Without my consent, rs. 4000 has been deducted from my account on 13/09/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities

    I opened a savings account in ICICI this month. INR 2000 were debited from my account under the detail of Dr Tran for Funding Account (number). I did not authorise this payment, neither did I subscribe to any policy of such kind. This is a clear case of fraud, as the complaints before mine also state.
    I urge the bank to look into the matter ASAP and refund my money.

          I've applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card and successfully completed video KYC and further more it asked me to upload my income proofs as in my case it is payslip, 3months bank statement as I'm salaried employee which I did on June 2021 and from then onwards it just says my application was on hold and re-upload the income documents and I did it not twice or thrice but around 15times and I've even contacted the customer support via e-mail...

          A transaction worth 4000 Rs was made on 9 September 2021 from my account, I haven't made this transaction neither did I authorize it by sharing any otp. On checking the statement this was made to the account no.[protected], I am completely unaware of this account number. I haven't made this transaction. Kindly look into the matter and secure safety of my account and refund the money that has been fraudulently deducted.

            I am an icici bank customer. Yesterday[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 462.73 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.               Hi,

              I am holding the amazon icici credit card, many times, and for the beginning, I have raised the complaint about this, I have not received any last payment due to date details in my registered email id or my phone number, and I am continuously following past 6 months with ICICI Bank executives, during between I requested multiple times but they have not responded my email and calls.

              ICICI bank applying the penalities above the principal amount every month. But they are not considering my request, due to this I am going fraustation state, Kindly help me out, herewith I am attaching the screenshots what I have followed up.

              Please arrange the call, regarding the solution of my CC- *******7003, because I am getting many fake calls from the ICICI bank they are asking me my UPI Id, so if anything happens so ICICI team will be responsible for that, you guys break my determination and my moral.

              ICICI Bank - When I can get the resolution call, I am already had trouble past 6 months, why did you trouble me, I am going in a very frustrating state, If anything wrong happen then you will be responsible for that.No body responding to me from the ICICI bank side.
              Dear ICICI Team, I have not received any email what you have shared the information about what is the data do you have it is not veracious, If you want so I can share the email screenshots with you.

              I am not saying I would not pay the amount I am requesting you please give me some of the facility waivers off in the penalty amount that you have mentioned wrong because I am following past 5 months but your team not responding my email or call so that penality amount has applied on the bill if the fault is a bank so why customer face the issue?

                First payment on my credit card was due on 7-Sep. I made a payment on time and it was applied on 7-Sep. Later I found that bank tried auto debit from an ICICI bank account of mine (without telling me) which was rejected due to insufficient funds. Now they are charging me INR 450 (on credit card side) and INR 59 (on bank account side) for 'auto debit return'.

                My question is, how is the bank even attempting an auto debit without my authorisation? I paid off my balance in full on due date. How can bank try to get by balance before due date?

                I have called ICICI customer care about 20 times for this. Every time I have to listen to crap about my balance, due date, commercials etc. Most of the times agent disconnects the call after putting on hold. Mostly they are interested to transfer me to the other party (banking/credit card depending on who I called). No resolution. I will close this card as soon as I know what will happen on this issue (already blocked the card and not using it anymore).

                ICICI service has been absolutely pathetic. Seems they are interested in killing customer's motivation to get a resolution by providing low quality customer care. Coupled with predatory practices to fleece customer at every step, the expereince has been absolute worst.

                  In July 2021 I collected my new debit card as well as a fresh cheque book from my icici home branch in phase7 Mohali, personally by submitting my ID credentials.
                  The very next month in August I got a message to collect another debit card for the same account. It seemed like they had not updated on their system about issuance of debit card in July21.
                  I called up the customer care for clarification and on realising the error they blocked the new card. The customer care also advised me to send an email to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com and bring to their notice through writing about the error in their system, that debit cards one after another are being issued without customer's knowledge.
                  Instead of addressing the real issue raised and understanding the problem they are stating that debit card delivery attempt will be made to your home address and if you don't accept it they will start levying me a fine. As I'm not in station I am obviously not in a position to collect it and moreover why should a customer be asked to collect debit card one after another for the same a/c!
                  Down below I am copy-pasting the email reply from icici's customer care:

                      ICICI DIRECT and ICICI bank have made my life a living hell for two years. Before migrating from India, I submitted a request to convert my resident demat account to NRO status. Instead, they opened multiple new NRO accounts and charged me annual fees, but made my resident demat account inactive with my holdings/funds still in them! Now I cannot access these funds. I have contacted their customer care and chief of service quality but NOBODY CARES. Sincere advise to anyone reading - do not go near ICICI Direct or ICICI BANK. They will steal your hard earned money and won’t help you with anything, even though that is what you’re paying the annual fee for in the first place! Pathetic institution- might I even say, fraudulent institution. Shame on ICICI.

