    I am the a/c holder if icici bank from last 3 years,
    Now they have charged 500 under this category DCardfee7630JUL21-JUN22+GST
    I am not aware what type of charges are these.
    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
    Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
    Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.
    There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happened in last 1year back again its happen.

      Hello Team,

      I had made a transaction on April 23, 2021. I immediately made a void sale transaction but the refund has not been credited back to my account.
      Please find attached the receipts for this, Please take this as a priority and credit my money back to my account. I waited for 7 working days and found no refund credited into my account. Please check and confirm.

      I enquired with my saving account bank(Indian Bank), they said nothing pending from their side. When I enquired ICICI bank they asked me to create a service request for this calling customer care.. I tried multiple times, for non-account customers, I am not getting a proper response.

        ICICI bank is debited lot of NACH and Return charges, In a single month bank debit more and more ecs return charges and NACH charges.

        If i approach the there is no any response, sent lot of mail, no response form ICICI bank.

        Please do the needful.

        Request for reversal of NACH and ECS return charges.

          ICICI Trading system gives problem every few weeks. Sometimes, system will throw you out while logging in, sometimes it doesn't allow you to log in. specially in when there is high volatility in market, ICICI direct website will always give some or the other problems with log in. Even yesterday on 30th August 2021 when market went up by 1.3%, i couldn't even log in to my trading account as ICICI direct website kept asking me to update mobile number and email id. even after giving the correct input system kept giving error messages. And there is customer service numbers nobody answers. their RMs have no idea about system issues. Basically if you are active in stock market, dont go for ICICI direct.

            Hi,

            I recieved my multi wallet card. However, i am not able to see the card in pockets app.
            Also, i am not able to do transactions as it says the card is disabled.
            I received card and it was showing me the card in pockets app.
            I changed the password and i started getting message saying "No card link to your account".
            Expecting a prompt response.

              Icici bank have deducted around four ecs return charges of rs. 590 for 3 or 4 months including yesterday dated 30-Aug-2021 in this crucial moment where everybody is struggling with their earnings and emis pay these type of deductions are highly condemned. I am short of money already and this happened couple of times and customer care nuber is also chargeable and nobody is approachable enough to resolve this issue.I have already lost around 2500 till know under ECS.I have statements i can show exact amount deducted .Even Rbi has also said that no charges should be apply on customers against short of balance, ecs return etc. Still icici bank is not following rbi guidelines.

              I request to icici bank to return my deducted amount immediately.

                Icici bank debited the dp charges without my consent and they didnt inform me about the reason for the charges and no intimation at all. It needs to reversed.

                  Every year I'm getting DP CGHS charges being deducted from my account. Once an executive opened my account & I have asked several RM assigned to me to get it closed but all goes in vain.

                          Dear Team,
                          I am exceedingly frustrated with this Demat account. I have never requested one and off role ICICI resources chased and persuaded me to get one as this is life time free. (That statment is wrong from the executives). Coming to the point
                          On 26th of August, The amount 609.74 has been debited from my account
                          for the below reason
                          DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-21
                          Later I learnt that, that is due to demat account. I would like to mention here couple of years back, I just signed to receive the demat account and not activated to this day. Despite using the DM account I am not sure how they can charging for service and not even a single transaction I did, Moreover I didn't know the DM Account details and I just signed the document of Demat form that too ICICI offroll executives pestered me daily. Last year itself, I raised the request to close/deactivate this account and I am not sure why this year also debited. Please rectify this issue ASAP and I am not using the DEMAT account and I even don't the demant account details.

                          Please do it online itself like how the ICICI get the DEMAT form online. Since, I can't be physical to any of your nearest branch due to various reasons at this time.

                          Your mail id was protected and one major important concern from my end, I ICICI request me to visit nearest branch or aanyother activity like going out to mail the form/print the form from home then I can't. I can't go out of my home due to this pandemic and based on my community building restrictions.
                          All I can do is I can write a mail from official/Registered email. Up until we will use this portal platform for communication to resolve it.

                              When i need personal loan, they assist online to get personal loan, now when i need to close, they were asking to visit the branch and moreover there is no branch(to close the loan service) around my hometown. In this covid situation i am not comfortable to visit the branch. please assist this solution online.

                                There has been a transaction of Rs. 15100 at a PVR Electronics which was Mistakenly done by the merchant. He immediately gave me the void sale receipt for that transaction and told that in maximum 48 hours the amount will be refunded into my account. But after 48 hours amount was not credited. This is ridiculous. They said it will reflect in your Account in next 24 hours its been 48 Hours

                                  I had applied for a credit card last around 15 to 20 days ago where I was informed I would be kept updated regarding the status of the application and in 10 days would received my card as well. I had confirmed this multiple times that how long would it take as I was earlier as well troubled a lot while trying to apply and later I cancelled it all.
                                  . I am worried whether the video kyc and person I gave all my details to was a bank rep or a fraudster as when I asked for some details regarding her branch she wasn't that confident.

                                  Previously as well I had applied for cc but then I didn't go ahead with it cos the representative at the bank made me visit the bank 5 times and still had missed to take my signature.

                                  The reps at bank can't help me..I've written multiple emails but no reply, can't even raise complaint on website as it gives an error later.

                                        Worst bank & most pathetic customer service & policy.

                                        Looting people money in the name of credit card & acting like frauds.

                                        I am frustrated & would never ever avail this service & if this is the behaviour, I don't think this bank will sustain with any pathetic indirect looting offers they come up with.

                                        I curse from heart & looting my money.

                                        Why the hell this frauds are taking late payment fee after charging interest also.
