Dear sir / madam,

I recently opened my ICICI demat account.

I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

Dear sir / madam,

I have purchased tataelxsi stocks from icici direct which was linked with my icici savings account.

I have added funds from icici savings to direct (Demat account) and purchased the stock.

I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

The Statement reads as follows:
EBA/NSE N 2021158/[protected]

The amount deducted is Rs. 286.93 /-

Please provide clarifications.

    I am chandra narayan mishra, Rupees 826 has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/IN[protected] DP Chgs till JUL-21) on 27-Aug-2021. I have an salary account, I am not using this demat account & asked for stop this demat account but branch denys always,

    Icici representative asked me for damat that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges,

    My icici account number is[protected] . This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number [protected]

        I have a salary account with icici and never applied for demat account. However inr 550.67 has been deducted from my account as charges till July 21 no deduction msg on phone and no intimation from icici.
        I want my amount back. Please refund ASAP!

          Balance showing negative

          In my bank statement it shows rs.8000,
          But i am not able to withdraw my money from atm or transfer online.

          It shows available balance as -16000

          I was planning to transfer the amount, and during that time it showed insufficient balance. And i check the site it shows
          Available balance 8000
          Total available balance -16000

          Also when I try to login from NetBanking it shows available...

          Dear ICICI, How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 500.67/- has been deducted from my account towards DP CHARGES TILL JUL-21 . You guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.

          Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

          Need action on priority.

            I am URMILA BHATT. there is 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till July 2021) on 26-Aug-2021.

            When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.               My name is Joseph Nehemiah. Having an ICICI accunt in ITPL Bangalore branch. I have been deducted an amount of Rs. 826 on 26th of August with the description note "DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL J".

              Please describe on this unauthorized deduction of my money without my knowledge.

                  I am Sagar Ashok Phalke, my account got debited by Rs.826 on26th August as dp chgs till July 21, this was due to ICICI DIRECT dmat account . I was not informed about this . I have not used any services for this . This is fraud. I want my money back...

                    ICICI useless bank my amount is been deducted of Rs 200 from my icici bank acount i called in the eveing to check for the reson and the person put me on hold for 47min and one more adviser took over the call and without giveing me information she droped the call is this the way you people treat the cuatomers???? Useless ### bank is icici

                      Today I transferred 1, 599 Rs from paytm wallet to my ICICI mine account. it is a supposed to be a free account so why i got 1, 086 Rs charged out of nowhere? I didn't even get any notification about this charges. anyways what is this RTNCHG. please refund my money. im still a student. i really need that small saving.

                        Myself Deepali Jadhav, I have been with ICICI bank since 2012. Every year sum of amount is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. DMC/DP chgs till Mar-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far. Total amount is 5748.92/-

                          ICICI fastag not delivered after TAT

                          I registered for fastag on 6th August through icici fastag website. It was said that I would receive the tag within 7 days but it has not been dispatched yet. I thas not even been allotted yet because the fastag website does not show any serial number. I tried calling the helpdesk number 3 times in past 2 weeks and they alwasys say that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. When will I receive it?...

                          Excess amount deducted by ICICI for closure of loan account

                          Address: ICICI bank, cheeranjiv vihar, ghaziabad

                          Dear sir/ Madam,
                          Please find enclosed details of my loan a/c. As per detail shown in repayment schedule, we have closed my loan on dated 28.07.2021 by submitting a cheque of amount Rs. 25, 90, 219.36, but as per the statement, EMI of August month has been deducted from us, which is not right because I have closed my loan in the month of July.
                          Kindly, refund my amount and send the correct statement....

                              Hello,
                              I have been using the pay later service in which IDFC First bank is the lending partner I have been suffering from the lack of support from your bank regarding my issue.
                              I have confirmed with my Amazon pay later and Flipkart pay later that there is no such due in my account for the charges to be deducted
                              when the payment was already made why did you guys deduct my money.

                                My ICICI savings account is showing negative balance, Today, i deposited Rs. 50, 000/- by taking personal loan to pay credit card dues but the bank is saying balance insufficient to transfer funds. I can see my account balance online but not able to transfer funds.

                                I requested ICICI home loan and car loan team for restructuring of my home and car loans, but that also is pending and no reason given till date. Provided them job loss and salary cut - salary slips for having restructuring done under 1.0. Dropping mails to headcustomerservice but they are not reverting back on mails. One call comes after every mail, saying its in process. But nothing happens.

                                And now my funds are locked, i will be in serious trouble if funds not released to use.

                                  AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI* MONEY const. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

                                  OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?

                                  Only support that is to block the account?

                                  Please share this complaint with the respective teams and share the required information with me.