                          I'm jobless from last 2 year.I taken loan 20000(18th month Emi which is last emi was August 21) from credit card and pay 2 to 3 bills to my payee like 6Kto 9K amount(Converted to EMI)- Currently I have no active EMI & Loan.After continues payment in last approx 2 yrs due amount not that much less.Last July 21- I checked that my total due amount approx 42K And I paid 17th July paid 11390 and afterthat 27th July paid 5000 to manage from relative bcz I have no job and income sources.in August when I checked my due-It showing again approx 39K due.Now not possible for me to repay like that process I followed & due are remain after payment.I contacted customer care & requested that Plz provide something like interest free EMI & discount to support me paid my due but they do nothing.Also some people from ur bank calling me and presurised to pay either they report to cibil.I'm under very much trouble, I have no money to feed my family after that I managed to pay till now borrow from others, but it also not possible, So Plz understand doing something best for me without affect my cibil score.U r so big organizations- U can something i[censored] want.

                          I requested (currently no job) to ICICI Bank any EMI option or any suitable option for than I can pay the due.( Currently due 38000 as per their huge interest & Late fee charges where I already paid the dues in simple calculations) but ICICI Bank not given any type of suitable mutual solution. I currently just missing one month payment due and I have 2400 balance in my ICICI bank account they deducted tjis amount also extra 3600 so account balance become negative 3600 - It's very bad behavior from ICICI Bank like Big organization in my Bad time. I'm very upset I have no money currently to feed my family. Very bad service.Indian Govt and Consumer must taken it seriously that ICICI Credit Card department very badly behave in phone( currently I'm not pick up the call) also they badly calculate the due I already pay mostly may be more than full but after that more than taken amount due till.They talking about one time total payment then they not charged but I have not this situation this reason I requested.NOW I'm very much under pressure no job or income afterthat they deducted my amount from my account.They spoil my life.
                          My last two payment was 11390 and 5000 in July 2021.
                          Plz request that look into this matter.

                          ICICI not give any mutual solution.So I sale my jewelry and paid the total due.( There huge charge very badly increase total amount day by day without reasonable conditions).After that my icici savings account lien status remain same.So I request plz solve the issue and do the saving account normal conditions than I can use.

                            The bank is unable to activate my imobile app for the last 7 months. I have made repeated visits to the bank and also after submission of all required documents. Need to get this activated as I need to use UPI.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have a saving account no[protected] with icici bank.
                                  Recently on 27 August INR 826.00 was deducted from my account against DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL July -2021. I couldn't know why this charges have been deducted. I have Googled it and I came to know that it is probably charge for using Demat account. If it is so, then I want to bring you in the notice that I never had any Demat account in icici and even I don't know what is Demat account and how to use it.
                                  I am surprise to know that bank has deducted the charges for something that doesn't even exist

                                  I request you to kindly look into it and refund my money as soon as possible. Also kindly arrange to stop these arbitrary action of bank.

                                    Wrong payment transaction

                                    Hello sir
                                    I'm DHANA RAM s/o Mangi Lal
                                    My account is in SBI Bank and I transferred wrong payment into a ICICI account holder ( upi- [protected]@icici)
                                    My reference id is[protected]
                                    Payment done on 08/09/21 at 08:23 pm. 3080 rupees
                                    Dear sir I earn this money by tutoring the students, this is very difficult for me in this COVID situation
                                    Plss help me to get back my money...

                                    Address: Chandigarh branch

                                    Deducted amount of rs999 as VSI amazon on September 8 2021 around 7:26.
                                    The account is not linked with Amazon neither is my debit card. And no details is being shown what so ever in order details regarding this 999rs.
                                    Kindly help
