receive my refund.
                                      Myntra initiated the refund on 03/10/2021 and it was expected to come on 10/10/2021 to 13/10/2021.
                                      Myntra gave me the reference id 74163261277033256093066 but the ICICI bank has still not credited my money.

                                      I've charged 502 Rs from ICICI Bank without my knowledge.
                                      I kept it cause of something important and they just deducted it without any prior notice they made Account zero and charging for minimum bal. You're not even leaving 500 bucks how can i put more.
