My account has been debited an amount of Rs. 826 as DMC or dp charges. I have never used a demar account. It was given to me by the icici representative while opening the account. I have not been told about the charges. I didn't even receive a message that my account has been debited. I am using this account for the last 5 years. I am afraid that my account has been debited with this account for the last 5 years unknown to me. The representative didn't tell me about these charges. Disappointed with ICICI bank.

          ICICI securities sent me a gift card of flipkart worth 500 rs, when I am trying to use this card at flipkart it says already used, when I contacted the customer care of flipkart they say this card was already used in February, but I was sent this voucher in August

            Hi Team, I tried to add two of my credit cards to an international website and it showed me a message saying "the transaction has been withheld due to security reasons". That is alright but it has been showing up for all transactions since then. Please unblock the cards linked to my account Contact number [protected]

              Dear Team,

              I am facing financial crises to make payment on multiple banks Loan/Credit outstanding, And their recovery agents approaching me to collect due, Since last 1 year am paying amount to bank recovery agents, but still due to interest and other charges still outstanding amount remain same.

              Now its difficult to pay all creditors payments and am approaching banks for settlement of outstanding with higher waiver and EMI's.

              Also send mail to ICICI Credit card outstanding settlement in EMI's. But not getting any response. Even my ICICI Bank account also lien due to creditor even fund also available in bank account. That amount am not able to user for card payments and apart of this regular interest and other charges included in my credit cards.

              Requested to stop harassing the recovery agent and provide easy emi to pay credit card with waiver settlement amount.

                I am Wali Husain Rizvi. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account SBA[protected] as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL July-21) DP charges on 27 Aug 2021.

                I have never activated and used my Demat account by myself. My Salary account was opened in 2019 and since then I have no clue. There was no prior notice to this deduction.

                No message to my mobile is received. I need justice and my money back immediately. My Account Number is SBA[protected]

                    I am Basker S. 716.09 Rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC DP CHGS TILL JUL-21) DP charges on 27/08/2021. I have never initiated for Demat account till now. Never used ICICI trading app though. However, how can you deduct hard-earned money from us?. I need justice and a refund immediately. Also please close my Demat account immediately. Otherwise, I will raise a complaint.

                      We have a Restaurant in Farrukhabad and we have been using ICICI Bank POS Machine for last couple of years now . These Private Banks have these Norms that if you don’t use the POS Machine for 45 days - they deduct Rs.20, 000 + Rs.5500 from the account of the Vendor .

                      Sir, We understand that these rules are important but these are pandemic times and most of the business were shut due to forced lock down by the Government - by virtue of no business - no labour to work or no customer to serve . Our restaurant was also closed for 2-3 months’ time due to the same . Restaurant business is one of the business which is most hit by this pandemic . We have been requesting ICICI bank for refunding our money back but they are simply not listening .

                      Sir, this is totally unfair practise by the Banks and they are fleecing the customers of their hard earned money in these difficult times of business survival . We would kindly request to help us in the matter as we have been regularly complaining against them[protected] with no one listening or answering to our query, the call centre keep closing our file on each complaint .

                        Myself Shashikanth P, i have been with icici bank since 2018. On 27th Aug 2021, 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till jul-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited on this day and if any possible close my Dmat account caz am not using anyway.

                          Refund not credited in my icici credit card

                          I purchased 3 items from amazon using my icici credit card on emi system of Rs. 16056/- on 11/08/2021 and i paid the emi due the next day. But on receipt of the item, i had to return one defect item which cost Rs. 5498/- out of the three.
                          Amazon confirmed my refund on 19/08/2021 with refund reference no. 340194. But the same has not been reflected in my credit card account till date. I tried calling the icici customer care no. on several...

                          I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-21'---- INR 275.33'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                          Today 550.67 rs debited from my account without any notice when I search about that DP charges on Google it's about Share Market Charges may I know why should I need to pay this because as I remember ur agent open my direct account when I visit (2016I think) on ur mohali phase 7 Branch and he told me it's related to safe banking no one can hack ur account and also I didn't need to pay charges

                          Now I want ur bank refund all my amount which is debited without reason or else I need to see another options

                              I have icici credit card ending 5005.
                              on 16 august i was charged rs 681.72 as overlimit charges & rs 122.71 as gst.
                              i want to tell that my credit card have enough credit limit.

                              i called customer care, the custumer care agent refused to register my complaint.
                              i request to the owner of consumercomplaints, pls raise my issue with the banks top most senior official's., as custumercare doesnot register my complaint.
                              without registering the complaint, how would bank know my issue.

                                I made a payment of Rs.50590 on 20th aug, 2021 for LLOYD LAW COLlLEGE which is using eazypay as their payment gateway.Amount has been debited and I never got the confirmation from eazypay.Now college is claiming they are unable to verify the payment.
                                This is about someone's carreer.
                                Kindly help into this.If needed, kindly let me know the escalation hierarchy.

                                  Icici bank has been deducting dp charges of 826 annually from my saving bank account which I recently got to know after seeing my statement . This demat account was opened without my consent during the saving bank account opening . I haven't made any transactions in any such account . To a surprise I don't even know the client ID and all . This is clearly hiding the details by the bank employees just to fulfill their targets .
