This Is Pradeep K, I had purchased my Two Wheeler Motorcycle (Dio 2011 model) ( KA 02 HP 8059) in 2012 January. I had taken vehicle loan from ICICI Bank, Koramangala, Bangalore, My Acc Num is[protected] non active). I have cleared all the EMIs. Currently I am not able to find the loan clearance & NOC letter from ICICI Bank, when i asked in MG Road branch they said we don't have any details about your account, we are unable to find it because o[censored]pgradation.. Could you please help to get it as soon as possible.

I'll never ever use ICICI Bank for any purpose. I got it from third person. Useless people are working and waste of salary. Negligence people, least bothered to respond properly.

    Hi,

    My ICICI Bank account got debited for DP Chgs without any prior notice. This is not acceptable. When I called customer care they said it's for demat account but I don't hold any demat account with ICICI.

    I am really not okay with ICICI services.

      Been over a month since I paid for the fast tag, have not received fast tag.

      I have called the customer care 5 times and every time they ask for 48 hours or 7 days

      The complaint and inquiry tickets are closed without resolution.

      I am tired of following up, very poor customer experience.

      Amount was debit without any prior information and even i dont activated and use Demat.
      Refund the amount at earliest.

      I did not open any demat account in icici bank. But, they deducted rs.826(28 sept-2020) from my account on Nov 25. I want my money back and would request to do same asap.

      This should not happen without consent.

        Hello, my name is Pulkita working in tcs New Delhi. My icici prepaid meal card valid from 10/21 upto 05/25. But currently, my card is being shown invalid status. However, each month some amount of money from my salary is getting deposited to this card but i am unable to use the deposited money.

        I have tried to access the food card self care portal but since i forgot my user id & password, i am unable to signup. Whenever i try to register for the user id by entering the card detail, it shows card status invalid error

          My complaint is about ecsrtnchgs charges deduction .. icici bank deducting money without my information without my knowledge .. discusting situation i talked to their customer service they are blaming me .. i dont have any knowledge about what charges they are deducting .. and they have no explanation .. in 3 days 2 times my account debited with 590 rs and when i checked my statement this is not new thing in past month also same activity was on .. i am not the only one . more customer like me facing same problem ...

            Ppl/wpp [sr781434841] new policy rs 1899/- deducted wrongly

            On 08.10.2021 my account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for PPL/WPP [SR[protected]] NEW POLICY. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request as Possible.

              Dear sir

              I ordered two mobile phones from Flipkart and I instantly cancelled one phone order of rs 9000 .after that I received an msg from icici bank that money is refunded by Flipkart and refunded money will be adjusted in upcoming statement .but instead of adjusting money they convert it to emi and whole amount is put it on outstanding value .I visited dwarka and then Jhandewalan bank their bank employee saying that refunded amount is not adjusted thats why outstanding amount is high .

              Their are accepting their mistake but still on my money is not refunded .please help me regarding this matter .

                Credit card extra amount refund

                i hold icici prudential life policy; this i renewed using credit card on 25/09/21. on 27th i requested for converting this outstanding amount to emi and same was done.
                i paid first installment of amount in credit card.

                  Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment.This wednesday (Date - 06 Oct 2021 ; time - 09.03 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for Delhi university, bhagini nivideta college Of Rs: 5, 260 through eazypay - icici gateway.

                  In brief :-

                  Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my upi mode then the payment was transacted from paytm. After a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that" we regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond. Also, in my college dashboard there's an option for pay fees but i've already paid but it is failed from eazypay.
                  I contacted the biller i. E. T. I. M. E. But they don't have much information regarding this. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting few snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this problem.

                      As per the statement of my Salary Bank account, an entry of Rs 413, exists against DP CHARGES TILL AUG-21.

                      At the time of opening the Salary Bank Account, ICICI bank executive advised me to open a free Demat account for lifetime. However, charges are being levied now. I haven't done any Buy / Sell in my Demat account. However, invested in few mutual funds in 2017.

                      Such practices are not expected...

                      My ICICI Debit card is expiring Oct 21.
                      SO they are sending a new card and asked me to verify the communication address.
                      My communication address was wrong, so i have updated the address.

                      Even after updating the communication address, they have sent the card in wrong address.

                      I have raised a complain in the ICICI Relationship manager mail ID, never got any response for that mail.

                      Then i have raised complaint in customer.[protected]@icicibank.com, got response finally, given the new address, . But even after this on a daily basis the delivery of the card is attempted with failure.

                      I have raised another complaint in the same mail chain, after that never got response.

                      I really hope ICICI somehow will resolve this issue and send my card to new address.

                          I am really disappointed with the services of icici bank. I am using their credit card since 4 years and never got any issue but now when I decided to stop their services they are doing nonsense things. 2 days before I paid all my dues for card no [protected] and permanently cancelled the card with request. After 2 days again I got a message that they dispatched another card to my name. I already conveyed them the address updated there I am not living there.i just permanently cancelled my card given above. When I called customer care they stupid people are not giving response. I do have such recordings. Please don't such stupid thing delivering the card even I don't want that. Delhivery has no customer care number.

                            Please help me as there are 3 transactions happened from my ICICI bank account between 12Am to 1Am on 8th Oct, 2021. Everytime fraudsters (VIN GOOGLE) Debited Rs. 54.84 and then credited the same amount before the actual transaction of Rs. 4936.11. They did this transaction 3 times which the total amount they have debited is Rs. 14808.33.

                            Please help me to cancel these transactions and return my full amount.
