As I already have a Debit Card I don't need Expressions Debit Card.

    Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
    I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

    Please stop all these.

    Baja finansrv is the biggest mistake in my life.

      826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC DP CHRGS TILL Aug-21

      I was informed it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI

      This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount

        They have zeroed my account without prior intimation they have deducted 266 till now and i am sure they will deduct further more if balance updated.
        They are deducting without prior intimation.
        Even if we are liable to pay then also they should inform.
        They just their write code words for what they have deducted
        I didnt get what is dmc dps charges.
        This is pure looting.
        One side government is saying put your money into bank and other side they are seizing the money without prior notice.

          There was an unauthorised/unapproved transaction from my account to VSI*WWW MONEY.
          How did this transaction happen without any OTP.

            I was told there would be no charges for Demat account while opening the account and now without even giving an intimation or message on the registered mobile number Rs.826 was deducted from my account. This is completely unacceptable.

              I have never activated and used my demat account. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

              I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed.

                    I have opened my demat account with icicidirect during 2017 and bank representative told during that time "this demat account will be lifetime free and no AMC/other charges will be charged in future as I am having salary account in the bank".
                    Now on 28-Sep-21, they have auto deducted INR 826 from my savings account as DP charge. Now, this is a case of clear misinformation and cheating from bank's side.
                    I need proper justification and also refund of my money.
                    I am a 10+ years old customer to the bank but they have lost all trust now.

                          I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for more than 5 years now. As I checked my bank transactions and I found that there are two debit transaction 'DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL AUG-21'---- INR 628.07' on 29-Sept-2021 and DMC/[protected] DP CHGS Till MAR-21 --- INR344.17. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and why to charge now, after so many years. This is My ICICI account number[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                            Multiple times within a month, amount has been deducted from the account with "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG". What is this charge and why is this being deducted multiple times in a month?
                            ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Also if I understand correctly from the various FAQs shared, this charge is deducted if there is not sufficient funds for auto debit of ICICI PRU insurance. But my concern is that I had already paid the premium amount in advance prior to the due date. Then why was auto debit enabled and this charge deducted?
                            Team, haven't received any resolution or update till now. Kindly help in resolving this.

                                  I am icici account holder, Spetember'29th 2021 my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug21+GST" charges.

                                  I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction....
