Hi,
I am holding the amazon icici credit card, many times, and for the beginning, I have raised the complaint about this, I have not received any last payment due to date details in my registered email id or my phone number, and I am continuously following past 6 months with ICICI Bank executives, during between I requested multiple times but they have not responded my email and calls.
ICICI bank applying the penalities above the principal amount every month. But they are not considering my request, due to this I am going fraustation state, Kindly help me out, herewith I am attaching the screenshots what I have followed up.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
