Dear Customer, transaction of INR 169.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX682 on 15-Sep-21. Info: MSI*APPLE COM. The Available Balance is INR XXXXX.00. Call on 180026XX for dispute or SMS BLOCK 682 to 92156767XX . I have been suffering from this kind o[censored]nnecessary transaction from my account and that’s why i don’t save my money in this account due this problem . Others are not charged for but i an being charged . Please refund my money for earlier transaction for this type of transaction . Because I haven’t taken any subscription then also i am being charged .

    MultiWallet card showing as invalid

    Hi,
    My multi wallet card is valid till 04/24 but it is it is showing as Invalid Card status while trying to login to CMS Self Care Portal.
    It has balance of more than 2500rs. It is not a chip card.
    I requested a chip card by mentioning details to 5676766, but not received the card yet.
    Please look into the matter as soon as possible and activate my card.

    I never asked for Icici bank demat account and it came by default with my salary account. That time they didn't tell there would be Charges on it. I never used the account but I see deduction of Rs.864 every year. I called customer care they said that I need to go to a branch where they have demat services and provided a wrong branch address. This unnecessary harassment. I never asked to open it, then why I need to run to the bank to close it..?

        From my account 395.96 rupees debited without my knowledge. there will be know SMS or phone from your end. How can you debit amount like this. return my money

              I received a message from ICICI BANK that “ Dear Customer, transaction of INR 999.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX069 on 14-Sep-21. Info: MSI*PAY WWW M. The Available Balance is INR xxxx Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 069 to [protected]”

              I did not authorise this transaction and I don’t even know how this amount got deducted. Could you please help me on this..??

                From March2021 every month some Amazon amount(INR 129) is getting debited without my knowledge. I am not getting OTP or any intimations before the deduction and no where I could see an auto pay setup done by me. Could you please check and update?

                I did (Ref ID : 000W3aGM0JEW44H:517061). No revert yet, though the auto reply assures revert within 2 days. Why don't such a bank has a responsive customer care number?
                1860 120 7777 - toll free never connects
                8088667777 - says invalid.
                Mails- no response apart from auto do not replies.
                Do you guys still have an office? I will have to come there once and re-assure. No one ever troubled so much to connect to even BSNL CS I believe. Try to keep up some decorum and show some responsibility to the customers who believes in you and deposit their earnings.

                  I am a customer of ICICI Bank and I tried to withdraw the amount 900/- from Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM. I got the message as the transaction was declined but the amount got debited from my bank account. I reached customer support and they are lagging intentionally and the call got disconnected intermediately due to insufficient balance. I didn't receive any call back from them. But I got mail that complaints have registered against SR[protected] number.

                      My account got debited with 826 rupees showing DP CHGS TILL JUL-21 on 27 aug-2021.
                      I never opted for any DMAT account and never used any serviced from dmat account. Your representative himself opened an account and said its free of cost but still I did't agree and I don't know they opened an account with my details. I never received any message or warning about the amount to be debited. i request you to credit my money back and close my dmat account.
                      I tried contacting you through portal icici website but its somehow not submitting the complaint after giving all the details and submitting just a blank screen is appearing.

                        Without my consent, rs. 4000 has been deducted from my account on 13/09/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
                        I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                        This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities

                          I opened a savings account in ICICI this month. INR 2000 were debited from my account under the detail of Dr Tran for Funding Account (number). I did not authorise this payment, neither did I subscribe to any policy of such kind. This is a clear case of fraud, as the complaints before mine also state.
                          I urge the bank to look into the matter ASAP and refund my money.

                                I've applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card and successfully completed video KYC and further more it asked me to upload my income proofs as in my case it is payslip, 3months bank statement as I'm salaried employee which I did on June 2021 and from then onwards it just says my application was on hold and re-upload the income documents and I did it not twice or thrice but around 15times and I've even contacted the customer support via e-mail...

                                A transaction worth 4000 Rs was made on 9 September 2021 from my account, I haven't made this transaction neither did I authorize it by sharing any otp. On checking the statement this was made to the account no.[protected], I am completely unaware of this account number. I haven't made this transaction. Kindly look into the matter and secure safety of my account and refund the money that has been fraudulently deducted.

                                  I am an icici bank customer. Yesterday[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 462.73 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                                     I am holding the amazon icici credit card, many times, and for the beginning, I have raised the complaint about this, I have not received any last payment due to date details in my registered email id or my phone number, and I am continuously following past 6 months with ICICI Bank executives, during between I requested multiple times but they have not responded my email and calls.

                                    ICICI bank applying the penalities above the principal amount every month. But they are not considering my request, due to this I am going fraustation state, Kindly help me out, herewith I am attaching the screenshots what I have followed up.

                                    Please arrange the call, regarding the solution of my CC- *******7003, because I am getting many fake calls from the ICICI bank they are asking me my UPI Id, so if anything happens so ICICI team will be responsible for that, you guys break my determination and my moral.

                                    ICICI Bank - When I can get the resolution call, I am already had trouble past 6 months, why did you trouble me, I am going in a very frustrating state, If anything wrong happen then you will be responsible for that.No body responding to me from the ICICI bank side.
                                    Dear ICICI Team, I have not received any email what you have shared the information about what is the data do you have it is not veracious, If you want so I can share the email screenshots with you.

                                    I am not saying I would not pay the amount I am requesting you please give me some of the facility waivers off in the penalty amount that you have mentioned wrong because I am following past 5 months but your team not responding my email or call so that penality amount has applied on the bill if the fault is a bank so why customer face the issue?
